Draco rushed to the Dumbledore's office, "Professor there's a man in Mitch's room at the hospital I don't like it he tricked me and told me Susan was in trouble and I believed him," he said out of breath. "Thank you Mr. Malfoy," Dumbledore said standing up and they both walked out of the office. "What did this man look like?" The headmaster asked. "Tall about 6'2, blue eyes, dark hair, dressed in an all black dress suit and a smile that just gives me the creeps," Draco said with a shiver. "We must hurry," Dumbledore said and they picked up their pace to the hospital wing.

Riley stood up from her bed tensed up, "What are you doing here?" she asked the man. He smirked at her, "Well I can't see my eldest daughter?" he asked still giving her that smirk. She wished she could just kill him right then and there but she knew if she did that she would lose everything she worked so hard for. "What are you doing here?" she asked again.

"I'm here to tell you that I'm going to take away from you what you took away from me,"

"You already stole everything from me what's a little more," she almost shouted. She saw him start to move towards Hermione and Riley jumped in a heartbeat and she grabbed him by his shirt and lifted him off the floor, "Don't you fucking touch her you piece of shit!" and before she could throw him Dumbledore and Draco showed up. Dumbledore went to Riley and put a hand on her shoulder, "Put him down dear, he's not worth killing not until he's suffered for what he did to my granddaughter your mother," the elder man said and Riley slowly started to put him down.

"Sean I don't know why you are here but you are not welcome and I don't know how you got out of Azkaban but I will find out why and I will have you thrown back in,"

"Oh Albus need I remind you that I have my ways of getting out of things with my charm,"

Just then another man walked in and smirked, this one was dressed just like Sean all back but he had light brown hair and hazel eyes, "Hello Albus," he said.

"James Riddle I should've known,"

"Riley you remember you're cousin," Sean said still smirking.

"Wait you're also related to the Riddle family?" Draco asked

"Yeah on my father's side unfortunately," her voice was cold and she could feel her blood boiling. This was the side of her family she never wanted to see again, after all the pain they put families through and the the fact that they have killed so many and not even care who they hurt.

"I am Tom's brother," Sean said still smirking, "While he ran his way here I ran my way in the states but this one," he said pointing to Riley, "Put a stop to everything I built on," he added.

"Give me one good reason not to kill you both right now," she said standing there clenching her fist.

They both smirked and Sean pulled out a picture of Riley's mother and her brothers and sisters and gave it to her, "If you kill us they will die," he said. Riley looked at the picture and they were tied up and she could see some bruises on them and her mom was looking at her with said eyes.

"I want you on my side Riley with you and James we can rule this world," he said taking a step over to her, "And you can start by getting rid of that Mudblood girlfriend of yours," he said pointing at Hermione. Riley had enough she took her good hand and punched Sean with all she had. He fell back to the ground and did not get up. Then she turned to James, "You can't do this you won't be able to," she said and Draco, Hermione and Dumbledore saw this blue light starting to glow around Riley, "If you do what I think you're going to do I will hunt you down and kill you the exactly the way your father killed all those poor people. I won't be as forgiving as I was the last time James. This is a warning of things to come if you do not back down," she said and then her eyes became glowing blue slightly. James helped Sean up and left the room, Draco followed to make sure they fully left the castle. Along the way Snape accompanied him.

The blue light began to dim and then Riley fell to the ground. With a wave of his hand Dumbledore Riley was lifted up and gently placed on the bed. "What was that?" Hermione asked.

The headmaster shook his head and he was at a lost for words, "The last time I saw some one that powerful was Mr. Potter when he found out that Thomas Riddle was the reason that his parents died in that car crash," he told her.

"I'm guessing that Sean man is her father?"

He nodded, "Indeed, brother to Thomas, well younger and his step brother really,"

"This is why you wanted her to be safe because of him."

Dumbledore nodded, "Yes exactly now, Miss Granger if you will excuse me I need to do an investigation about this," Hermione just nodded and watched the Headmaster leave.

Draco and Snape watched as the two men walked the castle grounds just as Harry and Ron were running up to them, "We heard about Riley then we heard about her dad and James," Harry said and Draco nodded, "Yeah it's crazy plus with what Jessie and Pansy are planning I don't think Mitch needs this," Ron said. Snape looked at them, "What do you mean what Jessie and Pansy are planning?" he asked and Draco just handed him the piece of paper that had the potion on it. Snape nodded and he looked at the three boys, "Looks like Dumbledore will be making his first expulsions in a long time. Come on you three," he said and they all followed him.

Jessie and Pansy were at lunch when they heard one of the Gryffindor's say that Mitch was in the hospital and that she had and encounter with her father. Pansy looked at Jessie, "She's more than likely alone, you can go and see if she needs comfort," she said with a smirk, "Then I'll just add this potion and we will call it a day," Jessie told her smirking. She got up from the table and made her way to the hospital wing, "What can I do for you Miss Lockhart?" Madam Pomfrey said as Jessie walked through the doors of the hospital wing, "I heard Riley was here and I wanted to see her," the nurse nodded. "You may only see her as long as I am with you that is her request as well as the headmaster's" she said and stood up, "Follow me," and started to walk to where Riley was.

She opened the curtain and saw that the Riley and Hermione were again sleeping and it really touched her heart she turned around and told Jessie to wait there. After that magical burst she came to check on her and did her healing spells and said that she just needed rest and she should be good in the morning. She went over to Riley's side and gently woke her up and told her that Jessie wanted to see her and Riley just shook her head no. Madam Pomfrey smiled and nodded. She walked back out of the room, "I'm sorry she's extremely exhausted and she needs her rest come back later or tomorrow when she's feeling better you may go," she said to Jessie. Before she could protest Snape came into the hospital wing with Pansy, "Miss Lockhart I think you me pansy and the headmaster need to have a little chat,"
