So it's time for our couple to start thinking about real life. The time to return to Hogwarts is just around the corner, what will they do then?

"Ginny?"

"Ginny."

"Ginny!" Snape braced himself up on his arms and stared down at the girl beneath him, red hair fanned out on the pillow. Her eyes stared vacantly at a spot over his shoulder. "Ginny." He leaned down and rubbed his nose against hers, trying to pull her back to the present. He smiled as she blinked her eyes and focused on him. "There you are. Where were you? You were million miles away."

"Not a million." She said sadly, stroking his back. "Just a few hundred."

"Oh." He groaned as he pulled himself from her warm center and flopped down on the bed next to her. "Hogwarts."

"September 1st is just around the corner."

"Yes. It is." He sighed, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her against his chest. "And I'll be leaving this Monday."

"Monday!" Ginny exclaimed, sitting up to look at him. But that's only two days away."

"I have to go early to prepare my Potions storeroom and my lesson plans."

"So what happens after Monday?" She sighed, laying her head on his chest.

"Well." He said, reaching up to stroke her long hair. "You will go back to being my student and I will go back to being your teacher."

"And us?"

"Is there really an us, Ginny?"

Raising her head she stared into his black eyes. "Probably not." She said sadly.

He pulled her tightly to him and kissed the side of her head. "Why me, Ginny?"

"Why not you?" She asked, tracing a pattern across his chest. "You're sexy and…..." Her voice trailed off.

"And what?"

"And I wanted to make love to a man, not a boy." She whispered softly.

"So I was just a means to an end?"

"I guess." She shrugged, trailing her fingers down to play with the tantalizing patch of hair on his stomach. "But…."

"But what, Ginny? Look at me."

She shook her head "No" against his chest.

"Oh Ginny." He sighed heavily, stroking her long silky hair. "I have become very attached to you in our time together."

"You have?" Raising her head she stared at him, shocked at his frank admission.

"Very much so." He whispered. "But, this cannot last. It isn't safe." He sighed heavily.

"Because of Voldemort."

He nodded his head solemnly. "I am a Death Eater in the service of the Dark Lord. I cannot risk him become aware of our association."

"It's not fair." She whispered, swiping her hand at a tear that threatened to fall.

"No it isn't. But it's what I must do. My role in this war was assigned to me long ago and I must do what I can to fulfill it. But," He said, squeezing her tightly. "It would mean so much to me to know that no matter what happens you believe in me. Will you do that for me Ginny? Will you believe in me?"

"Of course." Rising up she kissed him gently on the lips.

He smiled grimly at her. "Kiss me Ginny. We only have a little while left. Let's make the most of it."

Burying his hands in her hair he captured her lips with his, his tongue dancing passionately with hers. Taking her small hand in his, he guided her down to grasp his growing erection.

"Mmmmmm." He moaned into her mouth. "I love it when you touch me."

"I love touching you." She rubbed her hand over him, squeezing and stroking him until he hardened in her grasp. "Lay back." She whispered into his mouth. Bracing her hands on his broad shoulders she straddled him and gently lowered herself onto him, engulfing him in her wet heat.

"Oh Ginny." He moaned, staring up into her face. "You feel so good."

Ginny sat up straight and took him into her as deeply as she could, smiling shyly she begin to rock against him, loving the look of pleasure that crossed his face. Grabbing her hips, he thrust up into her making her gasp.

"Oh." Ginny grunted, her fingers digging into his shoulder as she came, her muscles pulsating around him.

Breathing heavily he collapsed onto the bed next to her.

"Let's just stay here and never go back to Hogwarts." She panted.

"If only that were an option." He sighed, gathering her to him and hugging her tightly.
