I very much enjoyed these first two chapters, in that I like the way you patched up the loose ends. I hope the story continues beyond this point and I can't wait to read it!

Good to see someone wanting to try to bridge this huge gap, but I must say, for hoping to achieve a novel-length story, your going to need bigger chapters, as that felt like a prologue of what is to come :D
