Smashingly well written! If I had a third hand I'd give it three thumbs up. ^^ I do so love a good intrigue, and while I usually can't stand rape fics, that's just because so many people toss the subject around without reason or consideration, merely to add to a characters suffering. This plot obviously required it and then dealt with the consequences accordingly (as much as you can in a one-shot). Your characters felt real and the timing was never forced. I even enjoyed the "law and order" style time and place breaks.

Um, Morag is a girl's name.

Okay, you give us excrutiating details about Harry's rape but I don't give us a a hot, steamy sex scene involving Draco-WTF? Other than that and the fact Morag McDougal is female, it was good. Although I completely understand you cofusion of the name of Morag- I would never name my little girl that. Not pretty enough, it sounds like a wicked witch's name.
