Draco is a very sneaky self centered guy isn't he? Poor Harry...I don't know Harry wants love & family so much he'll put up with too much. I feel like it's almost like he is being used...actually he is being used. Draco seems to care for Harry a a bit but not enough to stop being a "git" as he says.

I would say that your sex scenes are grand. With regards to proposals, I must admit that my husband and I desired to get married after we had our daughter. There really wasn't a proposal in that situation. Harry has already shown some romantic tendencies with the ROR scene. They both already seem to love the lilac beach. Perhaps a romantic dinner much like they have already enjoyed. There's the idea of putting the ring in bubbly, but perhaps it could be carbonated water. If it is just a normal romantic dinner between the two, perhaps it would be an real surprise. He could use a temporary sticking charm to the bottom of the glass to prevent Draco from swallowing it. I'm sure that Dobby could help him pick the perfect dinner for the two of them. Maybe it could be a moonlit beach instead of in the sun with a large full moon under an open air structure. Perhaps the area could be lit with teeky torches. Maybe he could have one of the elves spell out Will you Marry Me on Draco's cake dessert before presenting the sprinkling water. I guess that's the only thing I can think about. You know since I didn't really get nor want the whole romantic proposal. Then again I guess I'm a bit too practical for that.

My husband is in the military so he proposed to me on one of his leaves. We went to a lovely little italian restaurant that was on a riverfront and we had a nice dinner then when i went to the bathroom i came back to see the small string quartet by our table and he had ordered tara misu for desert and when i sat down again i saw something on the whipped cream and it was a beautiful diamond engagement ring. then he took the ring cleaned it off and the quartet began to play my favorite song from Phantom of the Opera and he proposed to me. it was the most romantic thing i have ever had done to me and i said yes right on the spot and havent looked back since

Can't believe how uncaring & selfish Draco is. Harry is going to have to assert himself & be firm or he is going to be a 2nd class parent to his own son & totally walked over! Romantic proposal? We just always knew we were going to get married. Maybe with a romantic dinner & a walk by their sea or a garden with music, candlelight, & flowers. He better have his good logical arguments ready. Poor Harry loves even though he has never had much love shown him now he has Draco who continues to not trea him very well. Doesn't Draco know what he is potentially throwing away? Someone who would be devoted to Draco & their child!

My hubby took me shopping @ the mall (in cutoffs and flipflops no less !)and while I window shopped he picked out the one I showed the most interest in and knelt right there at the counter. For Draco in this fic tho' it will have to be private because of his paranoia (justified) of Voldemort finding out. Maybe Harry should ask Narcissa for permission in front of Draco that would seem more of a pureblood way to propose.
BTW really enjoying this fic

I do admit that I am really liking this story. I think you came up with a plausible explanation for male pregnancy. I hope that Draco decides to keep the child and that they can successfully hide him. I can't wait to find out about Narcissa's reaction, and shouldn't someone be held accountable for Harry's ignorance. Surely, Dumbledore must have suspected Harry's Peverell ancestry because he was inspecting that bloody cloak. Will Narcissa be a bit mad that Harry was raised by Muggles and no one had an opportunity to educate him properly in pureblood things like marriages and abstaining from sex until marriage. I look forward to your next update.

Okay, I don't think Snape should have said how Harry and Draco had sex, that is just wrong and gross, Snape had no right and I think Dumbledore is an idiot who should be fired. What Harry and Draco do together, shouldn't get him expelled. Maybe I'm confused but being sent to prison wouldn't be up to Dumbledore. Harry needs to learn to stand up to both Snape and Dumbledore. They are just the professors not his parents. Can't wait for your next update, hopefully it will have Snape and Dumbledore not sticking their noses where they don't belong.
