Chapter 14: On The Road Again
Hermione returned
back to the castle feeling a lot better then she had in her life. True, there was
a lot of what she saw that her mind was still processing, but at least she knew
who the real monster was and it wasn’t Severus.“Hermione,”
Harry called.Hermione looked up at her friend.
“Can I come
in?” he asked.“Sure.”
Harry walked
in and found that Hermione was busy working on something. She looked a lot better
in his opinion and he wondered if the trip to the Headmistress had worked. It seemed
like that to him.“How are
you feeling?”“Well,”
Hermione said. “So how are things going with you and Ginny?”“Well,”
Harry said. “And the whole thing with you and Snape?”“Well,”
Hermione repeated. “I was shown what kind of monster Ron was and I’m glad that he’s
not going to be around to hurt anyone.”Harry bit his lip.
“Hermione,
do you know that you’re pregnant?” he asked.Hermione looked at him and nodded.
“Are you
planning on giving this child up?”Hermione shrugged her shoulders.
“I don’t
know yet,” Hermione said. “I don’t think I will, but right now I’m so busy with
us making up what we lost.”Harry noticed a tone that told him that the conversation was
over. He got up and left.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did things go between you and Hermione?” Minerva asked during lunch.“Well,”
Severus said. “And you and the talking painting of Dumbledore.”Minerva laughed.
“It’s going
okay,” she said. “The former Headmaster is lending me a lot of his wisdom on how
to run this school.”“I hope
not about his love affair with lemon drops.”Minerva laughed again.
“No, but
he wants to give it to me.”Severus chose not to answer.
