Wow...I loved this!
I like Sirius/Regulus as a pairing, but it doesn't always come out too well. In this case, I think it was really well done.
I also liked your characterization of Kreacher (in most fics he's usually either just ignored or heavily bashed).
Loved how it ends with the very first sentence of the first chapter. That was a nice touch!
