The woman sipped her wine as she glanced around the restaurant, a very nice place it was, dark
mahogany covered in red and gold. Trying to appear aloof she glanced at the man across from her. The

The two looked up as the shadow covered the table, “Mr. Launder, I’m afraid you won’t be having

“Good evening Lucius,” the man responded casually, “I believe you are interrupting my date, and, I am
planning on some entertainment tonight after all.”

Lucius placed his hands on the table, wand firmly grasp in the right as he leaned over the younger man,
“strange, I have always thought you an intelligent young man Launder, and yet here you are? Consider
this your only warning my boy, the woman, is mine. Should I ever see, or hear, that you have had any
further contact with her, you will face my wrath, and I trust you understand what that means.”

“Lucius what on earth?” Mari started only to be cut off my her frightened date.

“I apologize Mr. Malfoy, I hadn’t realized that you two were together, I mean she didn’t tell me you
know,” the man said, fear showing on his attractive face.

“What? We’re not! Landers you are a spineless little twerp, Lucius knock it off, I’m on a date here!”

“Not any more my dear,” he said casually as he grabbed her arm, when she made no move his grip
tightened and yanked the woman to her feet, “come along nicely now my dear.”

Mari struggled as he spoke sensually in her ear, yet loud enough to be over heard before allowing him
to escort her from the room. As they emerged outdoors she tried to push him away, hissing “Malfoy
what is your deal? Leave me alone! I can date whomever I wish and it’s none of your business.”

belong to Severus and I now. I thought we had made that completely clear.”

“No! No! No! We never discussed that or any rules at all, and don’t you think you can start bullying

dates, no close contact with any man other than Snape or myself at all. If you wish to test the waters,
be warned that the consequences will be harsh.” Lucius caught her hand as it made for his face and
