I feel like everyone's against Harry here, he does need some allies that, while not 'evil' see the whole slave thing the same way he does. I wonder... would Harry push Kingsley and Draco away if they intervene too much?

Wow I didnt expect Neville to be doing something like that. All I thought was he just told Mrs. Weasly to help Severus out. OK I really thought that Harry was going to make Severus masturbate infront of him, ah what a dirty mind I have

I feel so sorry for Harry, he is so blind to what is going on, that if he ever realizes the error of his ways, I bet guilty will eat him up, and knowing how emotional he is, I feel that his guilty will kill almost kill him and drive him to do really foolish thing in an attempt to earn forgivness. I have to say, I hate Harry in this (so far). I usually see him as some kind of weaker... 'being' than Severus in most Snarry fics and the reversal of their roles is wonderful. Even if Harry is a right git! ;)
I hope Severus' friends can make Harry see the error of his ways. I was so hopeful when he let Severus sleep in his bed without touching him.
But the pillowcase over Severus' head when Harry raped him again... that was so sad. I have always liked Severus and never thought of him as ugly... so I was a bit angry at Harry for calling him ugly all the time. But I know his constant degrading of Severus is all part of your master plan! (I hope... otherwise; poor Severus!)
You've established a strong catharsis with your character's and I have enjoyed your story very much! I can't wait to see what happens next!

I can understand how that would have been hard for you to write, moonofthesea, a very raw issue for many people.

I am positively jumping up and down here wanting to strangle Harry. I'm glad Dennis lost his illusions with Harry but I hope he can claw them back as, of course, I am hoping Harry will sort himself out.

Dearest, as the mother of 2 daughters who were born via c-section, I can relate to some of what you were saying. Being a mother is not the birth ritual; its more than feeding a child with your own body. I couldn't breast feed my second child ( I joked that she only wanted me as a friend.)but that did not make her any less precious to me than my first, who I nursed for over a year. I am very close to both of my daughters and the closeness only increases with age. I'm glad you realized that being a mother is more than giving birth. Paraphrasing a poem about adoption: "you din't grow under my heart, but in it." Getting to your story, I can't wait to see how it grows. Harry is slowly becoming less cold and the gradual turn is more realistic than a sudden turn. Keep it up and good luck P.W.

That was a nice plot in getting Severus to stay longer with Harry and the baby. Lovely update
