Well, that was certainly different. An intriguing premise, to be sure.
I will grant that you write very well. You have a technique which certainly draws the reader in, and you're very adept at describing your scenes.
Having said that, I would point out that I don't see any unresolved sexual tension in this piece, honestly. (It's one of your warnings.) However, I do see death, torture, and quite a bit of gore, which I will fully admit to feeling ill-prepared for.
As stated above, you did a very good job telling your tale. Kudos to you on that.
