Chapter 11
Like the last time he was getting ready to go out with Sirius, Hank was taking great care with his appearance. While he adored the talks and having someone who seemed like a friend, he wanted the sexual part as well. It had been far too long since he had a good romp in bed and wanted it. Keeping that goal in mind, he planned to do what he could to entice Sirius. Since he didn't have a clue what would manage that end, he was going for what he knew worked with others then keeping an eye out for other clues.
This time he didn't go for the leather look, but nice black jeans, a tight t-shirt and boots that went up to his knees. While he was wearing a leather jacket, this was a different one. He normally wore his leather duster with this sort of outfit, but wanted to accentuate his body a bit. The duster covered it up too much. As he tucked everything in, making sure it was perfect, he told Yama, “We're just going to walk to the meeting point since it's only a couple blocks from here. While we walk, I want you to keep an eye out for me. I will, as normal, but it's better with as close as we are to a couple places our kind gravitate towards. After that—not sure. You might have to fly depending on where it is. Unless we can talk Sirius into taking the Knight Bus. We'll see.”As normal, he heard Yama hiss in reply then nodded. “Let's see what I can manage tonight,” he told his companion with a grin. “Won't get the romp in the sack, but I'm sure I can push it a bit so Sirius knows it's what I want. And pick up on signals he gives off. If I know what he likes, I might manage. It was easy to tell he liked the last outfit I wore. If he did, he'll like this one as well.”After Yama hissed a response, Hank checked himself in the mirror, rolling his eyes at what it said, then told the bird, “Remind me to replace this damned thing soon. I can order a good one.” Then, with a grin, he added, “And this is as good as it'll get here. Let me grab what I need and the normal then we can go. The walk shouldn't be bad. Just shrink yourself a bit and use the whatever to change your looks so we don't draw attention to ourselves. Once we’re there it'll be fine. No sense in setting off the Muggles or making them remember us. We know that can come back to bite you.”Once he had his knife in place and had slipped his jacket on, he clutched his wand then gave one last glimpse in the mirror before nodding. “I think we're good, Yama. Let's go. Want to make sure no one is lingering around when we get there to stay safe.”Yama let out a hiss then the air around the bird began to shimmer a bit as the bird seemed to shrink, taking on the appearance of a standard crow, though far bigger. While it might be odd to see someone with a crow on their shoulder, it was far less so than what the bird normally looked like. He then flapped over and landed on Hank's shoulder. With a grin, Hank petted the bird on the breast and joked as he made his way out of the room, “You might look smaller, but you're still just as heavy as normal. Not to worry, doesn't bother me. Used to the weight on my shoulder. Now, keep an eye out, like normal, and let me know if Sirius does something to help me judge where to go with this. I need all the help I can get here.”Giving his normal hiss, Yama clicked his beak a few times to let Hank know he would then peered around after they stepped outside, keeping a close watch for trouble.
“Where are you two going again?” Remus asked as Sirius took a seat at the table. “Not to check up on you, but if there's a problem,” he added to make sure his old friend understood why. As he did, he gave a small smile and approving nod at how Sirius was dressed. His old friend hadn't gone with anything fancy, but more the sort of clothes he had worn right after school that made him look younger and more self confident. Good. “And you look quite nice again,” he added with a smile.
“Taking him to the Broken Wand,” Sirius told him with a bit of a smile. “Trust me, anything off and I'm sending for help. Shouldn't be, though, as they're not well known. And thanks.” Then he adjusted his simple button down shirt to make sure it fell just right and was still tucked into his jeans. Since he picked the place, he was more confident how to dress this time.“Good, somewhere that hasn't had issues with the other side of the war causing problems for them.” Remus nodded, pleased.“Besides, Hank brings Yama with him,” Sirius grinned. “No one in their right mind will mess with that bird, trust me! And he'll help with plenty if there's a problem.”“Probably why Hank brings him along,” Remus admitted, though amused by the thought with what Sirius had told him about the bird. “Just stay wary, Sirius. You know how bad it's getting.”“I know and will, you have my word,” Sirius promised with a heavy sigh. He hated the fact he had to worry about so much when he just wanted to have some fun. Couldn't be helped, though. After a check of his watch, he stood and slipped his leather jacket on then said, “I’ll be late, so don't wait up.” After Remus told him to have fun, he headed out.
Truthfully? Sirius about drooled when he showed up at the meeting place and saw the way Hank was dressed. While the clothes weren't much different than what he was wearing, those jeans and shirt clung to Hank's body in such a way that it showed off quite nicely how well built he was. He had an inkling after the last date, with what he wore, that Hank wasn't nearly as thin as he looked, but this shored it up very nicely. And he loved it. It just added more fuel to the fire when it came to his desire to have some fun with Hank. Yeah, he'd be pushing it a bit tonight. As they settled into a booth in a quiet corner, he couldn't help but let his eyes drift to the way Hank looked. Oh, he adored it, that's for damned sure!
On the other hand, Hank was feeling the same way about Sirius. Over his time, he had seen plenty of older men who tried to dress far younger or more 'hip' to attract the attention of those younger than them. It was usually a miserable failure and just served to make them look desperate. Sirius hadn't gone that route, going with a 'classic' style which actually did make him look younger and better. And Hank loved it. It just upped the sex appeal factor as far as he was concerned. Oh, he was going to try something this time around. He just wasn't sure what.Unlike last time, when they sat down, Sirius slid into the booth next to Hank, making sure Yama was perched on the other side of the man. He made sure he wasn't crowding his companion, but Sirius stayed close. Since there wasn't an objection from Hank, he went with it and said nothing. And he was pleased nothing was said or no uncomfortable looks were given. Perfect. After their pitcher of beer was brought and food ordered, Sirius relaxed, tossing an arm over the back of the booth then told Hank, “You look good in those clothes. They suit you.”“Thanks,” Hank told him with a bit of a grin and nod. He was pleased Sirius noticed. It helped. Then he added, “I have to say the same about you. The robes are traditional, I understand this, but rather fond of the Muggle variety of clothes. Robes—they not only hide everything, but plenty can conceal whatever in them.”“I agree with both points,” Sirius told him with a nod. “Would also add they can get in the way a bit. Most older wizards and witches like them because it does conceal so much and they're comfortable. Just a trend they get into as they age.”“Yeah, I can understand why,” Hank nodded, sipping his beer. He liked the way the conversation was flowing easily, even though it was just starting, and the way Sirius was sitting. He thought it meant he didn't have as much pushing to get what he wanted as he thought. That pleased him.As they waited for their food, they slid into some small talk, just the general kind of bit most did before launching into other areas. For both of them, it was a feeling out process about how to delve into what they wanted without going too far yet or chancing distractions when they started. Since they both had their own agenda, they were biding their time.
The night wore on with the two just talking. In fact, when the clock finally chimed midnight they were both startled as they hadn't noticed the passage of time. With a chuckle, Sirius said, “Yeah, I need to get home, but I want to do this again.”
“So do I,” Hank admitted with one of his genuine smiles. “I'll pick again next time.”“Fine,” Sirius nodded. “I say we go about it that way. We both know places we can have some fun and are safe.”“I know I do,” Hank chuckled, still smiling.“You should do that more often,” Sirius told him, smiling himself.“What?” Hank asked, genuinely curious as he didn't know what Sirius was talking about.“Really smile, not one of your cold ones.” Sirius explained. “Like most, it looks good on you.”“Ah,” Hank understood, a bit of a sheepish look on his face, something that most certainly didn't happen much. “Not much call to smile, honestly.”“I understand how it goes, trust me,” Sirius nodded. “It's nice to see, though.” Then, with a sigh, he admitted, “I need to get home. You might do the whole night owl bit, but I tend to have to do the whole normal wizard hours because of so much. While I get to sleep in more than most people, I still end up getting woken up.”“I feel sorry for you,” Hank told him with a chuckle, though he understood why. “One of the perks of being your own boss is you get to keep the hours you want. Love that, honestly.”“Oh, I would as well,” Sirius admitted, though he slid out of the booth. “Come on, I’ll walk you close to home since you said it's not far from where we met.”“It's not,” Hank admitted, deciding to allow Sirius to walk him to the park not far from his flat. Since his house was plenty protected, it wasn't a hardship. Once he stood, he waited for Yama to hop on his shoulder then followed Sirius out.
As they walked along with both of them keeping an eye out for danger, Sirius made sure to walk as close as he could to Hank. As he did he made small talk. “Yama can change his appearance?” He asked, curious as the bird had done so after they exited the pub.
“A bit,” Hank told him. Then he explained, “Mostly it's just what you see to disguise himself a bit and look normal with the No-Majs. He can grow a lot bigger as well because of the thunderbird part. It helps.”“Interesting!” Sirius said honestly. “We had to actually look up what a thunderbird was after you mentioned it since we'd only heard the name before. Sounds fascinating. The book said they're rare. Are they?” He asked not only wanting to know, but giving them something to talk about.“Not as rare as people think, but they aren't common. Rather like a phoenix. They just stay hidden,” Hank explained, liking this more than he would ever admit.“Now I understand,” Sirius nodded. “Picky about owners, I take it?”“Very,” Hank told him. “Most times you never see one, at least when they're around. Yama is odd. He's a hybrid, probably bred illegally. I found him the one summer and took care of him after he was hurt. He's stuck with me since. Rather like it. He's highly intelligent, more than most animals, and a great companion. We get along well together.”“I can see that,” Sirius smiled, reaching up and stroking the bird's back. He then smiled bigger when Yama let out a hissing sound that even he could tell was a happy one.“I like him, though everyone else is right unnerved. Keeps both of us safe,” Hank told him, smiling a bit again at the sound from his companion.“He just takes some getting used to I think,” Sirius observed, not as unnerved by the bird as he had been. Then he changed topics, making sure to keep an eye out on everything around them. “My friend Remus would like to meet you.”“He's the one you've talked about, isn't he? The one from school?” Hank asked to make sure he had the right person before he gave an answer.“Yeah,” Sirius nodded. “We met on the train ride to school the first time. Been close ever since then. Will put it out there that he's a werewolf.”“Doesn't matter,” Hank assured him with a shake of his head. “Went to school with several. I know the bullshit so many say is just that. The only time they're dangerous is on the full moon. Well, unless you're like that arse here in the UK, Fenrir I think his name is. Those sort are dangerous and need kept off the streets.”“He's not,” Sirius assured him. Then, quietly, he added, “Fenrir is the one who bit him as a child. Was revenge for a slight by Remus' father.”“Ouch,” Hank winced, shaking his head. “That fool is an animal which needs tended to quick smart.”“I agree completely, so does everyone I know,” Sirius assured him. “Remus is a good bloke,” he then pressed on. “This is what I consider the closest you'll get to meeting family.”Though a bit startled by that, Hank nodded, smiling a tad. “Understood. I don't have a problem with it. We can set something up soon.” He also had the feeling, if Sirius wanted him to meet his friend, his leanings were close to what his were, something which pleased him. Then he joked, “You've met mine; Yama. Since you passed the test there, you're good.”“I figured I did,” Sirius chuckled, grinning a tad as he looked at the bird who appeared like he was keeping an eye on everything around them. “We've been doing this once a week, but I'd like it if we could get together more often,” he said honestly. While there were still some nerves there about pressing on, he found just going with it how he used to was helping. At least Hank wasn't taking it badly and didn't seem to mind at all or was taken aback by it.“I'd like that as well,” Hank admitted. Then he added, with a sigh, “It's just usually rough scheduling. I make it a habit to take one night off a week for me. The only other I'm slow enough is Sundays. I don't 'work' in the shop that day for various reasons and can free up most of the night without a hardship.“Sunday is good by me,” Sirius nodded, grinning a tad. “Rather a slow day for me as well, honestly. We don't do much but laze around. Maybe go to someone's for dinner. Nothing I can't cancel. Would rather go out with you anyway as where we go tends to end up crowded and noisy.”The bit about rather going with him made Hank smile then he nodded, “I can manage, no worries there. We'll find something.”As they were nearing close to his house, Hank guided them along to the park close by then said when they arrived, “Here's where we part. I'm not far off.”Sirius just assumed, with how Hank was, that his home was similar when it came to protections as Grimmauld Place and Hank wanted to keep it private, so he nodded. After a glance around, he said, “This is a nice area.”“It is,” Hank nodded. Then he added, “While it's busy, it runs to the quiet when it comes to neighbors and such, something I like. And they aren't the nosy sort the way some neighborhoods tend to run.”“Always good there,” Sirius nodded. He was now trying to screw up the courage to press on slightly, hoping Hank didn't take it badly. Knowing he did have to press on since it wasn't safe to stay out late by yourself, he stiffened his upper lip and decided to go for it, consequences be damned. He then stepped closer to Hank, put a hand on the back of his head and kissed him soundly, pressing his body tightly to the other man's. Arm slipping around Hank's waist, he held him there, deepening the kiss slightly. While this wasn't the all consuming passion of the sort just before you pressed on to something else, there was plenty of heat involved. As he did, he felt his own cock stiffen as that hard body pressed to his.Though not expecting the kiss, Hank leaned into it, adoring the feeling. One of his arms slipping around Sirius, he held him close as well. While he felt his flesh stiffen, he was pleased to note Sirius' did the same, probably more than his did. Oh, this was quite good and he adored it.Oh, Sirius wanted to continue on, that's for damned sure, but now wasn't the time. Instead, he broke off the kiss, but a hand slipped up to the back of Hank's head and he rubbed it. With a grin, he said, panting slightly, “That was nice.”“Bloody great if you ask me,” Hank told him with a chuckle. He could feel Yama still on his shoulder, but the bird was making sure to stay out of way, probably keeping an eye out for problems while they were preoccupied.“I want to continue on, but not tonight. We can wait a bit,” Sirius said, eyes locked with Hank's and adoring how they looked.“In the middle of the park after midnight isn't the place to press on,” Hank said with a soft chuckle.“No, it's not,” Sirius admitted. Then he leaned forward and kissed him again. This one wasn't as passionate, but felt just as good. When he broke it off, he sighed, “We both better go. Out here alone is asking for trouble, even with Yama keeping watch. Owl me to set up what you want to do when we go out next.” Then, reluctantly, he pulled his hand off the back of Hank's head and stepped away.“I’ll come up with something we both like,” Hank assured him with a nod, feeling his flesh below the waist throb slightly and his body tingle in a great way. Then, with a sigh, he nodded to Sirius and headed towards his flat. Oh, this was great. As he walked, he muttered to Yama, “That was a step in the right direction, wasn't it?” When the bird gave a series of hisses and clicked his beak, Hank just grinned. Yeah, he'd get what he wanted because it appeared Sirius wanted the same thing. Oh, this was great.Sirius watched Hank go until he vanished. Then, with a grin, he Apparated away.
Laying in bed after coming home and talking to Remus for a bit, Sirius had his fingers laced behind his head as he stared up at the ceiling in the darkened room. And he was still grinning a little. Of course, his mind was still on the kiss. More to the point, how Hank had grown hard while their lips were locked. He had easily felt the erection start. Oh, that was great and what he wanted! It also told him plenty he needed to know.
As he looked back over the whole episode, he realized Hank hadn't had any adverse reaction to him initiating the kiss. Even Yama hadn't hissed. Great! He took this as a sign he could press on from here. While he wasn't sure how fast he should move with this, something he would judge each time, he was going to. Oh yes he was. All in total, it told him Hank probably wanted it as well and enjoyed what happened. Even better. Yes, this was great and what he wanted.Still grinning, he flopped over onto his side and curled up. With a sigh, he shut his eyes and played over the whole kiss slowly once more. Even now, remembering Hank's hard body pressed to his and how he smelled made him stiffen once more, at least a little. Oh yes, he liked the feelings Hank produced. And he wanted more of them.As he lay there, feeling tired though awake at the same time, he thought over what to do next to keep pushing bits. Well, and the adult part of the whole equation; logistics in where to do what. There was no way in hell he was going to act like some randy teenager and rut in the park. Not only was there the whole getting caught factor, but the danger they would be in because they were so exposed. Though they were taking care, it didn't mean they didn't have to stay alert. Yeah, it was something he had to think over. He'd find a way.Though it was a while before he managed, Sirius finally started to doze off, Hank still on his mind as he did.
Sirius wasn't the only one in the Wizarding World of the UK to have Hank on his mind as he dozed off for the night. Lucius Malfoy was thinking about the younger man as well. Though his wife was curled up next to him like she had since the night they were married so long ago, his mind kept drifting to the green eyed man he wanted.
Over his time he had a few issues getting someone into his bed when he decided he had to have them, but usually managed it with a quickness. Most honestly didn't take that much work. Even when he wanted a toy boy and the chosen one was the sort who didn't normally partake he didn't have too many problems. A bit of money tossed about, turning on his charm and making sure they knew what kind of power he had was generally all it took. Hank, though, was a different matter. He didn't seem like he was anywhere close to giving in. Lucius was actually beginning to wonder if he had to become a tad more blunt about the matter since Hank didn't seem as though he was catching the drift, so to speak. When Narcissa mumbled something in her sleep and pressed tighter to his body, Lucius gave her a reassuring pat on the back, something which settled her down nicely. He didn't even bother to look at his wife as he comforted her, his mind still on those green eyes and the man attached to them. Oh, Hank would be his, no doubt there, as he always got his way and his man, it was just going to end up slightly troublesome to maneuver him there it appeared. Which meant he probably had to go about this another way.Since he never had to try too hard to manage with someone, Lucius was rather flummoxed how to manage to push this. While he realized he probably needed to make his point more clearly, he thought more needed to take place to get this moving. And he couldn't plan for what since he didn't know much about Hank.At the last thought, he gave a tad bit of a smirk. Yes, that was the key. It was time to hire a couple people to find out what they could about Hank so he knew what he was working with. Then he could plan for what he needed to do. Hank would be his, that was a given. It would just take him finding the right way to go about it. Hank's past would give him the key.Plan firmly in place, he turned over and allowed Narcissa to snuggle into his warmth. Arm around his wife, he shut his eyes and thought about the man attached to those green eyes. Yes, in the end, Hank would join his stable of toy boys, one for him to keep and play with when he felt like it. And he would love the chase and accomplishment when he finally landed what he wanted.
Hank was sprawled out in his bathtub, submerged up to his neck in the hot water he made bubble like a hot tub, smiling. Oh, sure, the water felt great, just how it always did, but the smile came from the kiss he shared with Sirius before they parted. While he had kissed plenty over his time, generally in the height of passion as they were engaged in sex, this seemed different to him, though he wasn't sure why.
A contented sigh slipping from his lips, the smile seemed to grow as the water bubbled around him. Feet coming out, he propped them on the lip of the tub and slouched down more, now up to his chin in the water. Yes, it felt amazing. He was still a tad hard from it, though just kissing generally didn't produce such a reaction. It probably had to do with the fact it was Sirius who had done the kissing. With as attracted as he was to him, it was the only bit he could think of. No matter what, he liked it, a lot, and wanted more.As he lay there, he thought over the whole night, deciding he liked what happened. Though startled by the offer to meet Sirius' friend, he'd mange that as well. It just told him Sirius also liked what was going on. While his intent with this was just to satisfy the physical urge and a friendship, he now wondered if there wasn't more on Sirius' end he wanted. That he wasn't certain about and would have to see what came from the rest. No way in hell was he coming out and asking. If Sirius wanted to bring it up, he'd go with it, but wouldn't broach the topic himself.Eyes going shut, he just lay there, adoring not only the memories of the night, but the water. Yes, this was great. He also relished in the memory of how Sirius felt pressed to him and the older man's erection from the act. Hank knew many found his hard looks and demeanor off-putting. Sirius didn't seem to. It pleased him that he didn't. The whole demeanor was to protect himself, of course, something he had learned long ago. If he kept up that facade, people were less likely to try something, what he needed, especially before he hit his growth spurt. Very few in his life, aside from Yama, ever had the privilege of seeing the true him. In fact, there was only the Dursleys before he was sent away. Since then only a select few saw parts. He always hid most of it for self-preservation reasons. Sirius had, in the short time since they met, seen some, more than most ever did. And he rather liked it.As the water began to cool, he grabbed his wand and heated it up again. Oh, he had tons he could be tending to, no doubt there, but he wanted to stay like this. Business could wait until the following day, he thought, other than the normal he tended to before bed. And, for the first time since returning to the UK, he wasn't thinking about his other mission here. While he wanted to know who he really was, he also wanted what was growing with Sirius. It was coming first, it seemed, much to his surprise. He was also finding out he didn't mind in the least. Not allowing his thoughts to wander to the normal, Hank just relaxed and let his thoughts drift to Sirius and what he wanted. There was plenty of the sexual variety, of course, but there was another part as well. This was the bit with just talking like they had tonight. He hadn't had this in a very long time as he didn't let most close. It felt good. Part was possibly because Sirius didn't know his past or reputation beyond what Dung probably told him, so it didn't shade parts. In the States, he was known as a hard arse, for good reasons, with plenty of rumors floating around about him. Those he ignored because plenty of them weren't true, but let them flourish because they helped keep him safe. Sirius was a clean slate. While he wasn't sure going in because he didn't know the man, he liked now that they weren't factoring in. Oh, he was damned sure Dung told him plenty, but it wasn't the worst spouted over the years. Good.Though it was odd, as the water swirled and bubbled around him, Hank began to doze slightly. He was too big to worry about slipping down and drowning. Even if there was a chance, Deweezle would make sure he didn't. The light doze pulling at him was filled with visions of Sirius, something which made him smile bigger. And it was wonderful.
