I hope that Draco ends up saving Hermione. I liked how you added him saying the nice things to her and can't imagine he didn't mean it. I also like the fact that you had both Malfoys tense at the knowledge that she was under a potion instead of reacting how she did naturally.
Oh! And I liked how Voldemort got jealous! I was waiting for him to have a more severe reaction towards Lucious (ie: Crucioing him while he was still inside her or something)

I think how much it went into about them kissing was the problem. It seemed like half the chapter was just them kissing, it was hmm ok thats nice but moving on now.
