Your story sounds good so far. The only problem i have really seen is the inconsitancy of how in the first chapter Harry grew up at the Malfoy's manor and in the second he pops up there after he gets through with the battle. Also just make sure you are using the right tense when they are speaking, or adding plurals where needed. I can't wait for the next chapter <3

Constructive criticism: Improve spelling, supply more foundation IN the first chapter rather than just in the disclaimer/author's notes at the top. It makes for a more compelling first chapter. Provide more substance and consider a less convenient (it's convenient in my mind) situation for Harry and Lucius' first interaction in the fic.
I'm sure this will be a fine fic. Just give more. :3
