This was a really unique take on life after Hogwarts. I really like what you did with the characters. I thought having everyone diverge in different ways than cannon was really interesting. Ron being the one becoming a professional Quidditch player was a really fascinating. I liked that Hermione was bisexual, having a relationship with both Luna and Neville. Also, really enjoyed the fact that Neville and Luna ended up together. You might want to think about throwing a tag along of the lines of "Epilogue? What epilouge?"
The change to Winky was interesting. I never liked her very much but you kind of redeemed her character here which is nice. I really enjoyed the backstory building and how Hermione ended up the way she was. It's a very dark place she's in but she finds that solace she needed to heal. I think you met your goal of setting out to write something meaningful beyond smut. Good job!
