Because, dear Harry, Draco wants to feel like he's in a...marriage.
He wants to share and have acknowledgment from you.

You know, Ossy is reeeally starting to worry me. O_o

I love all your works especially the 'Cloak and Dagger' series. This story is slightly different than your other ones because we see the possibility of Harry NOT being that powerful at all, just extremely lucky. Also, the fact that you have, not one, but TWO unknown enemies threw me for a loop. I like the titles that Draco came up for Harry because it kind of reminded me about a fantasy series that featured two thieves who eventually become lovers. The older thief receives a prophesy about the roles he will play to his new apprentice, "Father, brother, friend, and lover." It doesn't mean that they are now related to each other. It just means that his role to his apprentice will be likened to each of the titles. Harry is not Draco's blood son, obviously, but he has been adopted into the family like one so that he can carry on his name. Keep up with this story and I look forward to the next chapter.

i see another lot of training in har's future... this one on how to value his own life more. :P

Excellent story telling, and lol to my non surprise that malfoy would eavesdrop on the conversation.

Those stupid healers are always so stuff. (In every fanfiction ive ever read that they appear) hehe.

Hermione sounds like she MIGHT be able to work with Draco & help if they talk & explain more. Who IS this mysterious enemy? Maybe I'm being slow but I can't figure it out. Hoping for more interaction between Harry & Draco.
