Chapter 2.
Harry glanced at Ron & Hermione, who were discussing Dumbledore’s announcement rapidly, "Can’t believeMalfMalfoy!!……. How can he do this to us!!……. Should I write & complain??" Harry stifled a chuckle at Hermione’s last comment, he didn’t know why she was complaining, She’d been paired with one of the best looking boys in their year, & one that was as smart as her, too. He wouldn’t have minded being paired with Draco, as the boy was now a, whats the term, friendly acquaintance, He knew the boy had a mild fascination with Hermione, so, this would be good for Draco, at least. Harry sighed, luckily not heard by the two arguing in front of him. He was with Snape, he was going to be Harry Potter-Snape, what scared him the most was that it actually sounded good!! He wasn’t complaining, it wouldn’t change anything, & he was curious to experience what it felt like to be cared for, to belong to someone else, it didn’t bother him that it was Snape, ‘cause Snape was actually pretty good looking, & Hermione had actually managed to touch the hair, & had discovered that it only looked greasy, in fact, it was soft & smooth, Hermione had confessed, in a fit of jealously, that she was jealous of Snape’s hair, as hers got dry easily. Harry smiled, imagining the look on Snape’s face if he had heard that comment about him. Harry started to look out the window, thinking about things, as Hermione & Ron kept discussing the announcement.

Draco sighed, as he sat in his chambers, (A/N: > Draco & Hermione are Head Boy/Girl, therefore, they share a set of rooms. *Waggles eyebrows*) He couldn’t believe this, he had been paired with Granger, the busy-haired, know-it-all Gryfinndor whose life he had been making hell out of for the past 7 years.
