Hermione was wearing the yoga pants she had pulled on when the Floo call from the hospital woke her up. She had a cardigan over the tank top she had been wearing and her arms were crossed as she hadn’t thought to put on a bra and didn’t want anyone else to notice. She didn’t want to run to the ward that had Snape but she couldn’t walk normally and was doing an awkward sort of walk-skip-jog-walk-again thing that brought even more attention to her.
“Healer Granger” The woman behind the desk sighed and ran around it to greet her “I am so glad you’re here”
“He’s awake?” Hermione asked trying to look in to the room where she could hear a lot of crashing coming from.
“He’s been awake for six hours” The woman informed and found her on the receiving end of the famed ‘Granger Glare’ which made her shake.
“Six hours?” Hermione said slowly “And I was just informed?”
“They wanted to get as much information from him as possible” The girl explained “But he refused to speak…he wrote out one word and that was your name but no one would listen to him” She looked around nervously “In fact…”
“What is she doing here?” A stern looking woman asked when she came out of the room a streak of blood on her hand “I said not to inform her until we’ve interrogated him thoroughly”
“I’m sorry, Healer Grade” The young woman looked ready to cry “But I thought he would talk better to her…and…and…you’re bleeding!” She walked to her and was looking for the scratch.
“It’s not my blood” Healer Grade told her coldly, keeping her eyes locked on Hermione’s “It’s his. If he wants to fight I will fight back by any means possible, I hear that’s how you work too, Miss Granger”
“It’s Healer Granger” Hermione said through her teeth “And I do not abuse my patients and would thank you if you didn’t either”
“No longer a Healer here” Grade said “According to what the Director of Magical Medicine said the whole ward has been fired and as no one wants you around here, you may have the name Healer and you may have the know-how but you are not a healer here anymore” She smirked nastily as Hermione breathed heavily “Are you going to cry?”
“N-no” She stuttered.
“Hermione” Harry and Draco ran up to her “Kingsley just told us, as the hospital just told him” Harry glared at the Healer who smirked back “I got here as soon as they told me, what’s going on?”
“Miss Granger is no longer employed here” Grade said “So, she has no clue as to what’s going on and in all honesty Mr. Snape is too riled up for visitors and won’t be allowed to see anyone until he talks”
“He can barely speak, you STUPID COW!” Hermione screamed.
“I want custody over my father and Severus Snape” Draco said suddenly “Give me the papers to sign”
“You can’t…” She said “They need medical treatment” Harry held up some papers that he had just received the night before.
“And thanks to these papers” Harry said, flourishing them in front of her face with a sneer so unlike him on his face “They will have real medical treatment”
“The Granger Manor Of Mental Health?” Healer Grade read from the paper “That’s not possible. In order to have a mental health facility you need to have knowledge and an expert Healer with at least five years’ experience”
“I do” Hermione told her sweetly “I bought a manor with enough rooms, grounds, plenty of house-elves, Angelina has been a healer for five years and will be working there along with Theo Nott and Bridget” She smiled “I will be working as a Healer but also taking care of everything that needs to be taken care of as the owner”
“Security…” She started.
“The ministry has taken a special interest in her mental hospital” Harry told her “And I am the head of her security we have people lined up for the positions there”
“Well” She was reaching for something else to say but Draco slid forward.
“Get me the paperwork for Lucius Malfoy and Severus Snape” He told her coldly, showing off the Malfoy’s unique ability to be scary and yet proper at the same time “And let Miss. Granger in to see Severus as she is his personal healer” He whispered something in Hermione’s ear then added “And if there are any cuts or bruises on him my lawyers will be here by morning”
Severus was sitting on his bed staring straight ahead when Hermione entered the room. His eyes were narrowed, his lips were pursed and his jaw was clenched. There was a gash on his forehead and blood pouring down his face, she walked in and called out to him. When he looked over at her she could tell that he wasn’t actually see her, his eyes were glassy and lost. Then he closed them slowly and started to fall to the side, she gasped and cast a spell that stopped his decent to the floor and put him back on the bed. Before turning and leaving the room, she ran straight at the older woman and slammed her hands in to the woman’s back sending her flying in to the desk.
“What did you do to him?!” She screamed “You bitch…you monster!”
“Hermione?” Harry took her hands “What’s wrong?”
“Go and catalog what you see” Hermione said “Then heal him please, if I use my wand right now I may hurt him and I promise you there is only one person I want to hurt right now” Harry and Draco disappeared in to the room and she could hear Draco swearing.
“Why do you think I harmed him in anyway” She looked amused “You have no proof, that is to say, if I had done something to him”
“There is proof enough on his face” Hermione whispered “I will make you pay, you stupid bitch…one way or another you will pay!”

“This meeting of the Wizengamont has been brought to order” Kingsley said “We meet today to learn the fate of Ginerva Weasley and learn the names of the other two criminals in the case of the Saint Mungo’s poisoning”
“Who is here as representative for Miss Weasley?” A nameless witch asked.
“I am” Bill Weasley said “I am her brother and her lawyer”
“Witnesses?” Asked another person
“We have our parents” Bill said “Molly and Arthur Weasley, Charlie Weasley, Lavender Brown and Parvati Patil”
“Representative for the Ministry?” The first witch asked.
“Blaise Zabini” Said the dark man “Witnesses are Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Veritaserum”
“Ginerva Weasley” Kingsley said “You were read with all the charges and do you agree with them?” She turned her head refusing to answer even though Bill told her to answer.
“We call Molly Weasley up” Kingsley said after a few minutes of rifling through the papers in front of him and Molly walked up slowly and took the potion to make her tell the truth about her daughter.
“A few tester questions” Kingsley said “Molly how many children do you have?”
“Seven” She answered.
“How many times have you been pregnant” He asked reading from the list of tester questions and answers.
“Ten times” She answered “I lost a child before Bill was born a baby before Fred and George and one before Ronald was born”
“Has Ginerva ever been violent before?” Bill asked.
“No” She answered “She’s always been happy and driven”
“Does she have any reason to go after Snape the way she did?” He asked
“In all honesty” Molly said “What Gryffindor doesn’t?”
“Care to elaborate?” He asked his mother
“Snape was unfair at the best of times” She went on “Cruel all the time, he humiliated the Gryffindors and was never helpful. So I would think that some or all of them would have something against him for one reason or another”
“Was there a particular reason that Ginerva would hate him more than others?” Bill asked.
“No” Molly said firmly and glared at Hermione
“So you see” Bill said to the Wizengamont “She has no prior history of violence so there is the possibility that she was under the imperious or had memories fed in to her brain by someone else” Bill sat back down.
“Just one thing, though” Blaise said after listening to Draco for a minute “Mrs. Weasley has Ginny attacked unprovoked before?”
“Yes” Molly answered and Bill’s head shot up at the news “She attacked three Slytherins from different years in a matter of months while in her fifth year”
“There was absolutely no reason?” Blaise asked
“No” Molly said “She just attacked”
“It would seem to me” Blaise addressed the older wizards and witches “That Ginerva Weasley is unable to...”
“She didn’t understand!” Molly snapped “She was just a girl!”
“We have it on record three times that she admitted to attacking Snape and the other death eaters” Blaise told her firmly “Are you telling me that she still doesn’t understand right from wrong?”
“No…” She tried
“Are you saying that maybe we should be having a hearing to see if she is mentally stable enough to stand this trial?” He asked.
“She is!” Molly hissed “But…”
“What?” Blaise asked gently “What do you want to say Mrs. Weasley?”
“I…” She looked around, the Veritaserum had worn off so whatever she would be saying could be a lie but he would listen. Blaise walked over slowly and stood in front of her with a concerned look on his face as he leaned in and whispered.
“Whatever you have to say, Mrs. Weasley” He looked around quickly “You can say it aloud, you can write it in a note or whisper it…that is not a problem”
“I have nothing else to say” She answered angrily.
“Miss Weasley” Kingsley said sternly looking at her “You have been given the Veritaserum and we just need you to answer one question”
“What?” She asked angrily.
“Who are the other two culprits?” Kingsley asked and they all witnessed the struggle in her eyes before she spat out.
“Astoria Malfoy and Ronald Weasley” Draco shook his head in disgust, Harry apperated away immediately and Hermione threw up a little in her mouth.
“We will continue this when all the culprits have been apprehended” Kingsley announced “Until then Ginerva Weasley will be detained in Azkaban Prison”
Hermione and Draco conversed for a few minutes before walking over to Blaise to congratulate him on shaking up the Wizengamont. Ginny was standing by her family saying goodbye and glaring daggers at Hermione. There was so much hatred in her eyes and it made Hermione shiver, after she started walking away Molly walked over to Blaise and dropped a note on the table in front of him before leaving the ministry with her husband. He unfolded it and then held it out for the others to be able to read it.
Mr. Zabini-
Ginny got an ‘E’ on her Potions O.W.L’s. During the summer before her sixth year when she was angry with Percy, like the rest of us, she poisoned him. It was such a strong poison that not even Fred and George could heal him, he spent months in Saint Mungo’s and only got better right before the fight. That was when he got a letter that dropped some kind of dust on him that healed him, the note simply said “Don’t make me do this again, GW” That was when he came to fight. I am angry with Hermione for fighting so hard for those death eaters but I don’t defend Ginny because I think she’s innocent, I defend her because I’m scared of her.

A/N: I hope you like this. I got a review that told me that the Hermione I have written is a slut and while I can’t see why you say this I apologize that you think this way. Hermione however has only slept with Neville and Harry so…I don’t see her as a slut. Side note, when using Veritaserum the questions have to be very direct. PLEASE REVIEW!!!!
