Chapter 12
When Harry's alarm went off, he rolled over and turned it off. He got out of bed, and stumbled into the bathroom to take a shower. After his shower Harry made sure his towel was snug around his hips and walked into his bedroom to get dressed. Harry picked out his clothes very carefully. He picked out a pair of black jeans that hugged his arse just right, then his shirt was Slytherin green with silver snakes on it. If someone actually cared to look you could see his very toned stomach. He pulled his dragon hide boots on and went back to the bathroom. Harry brushed his teeth and hair. Although his hair fell right back to the way it was laying before. Harry walked out of the bathroom and glanced at the clock. It was 8 am. He had and hour before Draco came over.
Harry walked downstairs to get some breakfast. As he walked in Tilly popped in.
"What can Tilly get you to eat Master Harry?"
"Toast, fruit, scrambled eggs, and sausage please Tilly."
"No problem Master Harry." She popped out and about a minute later popped back in with everything Harry had asked for.
"Thanks Tilly."
"You are welcome Master Harry." Tilly popped out and Harry sat there eating his breakfast. Sirius and Severus walked in.
"Morning Siri, morning Sev."
"Good morning Harry." Severus and Sirius said together.
"Harry I am fixing to leave and get Draco."
"Okay Sev. I think I am going to go upstairs and read the animagus book some more. Then maybe we can sit down later and talk about it?"
"That sounds good to me Harry." Sirius said. Harry went back up to his room to read. After Harry left Severus kissed Sirius bye and flooed out to get Draco.
***********Malfoy Manor***************
Draco was putting the last of his things in his trunk, when Severus flooed in.
"Are you ready to go Draco?"
"Almost uncle Sev. I just have one more thing to put in. Uncle Sev, I'm scared what if Harry doesn't really want to be my friend?"
"Dragon please take a deep breath, okay now let it out. You have nothing to worry about. Harry is not the kind of person to tell you one thing and do another."
"Thanks uncle Sev."
"Your welcome Dragon. You ready to go now?"
"Yes lets go." Severus shrunk Draco's trunk and put it in his pocket. Then they flooed back to Black Manor.

Harry was just finishing up his book when someone knocked on his door. Harry got up and went to see who was at his door. When Harry opened the door, he wasn't expecting who was standing there. He looked Draco up and down. Draco was wearing a pair of dark wash jeans, a silver shirt, and running shoes. Draco was watching Harry, basically undress him with his eyes.
"Hi Harry. Is now a good time to talk?"
"Sure Draco. Come in please." Draco walked in. When he turned around he saw Harry putting spells around the room with just a wave of his hand.
"Harry how did you do that?"
"What the wandless and wordless magic?"
"Yeah."
"Oh I have been able to do it since first year."
"Oh okay."
"I know you are Osiris Draco. I have a question though."
"Okay, what is it?"
"Why did you write to me as someone else?"
"Would you have believed that I really did want to start over with you? If you knew it was me, tell me the truth." Draco asked.
"No I probably would have thought you were crazy."
"What changed Harry?"
"Well I realized that I liked blokes this past spring. None of the girls that would try to get with me could do nothing for me. I tried many times with different girls, but I just couldn't keep my dick up. As far as what changed with you; I had a dream early in the summer that put you in a different light." Harry smirked as he thought about the dream again.
"What do you mean it put me in a different light?" Harry smirked again.
"Maybe I will tell you about it some other time. Not right now. Right now I want us to start out as friends."
"That's fine with me. So tell me about the Harry you've been hiding."
"Well lets see. I was originally suppose to be in Slytherin. The sorting hat really want to put me in there, but I talked it out of it. Just like I wanted to shake your hand that day in Madam Malkin's shop. But you were such an arse, the way you were talking about Hagrid. You kind of reminded me of my cousin. I did bad in all my classes on purpose. I had to make everyone think I was the little 'Gryffindor Golden Boy'. But I just redid all my tests from last year. Which I should get the results tomorrow, I think. I also got resorted while I was at school retaking my tests. By the way I am in my rightful house now. I'm not going to put up with any more crap from anyone. Well you already now I'm gay so I don't have to go into that one. I knew from the time I stepped on the train; that everyone expected me to be one thing and I was pretty much the complete opposite. That's just fine because Dumbledore is dead and I'm with Sirius I can just be me. You should have heard the Weasel blow up when I told him about being gay and that I was suppose to be in Slytherin. He completely lost it. Hermione didn't really say much until they were fixing to leave. But a couple of days later she wrote me and apologized. I might have told her I forgive her, but I won't forget and will get her back at the right time. I just have to wait until that perfect moment." Harry finished with a smile.
"Wow Harry. No one would ever guess you weren't actually a Gryffindor. How did you get so good at acting like that?"
"Come on Draco; if I wasn't a true Slytherin, I wouldn't be able to do half the shit I have gotten away with."
"Yeah thats very Harry. So what do we do now?"
"Well we should start out as friends, and then just see where it goes from there."
"That sounds good to me. Earlier you referred to Weasley as 'Weasel' so there is no way the two of you will be friends again?"
"Don't worry Draco, he and I will never be friends again. He has done to much over the years for us to ever be friends. Hell we probably never were really friends to begin with. Did you know that arse called me a pouf."
"I'm sorry Harry. But you know if you would have listened to me that first day on the train, you wouldn't have had the problem of the Weasel."
"Alright Draco, don't be an arse." Draco just laughed.
"Come on Draco lunch should be done."
"Okay lets go." Harry walked out first, before he walked out Draco checked out Harry's arse. They walked into the hallway. Just before they went into the kitchen Harry turned around smirking.
"You know Draco if you wanted to check out my arse, all you had to do was say so." Harry walked in laughing and Draco walked in with a red face.
"Oh my Draco are you alright? You seem awful flush."
"No I'm fine uncle Sev." Draco mumbled.
"What was that Draco. I didn't quite catch it." Severus said smirking.
"I said no I'm fine uncle Sev."
"Okay. I just wanted to make sure you weren't getting sick. I see you and Harry are both still alive. I guess the talk went well then?"
"Yeah it did uncle Sev. I learned things about Harry I didn't know. Hell I never would have imagined."
"Draco language." Severus scolded.
"Sorry uncle Sev."
"Thats alright. Lets eat, I'm quite hungry." Harry said to everyone.
After everyone ate, Harry looked at Draco.
"Hey you wanna go play some one on one quidditch?"
"You have a pitch here?"
"Oh yeah come on, I'll show you." Harry grabbed Draco's hand and pulled him outside to the pitch. Draco stood there staring.
"Bloody hell Harry, we don't even have one a Malfoy Manor. Father said it was a waste of time to have one at home. He said there were better things to do with one's time."
"Man Draco that sucks. So do you want to play?"
"Yeah but we don't have brooms."
"No problem. Watch this." Harry said smirking. Harry raised his hand. All the sudden Draco heard whistling coming straight at them. Harry reached out and caught the brooms with ease.
"Bloody hell Harry, how the hell did you do that?"
"Well Draco, I told you I was hiding who I was and what I could do. I've been able to do wandless and wordless magic since first year. Now lets fly."
"Alright lets go." Severus and Sirius were watching them through a window.
"Siri, has Harry always been able to do wandless and wordless magic?"
"Yeah he told me he has been able to do it since his first year."
"Wow he is more then what anyone thought huh?"
"Yep." Harry and Draco came in all sweaty.
"Alright Harry I need a shower."
"Okay I'm gonna go take one too. Hey maybe after Sev will show us his animagus form."
"See you in a bit Harry." They went to their rooms to shower. When Harry got out of the shower there was two owls waiting for him. He untied them and opened the more official looking one first.
Dear Mr. Black,
You and your guardian are required at Gringotts Bank on July 2 at 9 am.

Harry put down the letter and got dressed, he walked downstairs to the kitchen; and found Sirius Severus reading letters that looked exactly like his.
"Hey Siri did you get a letter from Gringotts too?"
"Yeah so did Sev. I wonder what's going on." Draco walked in carrying a letter too.
"I guess everyone got one." Harry said.
"So you guys got letters from Gringotts too?"
"Yes we did. Does yours say what its about?"
"No." Sirius, Severus, and Draco said at the same time.
"At least we only have to wait until tomorrow. Then we can find out what's going on." Sirius said.
"You know, all of us getting summons from Gringotts almost sounds like a will reading."
"You know Sev it kind of reminds me of when my mother died. So you might be right. Lets sit down and eat." Sirius told everyone. Everyone sat around eating. When they got done they went into the library.
"Hey Sev, can you show us your animagus form now?"
"Yes, just move the furniture out of the way first." Harry moved all the furniture out of the way. Severus closed his eyes and concentrated groaning white fur with gray/black stripes. Once he was fully a tiger, he stretched out feeling all the muscles and tendons flex.
"Bloody hell Sev, you are so pretty." Harry said. Severus growled.
"Sorry Sev. I know language right?" Severus nodded his head. Severus turned back to normal.
"Okay you two its getting pretty late. We have to be at Gringotts at 9, so that means we have to leave here by 8:45." Severus said.
"Okay Sev." Harry and Draco said at the same time.
Harry and Draco walked upstairs talking about why they could have been summoned. Sirius turned to Severus,
"Sev I know why we are being summoned to Gringotts tomorrow."
"Why then Siri?"
"It's for Dumbledore's will reading."
"But Siri, they only way we would all be summoned is if we all were included in the will."
"I know Sev. I'm just worried about what he is going so say to Harry."
"Don't worry love, with all of us there he will be okay."
"I know but I still worry."
"Lets go to bed love. You can worry about it more tomorrow." Severus and Sirius went up to bed.
Harry rolled over and turned off his alarm. He got out of bed and went to take his shower. When Harry got out of the shower he remembered there was another letter that came yesterday. He walked over to his desk and picked it up.

Harry went running out of his room and ran straight into Draco. They fell in the floor in a tangle of limbs.
"Sorry Draco. I got my OWL results and got really excited."
"It's okay Harry, so how did you do?" Harry got up off Draco and handed him the paper with the results on it.
"Wow Harry, these are fantastic scores." Draco hugged Harry. Harry froze for a second, then relaxed into it. Draco pulled back quickly,
"Sorry Harry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."
"Draco you didn't. I just wasn't expecting you to hug me." Harry hugged Draco, he leaned into it right away. Harry leaned back a little and placed a tentative kiss on Draco's lips. Harry went to pull back and Draco grabbed Harry's neck and pulled him back toward him. As soon as Draco's lips touched Harry's, Draco moaned. Draco backed Harry up until he was against the wall. Harry and Draco were so involved with kissing each other that they didn't hear Sirius clear his throat.
"Okay you two come up for some air." Harry and Draco pulled apart blushing.
"Sorry Siri. What did you need?"
"I just came to tell you two that it's time to go." Sirius walked downstairs. Harry grabbed Draco's arm to stop him.
"Can we talk later?"
"Of course Harry, but we need to get going." They walked down to the library.
"Okay you guys ready to go?" Severus said.
"Yeah lets go." They flooed to Gringotts. After they stepped out of the floo Sirius walked up to the counter,
"Excuse me we need to see Griphook please."
"Do you have an appointment?"
"Yes we do."
"One moment please." The goblin walked away through a door. A few minutes later he came back.
"Please follow me." The goblin lead them through a door and down a hallway. He stopped at a door and knocked three times.
"Come in." They walked in.
"Hello Griphook, how have you been?" Harry asked.
"I've been good. How about you?"
"Well finally got away from the muggles I called my family."
"Thats good." Everyone just starred in shock.
"What Griphook was the goblin that first showed me to my valt."
"Okay Harry lets get started. Why don't you all sit down, so we can start." Everyone sat down. McGonagall, Hagrid, Hermione, Ron, and the rest of the Weasley's all came in and sat down as well.
"This is the reading of the Last will and Testament of Albus Dumbledore.
I Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore being of sound mind and body, he by bequeath my possessions to the following people: To Minerva McGonagall, I leave her everything in my office. I also leave her with this advise; keep an eye on Harry, he is not to be trusted. To Rubeus Hagrid, I leave you only this a single knut and to tell you, you were not worth anything. To Hermione Granger, you my girl were to smart for your own good. I leave you with this, two galleons and this advise, keep your nose to yourself and out of everyone else's business. To Ronald Weasley and all the other Weasley's, you people should not reproduce. Ronald you were suppose to help the Dursley's keep Harry down, you didn't do as I asked. With that I leave you Weasley's a knut each. And I also tell you this you should have done as you were told. To Severus Snape I leave you 11,000,000 galleons, and also this my boy, my thanks for treating Harry like he didn't really matter, because in reality he doesn't. In the event that Severus has died everything reverts to Draco Malfoy. I also leave Draco 1,000,000 galleons to do what ever he pleases with it. Also my thanks for treating Harry the way he did. To Sirius Black if you now have custody of Harry I'm sorry I tried to keep you a free man. I leave you 11,000,000 galleons, with the condition that NONE of it gets spent on Harry. I truly am sorry I couldn't keep you from getting that freak. To Harry Potter it seems I have nothing to give you but this. Your parents didn't really want you, no one else knew this. So I give you nothing. You Harry are nothing more than a freak. You should have died all those years ago in Godrics Hollow. You weren't suppose to survive Voldemort coming after you. Well I suppose all of you have figured it out, I'm not as 'light' as everyone thought. It was Wormtail that told Voldemort where the Potter's were, but I planted the thought in his head. Well I have said everything I need to. I hope I don't see any of you anytime soon.
Albus Percival Wilfric Brian Dumbledore
Sirius and Severus both looked at Harry to see how he was talking what Dumbledore said.
"Can you guys stop staring. at me I am fine, I swear."
"Are you sure Harry?" Draco asked.
"Why is everyone so worried about bloody Potter? And why do you care ferret?" Ron asked.
"First of all Weasel, I care because I'm Harry's friend. Secondly, his name isn't Potter anymore, so if you are going to call him by his surname; then get it right its Black now. Third of all shut up Weasel." Draco said smirking. Ron was fixing to say something else but Mrs. Weasley stopped him. Harry looked over at Draco and smiled at him.
"I'm sorry, but everyone except Mr. Potter-Black and Lord Snape are going to have to leave." Griphook said. Everyone except Harry, Severus, Draco, and Sirius left the office talking about what the will had said. Draco got up and hugged Harry, as he was hugging Harry he kissed Harry's neck. Sirius turned to Harry,
"Are you okay with us leaving?" Harry turned to Griphook,
"Can they please stay Griphook?"
"They are not really suppose to Harry, but for you they can stay."
"Thank you very much Griphook." Draco sat down next to Harry and took his hand.
"There is one more will that has to be read." Griphook told them.
"This is the last will and Testament to Tom Marvolo Riddle. Please wait until I finish reading it to say anything."
I Tom Marvolo Riddle being of sound mind (well almost) and body have this to say. If this is being read that means Mr. Potter fulfilled the prophecy. I hope I at least got the meddling old food Dumbledore. If I didn't god help you all. That man is worse than I could ever be, even on my worse days. Young Mr. Potter you were a worthy adversary. You never showed an ounce of fear. It was refreshing each time we fought. If you don't already know this, I am the heir of Slytherin. And I know you most likely do not want anything to do with what I am going to give you. I swear to you that non of it will harm you. If Severus survived the war please give him Salazar's potion journals. You will have to translate some of them. Other than those, Harry I want you to have everything else I own. It's quite a bit of money and property. Some of it belonging to Slytherin himself. Also most of the Death Eaters, that do not have families, have put in their wills that everything they own reverts to me if they die. All of that also goes to you. Once again Harry I am proud to have been defeated by you.
