I couldn't see Sirius giving birth anyway, so I think the child dieing is good, well not good, a child dieing is never good, but for this plot line it is (I don't mean to offend anyone with that statement). I don't think Sirius has fully taken in that there are 3 in this relationship if his statement *But its not his kid* is how he looks on the three of them having children *sighs* he really needs to understand that there are 3 in this relationship now not just him and Remus.

hmm well i kinda like how its going now but i just had an idea.
maybe they could like try and do an emergency c-section type of thing and keep it in a magic womb or something. but like they all think its going to die, but it doesn't. and then sirius could have problems with it not being harry's child and harry wants it to be his...idk

aw, what a cliffy.
i'm not sure bout option 2. i've never really liked fics that killed off a baby. i rather stick with option 1, but hey its your choice.
its saddening to see harry look so rejected. there will be a lot of drama anyways with sirius being pregnant in either options. and remus would likely want a battle with the ministry if the baby dies or not.

I love this story, if it was up to me I would go with Option 2, I've had enough fighting to last a life time, but its up to you, just know I will continue reading which ever way you go.
