Howlers and Goodbyes

"Remus! Harry! Help!" Minerva cried out in tears, "Help! I don't know how they got in or how to stop them!"

Upon seeing the sight Harry and Remus let out an angry growl, thousands of Howlers flooded the room; they were forming piles of smoking envelopes. Since Minerva had not opened them they began to explode which was what the loud bang had been, a group of Howlers going off together.

"Is everyone alright?" Harry asked as he rushed over to the crying Albus, "Are you or Albus hurt?"

"I'm not," Minerva said stressed, "But no matter what I try these Howlers just keep coming, once I manage to get rid of a few more take their place!"

"I think they're all the hate mail that Albus had kept out of the school since the end of the war," Remus growled out as he used his rage to blast the Howlers, "Since his no longer Headmaster the Howlers can be delivered."

"And they're all properly addressed to myself, Harry, and Albus," Minerva groaned feeling her age, "Why are people so closed minded for!"

"Don't speak just destroy those damn Howlers, I won't let my pack suffer like this!" Harry growled out as he held his pup close to his chest, "I'll murder them all, I'll kill them all for harming my pup and pack member!"

"Calm down Harry and help to destroy the Howlers," Remus growled out as he blasted another pile of Howlers.

Harry let out a low growl as he held the crying Albus to his chest, Harry's eyes turned bright yellow as he looked at the piles of Howlers that seemed to just keep coming and coming. Harry didn't know what it was but something snapped inside him, all he could hear was the sounds of his pack mate's distress and the sound of his pup crying his heart out. Without knowing it Harry let out a loud angry howl and a wave of his magic came out of his washing over the area.

Remus and Minerva could only watch in shock as Harry's magic suddenly burst out of him and washed over the room. Each and every Howler was destroyed and turned into dust, the incoming Howlers where also destroyed and block. No more Howlers entered the room or could be seen. All that was left was several piles of red dust. Remus and Minerva shared a surprised look with each other and checked over the room to make sure that each and every single Howler truly was gone.

"Is everyone alright?" Remus asked a few minutes later, "Minerva? Harry? Are you both okay? What about Albus?"

"I'm alright," Minerva said breathlessly, "Just a bit breathless, "I'm not as young as I used to be."

Remus turned his attention to Harry, he knew Harry needed the time to calm down and check that his pup was safe before Harry would respond or do anything. Harry's Winged Werewolf was in control at the moment and they were playing by a different set of rules.

"Harry, are your and Albus okay?" Remus asked carefully as he slowly made his way towards his mate, "Love? Are you okay?"

Harry quickly turned around, his eyes flashing yellow and his pup held close to his chest, Albus' cries had now calmed down to sniffles. Harry scanned Remus' body for a few seconds as if checking to see if any more harm would come to his pack, seeing no harm and his dominate in front of him Harry burst out into tears.

"I don't want this anymore," Harry said with tears running down his face, "I don't want to live in fear of having our pack attacked, I don't want to live like this Remmy, we've already lived through one war."

Remus gave a sigh and pulled Harry close to him, being careful of Albus, and rested his head upon Harry's while rubbing Harry's back soothingly. Harry continued to cry out his anger, worry and anger while feeling safe in the knowledge that his mate, pup and pack member where safe.

"I agree love," Remus said with a sigh, holding Harry close and sending Minerva a regretful look, "I don't think its safe enough for my mate and pup here either."

Minerva let out a heavy sigh and rubbed the temple, "I hate to admit it but your both right, the best place for all three of you would be with Alpha Alexandra's pack."

"But what about the full moon?" Harry asked nervously as he bounced Albus, "What will happen to Albus? What if he gets bitten?"

"He won't as the argument still stands," Minerva said with a look of determination on her face, "The day before the full moon you'll floo over to my office and bring Albus along with everything he'll need. You'll leave him here at the castle with me then pick him up the day after the full moon."

"Okay, if you're sure," Harry said as he looked down at a yawning Albus, "But what if you're busy and can't take Albus for those days?"

"Then she'll get another professor to look after Albus or the professors can take it in turns," Remus said reassuring his mate, "And we'll get them to promise not to let the Defence against the Dark Arts teacher babysit."

"Alright then, we'll give it a go," Harry said with a small smile, "But we'll have to pack, ask Alpha Alexandra, then-"

"I will handle all that," Minerva spoke cutting Harry off, "Harry you go and place Albus in his crib, the poor dear is asleep already, and then you can go and check the castle for anymore Howlers if it'll make you feel safer. In the mean time I'll ask the House Elves to pack all your items and the belongings I have found for Albus up. I'll also send a note to Alpha Alexandra to let him know what's happening."

"Minerva…are you sure?" Remus asked nervously as he looked the Transfiguration Professor up and down, "After what just happened…"

"I'm fine Remus," Minerva said with a roll of her eyes, "So put Albus down for a nap, put a few spells on him to make sure his safe then go and check out the castle, I know that your wolves must be on edge and won't let you rest until you've made sure the castle is safe yourselves."

Seeing the look on his old professors face Remus gave her a curt nod of his head and placed a loving kiss on Harry's forehead.

"Love let's do what Minerva says," Remus said, placing a finger on Harry's lips as Harry tried to object, "If we do it Minerva's way it means we get out faster and easier with less people finding out and sending us more Howlers, after all besides Minerva and a few professors and friends what do we have left here?"

Harry gave a deep and heavy sigh before nodding his head, "Alright then," Harry replied as he walked over to Albus' crib, placed the sleeping baby in the crib. Harry also casted a few spells to protect the sleeping child.

"We won't be gone long Minerva," Remus said sending Minerva a pointed look, "We'll just have a look around the castle and come back."

Minerva nodded her head and gave Harry a comforting smile as the young man walked towards the door. Turning back to Remus she saw the elder werewolf nervously thinking something through.

"Harry why don't you go on ahead? I need to talk to Remus for a bit," Minerva said with a smile, "It won't take long Harry."

Looking to his mate Harry nodded his head and left the private quarters. It wasn't until Minerva and Remus could no longer hear any sounds of Harry did they speak.

"If you go out of the door on your right there should be a painting of nothing but a secret passage out into a garden," Minerva said with a teasing look in her eye, "If you use that it should take you out into the grounds."

"M-Minerva," Remus stuttered as his friend gave him a playful wink.

Minerva smirked knowingly, "The painting should take you out to a spot on the grounds that's hidden enough and far enough away from others for you to have your wicked way with Harry."

Remus felt his face heat up at his old mentor's words.

"Knowing how Harry is if you leave now then you shouldn't have to wait long for him," Minerva said with a laugh, "So what are you waiting for? Hurry up already, go and have your way with Harry then come back here."

Remus let out a sigh knowing it'd be futile to argue with the woman, "Fine Minerva, you win but when we get back we're talking about this."

Minerva simply nodded her head and playfully pushed Remus out of the private quarters. Minerva gave a cat like grin as she slammed the door on Remus' face.

Remus gapped at Minerva's behaviour, it was like she had become a fan girl or something. Through she did make a good point, so instead of pondering Remus quickly made his way to the painting that Minerva had spoken of; after all he didn't want to miss a chance to pleasure his mate.

When Remus got to the painting he realised that Minerva hadn't spoken of a password so instead he tried knocking on the door. Much to his surprise the painting swung open to show a passage way. Pulling out his wand Remus carefully entered the passage way, jumping slightly when the painting closed shut behind him.

'Minerva wouldn't send me somewhere dangerous' Remus thought as he whispered a 'Lumos' and began to walk his way through the passage way. As he walked he noticed that the passage way was oddly clean through he chalked that up to the House Elves.

Remus' manhood suddenly stood up attention as natural light began to slowly filter through, the anticipation of having his mate under him, moaning and screaming his name caused Remus to quicken his pace. This caused Remus to be exiting the passage way in no time at all.

"Wow, that was fast," Remus muttered to himself while adjusting his trousers, "But where's Harry?"

And as if it was a play Harry suddenly jumped onto Remus. Remus gave a short yelp as his aching member rubbed against Harry's leg.

"Woops, sorry Remmy," Harry said sheepishly as he placed a kiss on Remus' lips, "I thought you where another group of Howlers."

"Well for jumping me like that you need to be punished," Remus said as he pulled Harry down to lie on top of him, "You'll have to suffer while I give you your punishment."

"Punishment?" Harry squeaked out blushing madly, "But where outdoors, not inside, we could get caught at any second!"

Remus' grin increased as he rubbed his manhood against Harry's, "I know love, exciting isn't it?"

Harry had to bite back a loud moan; he sent Remus a glare only to blush when he found himself rolled over onto the ground with a lustful and hard Remus gazing down at him.

"I'm going to make you come," Remus growled out as he rubbed his manhood against Harry's, "By only playing with one of your erogenous zones, your nipples."

Harry blushed bright red but sent Remus a confused look, "M-my erogenous zones?"

"The parts of your body that stimulate you," Remus said simply as he pushed Harry's top up and gave one of his lover's nipples a quick lick.

"Remmy," Harry moaned out at Remus' touch, "W-"

"Don't forget you're being punished," Remus growled out causing Harry to shiver, "So lie back, relax and feel."

Harry gave a loud moan as Remus' tongue began to lick at his nipple, he soon felt his manhood throbbing for attention. Remus ignored his mate's moans and hip thrusts while continuing to lick Harry's nipples.

"R-Remmy," Harry moaned loudly as his and Remus' manhood brushed against each other, "Please…"

Remus didn't reply, instead he gently bit down on one of Harry's nipples while using his hand to play with the other one. Harry gave a loud moan of pleasure as he grabbed onto Remus' top, Harry growled softly as Remus' tongue danced around the bite marks before moving onto the next one.

"Enjoying your punishment my dirty wolf?" Remus said huskily as he licked on the other nipple, "How long do you think it will be until I have you moaning my name for the entire world to hear?"

Harry moaned louder and arched his back, "Remmy, please love, please."

"Please what?" Remus growled out as he allowed their manhood's to rub against each other for a second, "What is it you want love?"

"Please let me come!" Harry cried out as stars of pleasure danced above his head, "Please Remmy, please."

"Just an impatient mate I have," Remus chuckled as he licked the tips of Harry's nipples teasingly, "Let me hear you Harry, let me hear how much you like me dominating your body."

That was all Harry needed, he let out a loud moan of pleasure before falling to the ground panting hard with his face bright red. Remus grinned down at his mate, proud of his accomplishment.

"You bastard," Harry swore as he sucked on Remus' claiming mark, "I should make you have your own punishment for that, and doing it outside too."

Remus chuckled and pointed to his soiled trousers, "Your moans where all the pleasure I needed my beloved mate."

Harry gave a playful grin and sucked on Remus' ear gaining what was a delectable moan to his ears.

"Harry," Remus moaned, "You-"

"Remus! Harry! Get your butts out here and preferably dressed!" came the voice of Raven, "We approve of your plans and we want to get moving now!"

Remus and Harry moaned while sending each other knowing looks.

"Think we'll get a moment's piece when we move in with the pack?" Harry asked as Remus casted a cleaning charm on them both.

"We better or else they'll have trouble," Remus growled out as his eyes flashed yellow.

"Boys, we're waiting," Raven called out again, "We know where you both are so unless you want us to see your naked butts in action you should hurry up!"

Groaning both Remus and Harry stoop up and dusted each other off, both angry at Raven. With one last loving kiss Remus and Harry stepped out of their hiding area only to find Minerva with baby Albus, Alpha Alexandra, Raven and Hawk standing a few feet away by the large entrance doors.

"There you two are," Minerva said with a knowing grin as she held a sleeping Albus, "We're just waiting on you two, finished?"

Remus let out a dark growl as he and Harry slowly made their way towards the group. Harry wasted no time in getting Albus back safely within his arms.

"Your both in luck, we were already on our to take you to the pack lands when Ganger and Weasley attacked us," Alpha Alexandra said with a nod of his head in greeting, "So a house and everything has already began to be set up and should be ready for when we arrive."

Remus and Harry nodded their heads in understanding while Harry wrapped Albus in his robes to prevent the cold reaching the sleeping baby.

"You both know the arrangements for the full moon and Albus, I've told Alpha Alexandra," Minerva said stepping forwards and giving both Harry and Remus a motherly hug, "I've had the House Elves pack and shrink your belongings, if anything's missing let me know and I'll send it to you."

"Thank you Minerva," Remus said as he took the selection of shrunken items from Minerva, "Take care, we'll write to you as soon as we can."

"Take care Grandma Minerva," Harry said hugging Minerva himself as he sensed her emotions, "Don't worry alright? Everything's going to be okay."

"I know Harry," Minerva said with watery eyes, "But I've grown up with your Grandparents, taught your parents and your mate and now you. I wonder how long it'll be until I'm teaching your children."

Alpha Alexandra stepped forward and placed a hand on Minerva's shoulders, "Where one chapter in a story ends a new one begins."

Minerva sighed and nodded her head, "Yes, and this is merely the beginning of a new chapter."
