AN: Well, I have no idea where this little story came from. This is a one-shot so DON'T even think about asking for sequel or more chapters. I won't continue this.

This makes no sense what so ever but enjoy!

Summary: Harry has a plan to save the day but not all are happy about it.

Little Things Matter

"I hate you, Potter."

"Likewise, Malfoy," Harry spit the words out like they were poison.

"This is all your fault. Why do you always have to mess things up anyway." Draco sneered, tilting his head to left, eyes full of malice.

Harry rolled his eyes. "If you hadn't started to argue with me over something so trivial matter we would not be here anyway."

"Fuck off, will you?" Draco turned his back at Harry. "I'm so sorry that I actually care what other people think!"

Harry sighed, hugging him from behind. "I'm sorry that I kissed you like that. I just felt right to do it and let people know you are mine and not anyone else's."

"Pfft." Draco blew the hair out of his eyes, not giving in to the temptation to turn around and hug Harry back.

"Oh come on," Harry kissed his cheek. "I know you don't want to be angry with me. I know you won't be for long." Harry smiled, kissing his cheek again.

With a sigh Draco gave in, turning and hugging Harry close. "I just have never had anything like this before and I'm afraid of losing it."

Harry was dumfounded. Draco had never been this honest with his feelings before. He knew he had to say something to that or Draco might think that he didn't care. "I feel the same way, Draco. I have could never even dream of having a boyfriend like you. You changed my life for better and worse." Harry smirked which caused Draco to do the same.

"So, how are we gonna get out of this mess then? It still doesn't change the fact that you are behind this."

Harry's smirked turned into a evil smile. "You know, I was almost sorted into the Slytherin."

Draco raised his eyebrows. "Were you now?"

"Yes," Harry answered. "So the only way out of this is to shock Snape so much that he will be forced to give the responsibility of the detention to some other teacher."

Draco pecked Harry's lips quickly. "He'll be here any minute now. What do you have in mind?" Draco smirked, already knowing what Harry had planned for them.

So when Professor Snape walked into his classroom to give his last favourite students of the year their detention, he found an scene he hope he would have never seen.

After yelling and taking a few calmed breaths he was able to move from the spot he had been standing the whole time. It would take months even years to even look at his desk the same way ever again after what he had witnessed only a few minutes earlier.

Laughing at their professor, Harry and Draco made their way hastily into the Gryffindor Tower. Now that Harry had revealed their relationship to everyone else in the school by kissing Draco in the middle of a Gryffindor versus Slytherin Quidditch game, they felt safe to go where ever the wanted together. They had tried to keep their relationship a secret before by meeting in odd places where no one would look for them or assume they were there together.

Stumbling into the Gryffindor common room, all the people turned to look at them as they entered. Harry paid them no mind and guided Draco through the silent room towards the staircase. They made it safely to the dorms, bursting out of laughter when the door was closed.

"Did you see those faces? They probably pissed their pants at the sight of us!" Draco laughed and sat on Harry's bed which he recognised by a few disregarded shirts and a broom leaning against the bed post.

Harry smiled and followed his boyfriend over the bed. "Yeah, they will get over it soon. I hope," he added as sitting down on the opposite side of the bed, leaning against the headboard.

Draco crawled closer and laid down, his head in Harry's lap. Harry immediately started to run his fingers through Draco's silky hair. "You know, I've always wondered what it looks inside here," Draco said vaguely waving his hand.

Harry chuckled. "You just wanted to know so that you could make your fantasies seem more real."

"I did not!" Draco looked scandalised but smiled. "Twat."

They were silent for a moment, enjoying each other's company and the peacefulness of it.

"Hmm, you gonna stay the night?" Harry asked as he saw Draco's eye closing and his breathing getting slower.

"Ngh, let me sleep for a moment," Draco answered, turning in Harry's lap so that he was able to wrap his arms around his waist.

Harry chuckled but let the Slytherin boy doze of. He closed his own eyes as well and let sleep claim him too. He woke up later when Ron was gently shaking his shoulder.

"Harry, mate, come one. You better get between the covers or you'll have a stiff neck and back tomorrow."

Harry smiled at his best friend glancing down at his still sleeping boyfriend. "Yeah, we should do that," he said and woke Draco up. "Come on sleepy head, we better get change and get to bed."

Draco raised his head, rubbing his eyes. "Why? Can't we just take all off and go to sleep?"

Harry laughed out loud. "As you wish."

Next morning they found out that their detention was now with McGonagall. Her detentions were nothing compared to what Snape could make you do. Obviously their plan had worked after all.

AN: Have you noticed how I love to leave things unexplained? Well, live with it. I do that on purpose cause you can't always know everything. :P
