So why didn't Gould Silence her? Since the word is capitalized, I assume it refers to the curse, or Charm or spell or whatever. For that matter, why wasn't Ginny Stunned or at least body-bound when she began struggling so fiercely? It isn't as if the Aurors weren't warned beforehand that she was Trouble with a capital T.
