I love this! The whole "being able to see magic" thing is a great plot idea. And I loved Ron and Hermione's hesitation and uncomfortable-ness (is that even a word?) catching Draco and Harry in the library. I think you captured the build up of feelings between the two of them very nicely in your writing.

I loved this! Very good writing.
