AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH. This is PERFECT. Impeccable, mature, thoughtfull writting! And the story line! W00t. I love the scene in which you describe with Hermione has a genuinely smilling picture of Draco. Too cute. The emotions are great. And Hermione is finally herself again??? I wonder who took her momemories and then gave them back so suddenly!?

Well, retirement seems to have done some good. This sounds like a great start. An Obliviated Hermione, living in Scotland, no less. Can't wait for what happens next! :D
