Hermione was sleeping in her panties and a camisole, her hair was a mess and she was flat on her stomach snuggled under her quilt. She was sleeping off the many glasses of wine she had consumed, she was deep in her drunken sleep when she heard her bedroom door open. She knew that it was her house elf probably leaving a hangover potion, maybe some tea and toast something that would be easy on her stomach even though she felt fine. Someone opened the curtains in her room and she moaned angrily at the brightness, she turned her face away and sighed when she found shade. She heard a masculine sigh and then there was a sharp crack and her bottom burned, her eyes snapped open. She gasped and turned only to have a very strong hand grab her wrist keeping it from getting her wand, then she was looking up in to burning blue eyes.
“I don’t like being accused of something without proof being presented” Teddy said slowly and almost coldly and his eyes never left her face.
“Teddy I…” She started and then stopped “I don’t have to tell you anything” She tried to get up but he straddled her hips.
“You smell like a brewery” He scrunched his nose “You shouldn’t try to drink your problems away!”
“And you do not get to tell me what to do!” Hermione snapped trying to buck him off.
“Why are you so mad at me?” He asked his eyes going from fierce to a softer pleading look. Tears filled her eyes as she looked at him, she wanted him to hold her, she wanted to be able to trust him again.
“I heard about the reconstruction of your relationship with Victorie” She said miserably while tears fell out of the corners of her eyes and in to her hair “I hope you two are happy” She sobbed out the last word.
“Victorie?” He repeated, confused and then slowly recognition flooded his features “Victorie” His features darkened considerably and he leaned up “She told her mother we were back together, hmm?”
“Why would she say it if it weren’t true?” Hermione whispered.
“Why would you believe the lie so easily and not ask me about it?” He asked.
“I’m not actually swimming in security here, Teddy” She answered, looking down at her chest “Did you slap my arse?!” She had just thought of the rude awakening she had gotten from him.
“You needed a spanking” He told her with a heated grin “I think you still do”
“Why didn’t you come here sooner?” She asked, both eager and fearful of the answer he would give.
“I didn’t want to tell you because I know that you will freak out” He told her “Grandy already screamed at me”
“What?” She asked.
“I’ve doubled” He told her.
“Doubled?” She repeated thinking back to her own college days and the slang used then and coming up short.
“I have basically done my First year and Second year already in this one year” He explained “In December when my classmates sat their end of term finals I was sitting my end of year finals and in January when they were moving on to their second term classes I was moving on to my second year classes” He slid his thumb across her bottom lip “In June I will sit the end of year finals like everyone else, only mine will be ending Second year instead of First”
“Teddy that’s too much” She started but he laughed.
“Now you see what I mean when I say that I’ve had a lot of work to do” He said “I wrote to you but you never wrote back, I wanted to come to your house and demand what was going on but my studies were piling up and my classes were backing up and I couldn’t leave”
“Why now?” She asked.
“I saw how close I was to losing you” He answered “I can’t lose you, I can get a ‘T’ in class, I can be assigned more work and I can be kicked out of a class I need but I cannot lose you”
“Teddy” She put her newly released hand on his cheek “You need to leave you can’t miss classes or not do work…why would you even double up?”
“I assure you that I am not missing anything today” He said “Someone may have let some of the newest Weasley Products go in the college earning us all a much needed day off and I am caught up” He leaned down and pressed a kiss to her neck “And for the other question well…”
“Answer it!” She demanded, while moving her head to the side so he had more neck to kiss.
“I want to be out of college as soon as possible” He told her “Then we can start a family”
“A family?” She asked shocked “Teddy I have Rose and Hugo and I’m…” He put his hand over her mouth gently.
“I intend to marry you” He told her “Soon in fact and when I’m done with my schooling and only doing an internship we can have some children”
“Teddy” She laughed “You are too much and I’m still mad about the spanking”
“I rather enjoyed that actually” He told her with a heated look “There are plenty of things I would like to do right now, which one would you suggest?”
“How about…” Hermione said sliding her hand down his chest to his stomach then slid it over the front of his pants watching him close his eyes in anticipation “You tell me why Victorie would tell her mother that you two have gotten back together”
“Damn it” He muttered, trying to ignore the hand that was still rubbing against his pants “She asked me back in September” He moaned when she added more pressure “I told her I was already with someone and that I was happy. She was okay with it, Merlin you need to stop doing that!”
“Why?” She asked innocently with wide eyes.
“Because I will cum right now and don’t feel like busting in my pants like a horny fourth year in Hogwarts!” He ground out.
“But I like the idea of you busting in your pants” Hermione answered but stopped anyway “Continue”
“Thank you” He whispered “Anyway, she took it well and we continued on with life. She was helping me study for the classes we shared, I prepared her for the classes she hadn’t done yet and we belonged to the same study group, we were friends and that was it”
“Sounds perfectly normal” Hermione said “So what happened?”
“It happened two weeks after Christmas holiday” He said moving off of her and turning her on to her stomach and massaging her muscles getting rid of the last of her irritation “People started inviting us, as a couple, out to events I, of course, said no because of my class schedule and you but was curious why they were inviting both of us” He kissed her shoulder “Long story short, apparently Victorie had a little too much fun in Paris over the Christmas holiday and got pregnant and that is why she told her mother we got back together, I’m assuming that it was so we could have sex and she could claim that the baby was mine”
“Do Fluer and Bill know?” Hermione asked concerned for her friends.
“Yeah, when I found out what she was doing I made her tell them” He said “Told her that if she didn’t than I would” He was about the suggest something naughty when a house-elf came in and told them that Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy was here and needed to talk to Hermione.
“I’ll be right down” She told the small elf “Please them some tea”
“I already tried Miss” She answered “I was told that they are in a hurry Mrs. Malfoy needed to fix a misunderstanding up with you”
“I’ll be right down” She repeated and the elf bowed and blinked out of the room.
“That’s not fair” Teddy whined looking down pathetically.
“Maybe I’m still mad at you” She smirked “Maybe you’ll have to take care of that yourself”
“But you know that you want to help” He grinned but she put a robe around herself and walked out of the room and down the stairs. The couple was awaiting her in front of the front door and rather impatiently if the tapping foot coming from Astoria was anything to go by.
“What can I do for you?” She asked.
“It’s about this summer” Astoria said “Rose would like to spend it with us instead of making her skin get all brown, freckled and bug bitten in the…” She shuddered and made a face “Nature”
“That’s too bad” Hermione said “I have not changed my mind I…” She saw Draco’s eyes widen and looked behind her already knowing what she would see and sure enough there was Teddy walking down the stairs with a towel around his waist “I still want her to spend the summer with her family”
“But in the contract…” Astoria started.
“It states that all things are run by me for my final say” Hermione told her trying to ignore the look of horror on Draco’s face as Teddy kissed her neck and went in the kitchen for some food “She ran it by me and I say no, I would like the summer before Hugo goes to Hogwarts to be filled with family fun”
“She won’t find it fun” Astoria snapped moving closer angrily as Teddy walked out.
“Don’t tell me what my daughter will find fun!” Hermione moved closer as well.
“I know that she is ashamed to know that her mother is a mud…” Astoria started but there was a loud slap that rang out in the room and a red hand print on her pale cheek. Hermione’s teeth were bared and her magic crackled in the air around the four people standing in the hallway.
“Keep talking you dimwitted, inbred whore” Hermione hissed “And I will rip up the contract, I still can and just think about how heartbroken your precious Scorpius will be”
“Leave her alone, Granger!” Draco walked closer intending to grab her shoulder but Teddy stepped in front of her with a menacing growl and golden eyes.
“I think you two should leave” Teddy whispered “Before this can turn ugly”
“Whose the whore, Granger?” Astoria asked, holding her cheek with tear-filled eyes “You’re fucking a child”
“He is a man” She said “I assure you he is more of a man than most”
“Bitch” Draco hissed.
“The whole world would love to hear about this” Astoria laughed meanly “I bet they take your kids away…I bet if we try real hard we can get custody of Rose and raise her the way she should be raised”
Teddy was surprised when Hermione hurled herself bodily at his cousins wife. Not that she didn’t have it coming, he watched with great amusement (and a little arousal) as Hermione pulled her blonde hair, scratched at her, slapped and kicked at her for a while before helping Draco pull them apart. Hermione had a few bite marks on her arms, many scratched and her curls were out of control. Astoria was missing hair, had a quickly bruising cheekbone, her nose was bleeding and she had scratches all over her. Hermione was certainly not the person to piss off, that was for sure. They kicked at one another weakly before allowing themselves to be held back by their men, Astoria spit at her and Hermione spit on her.
“I’m getting rid of that contract” Hermione promised “Keep your son away from my daughter”
“You can’t keep them apart when they are in school!” She hissed.
“I can find away” Hermione growled “Get out of my house, now!”
A/N: Uh oh, what’s gonna happen? Anyway, so the doubling up thing, that is an actual thing if you didn’t know. I finished my Freshmen and Sophomore years in the first and second semesters of my freshmen year. It’s a shit load of work though with no time to hang out with friends, go to dances or have a life which is why I only did one year of it. PLEASE REVIEW!!!!
