Surely with Harry able to prove her "affairs" she'll get nothing.

Please don't let Ron and Ginny win! It's so obvious that they did something! They can't get away with it - I mean doesn't poisoning your spouse and infedelity not hold up in Harry's defense - please - need a more positive ending here!

Harry needs to have a bit more of a backbone and confront Ginny about her behavior. She is not acting like a "Light" Witch should be, and she should be called out about that, maybe in the Prophet where Harry talks about how she has acted like a Dark Witch for years, despite her claims of being a Light Witch. I'd like Harry to tell Ginny she is not allowed to leave the country and must stay an act like a Light wife and mother, just to see how she would respond. Harry should also put a limit on Ginny's access to his money, before she bankrupts the Potter family.
