-Hermione’s POV-
Hermione always watched, but was seldom seen. She saw how bad the new girl had it, and felt sorry for her. Usually Harry was not so hard on his new slaves. It made Hermione wonder what was so special about this one. It made her realize she would have to act sooner, than with most of the slaves. Hermione thought back to five years ago, when she had been given her assignment. It seemed like life time ago
-Hermione’s Flashback-
“Are you sure you want to do this, Ms Granger?” the question was asked. Hermione looked at her old Potions Professor and nodded “Of course I am sure, Severus. I wouldn’t want to put anyone else in there. Someone needs to protect those poor Muggleborns. Someone needs to get them out. What better way than to become a slave myself?” she explained
Severus pinched the bridge of his nose, clearly displeased with Hermione’s decision. “There is no way of talking you out of it?” he asked. “No” Hermione said, her tone saying her decision was final. Severus nodded sadly. “Well, I guess all that is left before you go get yourself caught, is to prepare you for what will happen.”
-End Flashback-
Since she had went undercover she had successfully helped over one hundred of Harry’s slaves to freedom. She had ‘proved’ her loyalty more times than she liked to think about, and was a couple days from giving birth to her fifth child. She had watched as all of her children had been ripped out of her arms, then auctioned off to those who wanted slaves they could begin training from a young age. It saddened her, as she knew what her children was going through.
It was shopping day, so Hermione grabbed the thin cloak she was allowed for public appearances, only when she was pregnant, and threw it over her shoulders. She had to meet with her contact, to arrange for the rescue. Once she was in town, she walked into the ice cream shop and disappeared into the back room.
An hour after she went in, Hermione came out. The date for the rescue was set for exactly a week, when Harry would be away on Ministry business. She would have less than a few days to get the girl to safety. Hermione went about town and did her shopping, before all too soon she had to return to what she now called ‘Hell House’

A/N I know this chapter is short. I apologize for this, but though short, I felt it was necessary for coming plot points. If you have read this far, I would like to thank you. I know it is a dark story, but have tried to put a little kindness in it, here and there for ya’ll. At this point I would like to thank Sun-HiRutherford for her reviews. They were much appreciated. For everyone else, if you are enjoying the story, please review. If you have any ideas you would like to see implemented in this story, let me know. I have a main idea of some things I would like to happen, but will gladly take other ideas to add. If you do give me ideas, I will add a thank you at the end of the chapter in which I use said ideas
