I want to keep encouraging your story, I love when Snape keeps Hermione off balance and keeps us all guessing. It is not in his nature to just throw everything to the four winds and get a quick shag over with. He loves the game/hunt as much as the prize, and now with returned interest I think Hermione is in for a bumpy ride :D
