An interesting premise. I\'m not too much for OCs, but that\'s just personal preference. Grammer, spelling and structure are good, and the plot is solid.
A note though-you don\'t want to premise your story by saying your OCF is not a Mary-Sue. That makes people nervous, wondering why you need to tell us this. Never explain too much of your story, readers get nervous and decided they\'d rather not take a chance on a story the author feels needs so much explanation. Let the story speak for itself. Don\'t worry...it speaks rather well. :-)
