This story is bitter and sweet at the same time. I afraid to read further, but I would never stop reading because it would haunt me for the rest of my days.

That was very well written and a pleasure to read. I was not expecting the happy ending, which made it even better! I wasn’t quite sure of the point of the pensive or killing Kingsley, but that didn’t detract from a beautiful and rather hot tale. Thank you for writing!

It was desperately sad and beautiful, a slow knife in the heart indeed, and unexpectantly yet graciously so there was a happy ending. One that I did not see coming, I truly thought she was going to end up pregnant with his child, but I do prefer your ending, much less maudlin than what I was preparing myself for. It was lovely.
