It was now merely three days before Christmas and Harry still hadn’t finished his shopping. He badly needed to go to Diagon Alley, but no one had the time to go with him, so he decided to go alone. Lucius was busy taking care of last minute business so that he could have the rest of the holiday to spend with his two lovers and Draco was spending a long awaited day with his mother. Harry let everyone know he was leaving after breakfast, around ten o’clock, gave Lucius and Draco a kiss, hugged Narcissa, then apparated to London.
He decided that he better stop by Gringott’s before shopping, even though he could just have a bank draft drawn up for his purchases; he liked to pay with cash. Of course, this may have been his downfall, for hiding in the shadows outside the bank were three sneaky Gryffindors, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Albus had been watching Malfoy Manor for Hermione, Ron and Ginny and let them know the minute Harry left on his own. He had it on firm authority that none of the Malfoys would be joining Harry that day on his excursion, so they were good to go with their plan. They waited anxiously for him to exit the bank, then they struck.
Harry was dragged into Knockturn Alley by his former friends and, once they had gotten away from prying eyes, they activated a Portkey to take them directly to the attic at the Burrow. Despite the fact that both Hermione and Ron had a firm grip on Harry when they landed, he still fell off balance and smacked his head on a large piece of wooden furniture, causing him to pass out as his head gushed from a deep wound. Hermione and the Weasleys began to panic, quickly staunching the wound and binding him to a chair in the middle of the attic. They waited patiently for him to wake.

Back at Malfoy Manor, Draco, Lucius and Narcissa were beginning to worry. It was now after dark and Harry had left before lunch, saying he would return in a few hours. There had been no word, which was odd, because Harry would have owled or fire-called if he was going to be longer than he planned. But there had been no word from him and no one had seen him since he entered Gringott’s just moments after leaving the Manor.
As panic was beginning to rise, an unknown owl flew through the window and dropped a scroll in Lucius’ hands. He opened it with shaking hands and gasped at what he read. The parchment fell to the floor from his hands and he stood there motionless, unable to speak or move. Draco quickly moved to pick the letter up and read it, gasping as well.
Malfoys,
We’re wise to your game and we refuse to stand by and let you hurt Harry anymore. We know you’ve brainwashed him into thinking he loves you, needs you, but by the time you next see him, we’ll have returned him to normal.
Did you actually think you would get away with this? Did you think you could make Harry love you, make him forget about the people and things he really loves? He belongs in Gryffindor with his friends, not with some slimy snakes who only use him as their personal whore. No more will you use him for your own sick, perverted and depraved pleasures.
By the time this reaches you, his magical signature will have dispersed and there will be no way to track where he is. You will never get your hands on him again, this we promise. Stay away from Harry, he deserves better than a life with you as a fuck toy.
This was the second time in as many months that Lucius had received an anonymous, unsigned, half finished letter. It seemed to just end abruptly, like Harry’s had, but it was quite to the point. Someone had taken Harry from him and Draco and there was no way to find out where he was, no way to get him back. He had no way of knowing what these people were doing to his precious Harry and only Merlin knew if Harry would live through it.
Unlike his father, Draco didn’t stand there staring into space. Instead, he ran to the fireplace and threw in a pinch of Floo Powder, calling to Severus for some help.
“Severus Snape, Snape Manor,” he said clearly in a shaking voice.
Severus’ head appeared in the flames with a put upon look on his face, but the moment he saw the state Lucius and Draco were in, he frowned, knowing something was terribly wrong, “What happened?”
“Someone’s taken Harry,” Draco said flatly.
“What?!” Blaise screeched from somewhere behind Severus.
Suddenly, Blaise’s head was also in the fireplace and he was looking at blinking, distraught Malfoys through the flames, “What do you mean someone’s taken Harry?”
“We got a letter. He went to Diagon Alley, never came home. They took him.”
“Fuck,” Severus said, then sighed and closed his eyes, regaining his composure, “Stand back, we’re coming through.”
Blaise and Severus threw some Floo Powder into the fireplace and were sitting in the lounge of Malfoy Manor within minutes, trying to comfort Lucius and Draco while also trying to think of what to do. Narcissa was dutifully handing out drinks with a worried look on her face; she had come to care very deeply for Harry, and not only because he was the lover of her son and ex-husband. He had a way about him that just made everyone want to love him.
“Well, perhaps I can go see what Albus has to say about this,” Severus said with a resigned sigh, after about an hour of trying to think of something.
“That meddling old coot is most likely in on this, Sev,” Draco said angrily.
Blaise nodded empathetically while Lucius looked on with a raised brow, “Do you really think he would allow his Golden Boy to be put in danger?”
Severus snorted, “Yes, what do you think he did all those years before the Dark Lord was finally vanquished? Every other day Albus had that boy off on some new death-defying stunt that he just barely came out of alive. I don’t doubt he had a hand in this.” Suddenly, he thought of something. “Let me see that letter.”
Draco handed it over and Severus skimmed it, his eyes growing wide with every word he read. They couldn’t be thinking of… But it sounded as if they were… ‘Oh sweet Merlin!’ he thought to himself, ‘They’re going to end up killing him if they do that!’
“Bloody buggering fucking hell!” Severus muttered under his breath.
“Oh fuck, what? You don’t curse this severely unless it’s something bad. Severus, what’s going on?” Lucius asked fearfully.
Severus avoided his gaze while he told them, “The letter says they think he’s been brainwashed and they’re going to do everything they can to reverse it, correct?” When they all nodded, he continued, “There are potions and spells, as you well know Lucius, that will reverse the effects of brainwashing and such, but have adverse effects when used on someone who hasn’t been under any influence.”
Draco was beginning to panic, “What do you mean it has adverse effects on someone who hasn’t been under any influence? What does that mean?!”
The Potions Master rubbed his temples, “What it means, Draco, is that if they cast these spells on him, and/or feed him these potions, he could very well die from the side effects since he hasn’t been brainwashed.”
“Holy fuck,” Blaise whispered.
“Indeed. It is imperative that we find Harry before they can do too much damage,” Severus said calmly.
“Damn right we better,” Draco said angrily.
Lucius sighed, tears brimming in his eyes and his voice unsteady, “Please, we have to find him.”
Narcissa pulled him into a hug, “There, there, Luce. We’ll bring Harry back. Sev will make sure he’s brought back okay.”
“I’m going to Hogwarts. Blaise, stay here with them and make sure they don’t do anything foolish, for the love of Merlin,” Severus said as he walked to the fireplace and threw some floo powder in. Before he stepped into the flames, he turned back to them, “We will find out who did this and they will be punished. Don’t worry, Luce, we’ll get him back.”
The four of them sat there, Narcissa and Blaise trying to comfort Lucius and Draco as the two clung to each other and cried. Narcissa vowed that if the Ministry didn’t do something about this when they caught whoever had taken Harry, that she would make it her new purpose in life to kill them painfully. Blaise was thinking along similar lines and just hoped, because he knew what Narcissa was thinking and what the others would do to Harry’s captors, that there was something left for him to rip apart when they got their hands on them.

Albus was sitting behind his desk, humming and twinkling, when Severus stepped out of the floo.
“Severus,” he said jovially, “What are you doing back so soon? I thought you were off at Snape Manor with your little boy toy.”
The Slytherin ground his teeth at the old man’s words, promising that when this was all over, he could kill the old coot, “Albus, Harry’s missing.”
“Oh?” he said absentmindedly as he fixed a cup of tea. “Tea? Lemon drop?”
Severus looked at him incredulously and shook his head; was this man for real? He knew Albus had little respect for Harry, but how did it get this bad? That Albus would just brush off that the boy was missing?
“Yes, Albus, he left Malfoy Manor and went to Diagon Alley for some last minute Christmas shopping and hasn’t returned since. That was ten this morning.”
“I don’t see any reason to worry, Severus. Perhaps Harry finally decided to come to his senses and see the error of his ways. I mean, it’s not exactly healthy to be in what is obviously a forced sexual relationship with two men who happen to be Slytherins, not to mention they are father and son and one is an ex-Death Eater,” Albus said cheerfully.
Severus spluttered, “What are you on about, old man? Forced sexual relationship? Dear Gods, you don’t actually believe that, do you?”
Albus scoffed, “Of course I do, dear boy. There’s no way Harry would willingly bend over for either of them, let alone say he loves them. For Merlin’s sake, he’s better than them. He’s the Icon of the Light, whereas they both epitomize the Dark.” He shook his head, “No, there has to be a reasonable explanation as to why he would let himself become low enough to be their whore. I won’t allow it anymore, Severus.”
“Did you have a hand in this?” Severus asked incredulously.
“I did nothing of the sort, dear boy. Now, was that all you wanted?”
“Mark my words, old man. When we get Harry back, whether I can prove you were involved or not, you will suffer for this. I will make sure of it,” Severus said icily, then returned to the Manor by Floo.
Author's Note: Well, I know it's a bit short, but I can't remember why I wrote it that way. Lol. Anyhow, you don't find out much about what's going on in this chapter, but you did find out that although Albus may not have had anything to do with it, he's sympathetic to the people who did. Next chapter is much more detailed as far as finding out why they took him. There's actually a bit of interaction between Harry and his captors. It will be posted next Friday, as scheduled, and hopefully I'll get twelve done before two weeks have passed. I'm actually off to work on it right now. :) I know this is a few hours late, but my grandmother is staying the night and I hadn't seen her in two weeks, so I took some time to sit and chat for a while. Hope you liked this chapter, short though it is. Until next week!
