Chapter Nine: Quidditch and More

James simply couldn't stop staring at his son. Harry was absolutely amazing on a broom. He and Draco both had been flying around for nearly forty minutes looking for the snitch. Meanwhile, Gryffindor was in the lead by a mere 30 points.
"He's pretty good, huh?" Sirius commented from his position next to James.
"Incredible," James replied as he continued watching his son. "He's a thousand times better than I ever was!"
Sirius snickered. "He sure is!"
James turned away from Harry long enough to glare at his lover.
"You know, he really does fly differently when he's competing against Draco," Remus commented from the othere ofe of Sirius.
"I agree," Sirius replied. "I mean, it's not like I've seen him a lot of times, but from what I have seen, he's not really trying to trick Draco much at all."
Remus nodded in agreement. "He'll do a few things to throw Draco off, but not nearly what he does when he's playing against Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff."
"I think he might see the snitch," James commented as he continued to watch his son.
"I don't see it," Sirius mumbled as he also turned his attention to Harry.
"Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't there," James said, grinning. "He has to see it now."
All three watched as Harry grabbed the snitch in a spectacular dive. Most of the crowd cheered loudly as Gryffindor won the match.

Later that evening, while Sirius was visiting with Harry and his friends in the Gryffindor dorms, James paid a visit to Remus.
"Where's Sirius?" Remus asked looking around curiously.
"With Harry," James replied. needneed to talk, Remus."
Remus sighed and motioned for James to sit down. "What about? Sirius?"
