Hermione spent several weeks successfully avoiding him.

However, she knew she wouldn�t be able to continue to avoid him the arse had her wand. She had rearranged her student teaching schedule so her classes focused on just theoretical magic but eventually she would need to get to actual wand work. Just thinking about it made her grind her teeth.

He had the audacity to send her a note informing her that if she would like her wand back, he expected a very sweet �please� and �thank you� from her to him. While, Hermione tried to never think badly of anyone, the things she wanted to befall Lucius Malfoy didn�t bear mentioning.

She despised him.

Worse yet, she hated herself for being unable to help but notice how much power and heat the man exuded; his face masculine perfection, his body both lean and hard lines. He wore black tailored robes and trousers that outlined those hard muscles, reminding her of a jaguar � sleek and deadly.

She was no fool she knew he was dangerous, it was almost a scent that seem to permeate from him when he was in a room.

She hated that she found him attractive; rather her body did at any rate. Her nipples would harden and she could feel her desire moisten her knickers whenever she heard his voice or was near him. The loss of control angered her to no end. She wanted him to somehow show his true colors so he would be forced to leave Hogwarts, preferably in shame, and finally be far away from her.

He was such a pompous arrogant arse. She wouldn�t beg him for anything. The first Hogsmeade weekend of the school year was fast approaching; she could easily arrange that he be one of the chaperones. With him out of the castle, she�d have ample opportunity to search both his classroom and office for her wand.

�Please� and �thank you� indeed, she�d like to stick �please� and �thank you� right up his lily white arse!

The day finally arrived, she watched the last few students sprint after the larger group of students going to Hogsmeade from a castle window. She took a bit of satisfied pleasure seeing a tall, white blond wizard moving amongst the students.

�This was working out perfectly,� she thought silently, as she made her way down the stairwell towards his classroom. Very few students remained in the castle and the majority of the teaching faculty were chaperoning. Hermione felt quite proud of her scheming.

She looked up and down the hallway to ensure no one saw her unlock the classroom door before letting herself in. She peeked her head around the door then slowly stepped into the classroom shutting and locking the door behind her. She walked to the middle of the room to assess where he might have placed her wand then her eyes fastened on the large desk at the front of the room.

That was where she would place it she decided as she walked towards the desk.

She moved around the desk and sat down in his chair. She could smell him she mused absentmindedly, as she picked up hints of the spicy scent he wore. Angry with herself for allowing herself the distraction, she shook her head then actively began searching for her wand. She leaned down to the bottom right-hand drawer when she heard the click of a lock. Her eyes widened and she froze.

Sweet Gaia, someone was in the classroom with her!

She slowly and quietly levered herself under the desk to watch a pair of very masculine legs begin to move from the door towards the desk. Merlin, it was him. How could he be here? She had seen him leave with the students. He couldn�t know she was in here, no one had seen her enter this classroom. She quickly decided to stay hidden under his desk. Perhaps he had forgotten something and he would be in and out of the room quickly.

Lucius Malfoy smiled rather evilly as he made his way to the front of the classroom. He had placed a charm on both his classroom and his office to let him know �she� had broken into one of his rooms. He appreciated her rather Slytherin craftiness.

Severus Snape had once told him she followed rules when they suited her and had no compunction about bending them, if they didn�t. He�d been anticipating her attempting this particular little stunt. Now, she was trapped in his classroom, without a wand with very few students and teachers within the castle. How fortunate for him and so unfortunate for her. He smirked, he couldn�t think of a more perfect opportunity to teach the little Muggleborn a few lessons in both manners and obedience. He waved his hand at the door, locking it then cast silencio to encase them in silence. He wanted no interruptions.

He stopped in front of his desk and sat down on top of one of the student desks. �You can come out from under my desk, Miss Granger, I know you are there.�

Hermione�s eyes widened, �Fuck, fuck, fuck, how did he know?� She desperately looked around for something to defend herself with but much to her dismay found nothing that would be of much use.

Maybe if she stayed right where she was . . .

�I�m waiting Miss Granger and I so dislike waiting. You really don�t wish to irritate me further.� His voice was soft, low and stern.

What choice did she have but to pull herself out from under the desk and stand up? He knew she was here underneath the damn desk; she had nowhere else to go, the castle didn�t allow for disapparation. She had no choice but to stand up. She did it very slowly and faced him, stiff as a board, anger and defiance in every line of her body.

His eyebrow quirked up as he took in her flushed cheeks. She looked both angry and guilty. He smirked then smiled when he saw the fury light up in her eyes. �Would you care to enlighten me as to why you are in my classroom, a room I locked, and why you were hiding beneath my desk?�

She narrowed her eyes and looked at him for a long moment. She could lie of course though she couldn�t think of any lie that would fully explain, in any reasonable manner, why she was here. Rather than prolong the humiliation of having been caught, she said bluntly, �I was looking for my wand.�

�Ahh, I see, how very interesting. Even after I specifically told you what you would need to do to get it back.� His icy grey eyes bore into her. She flushed a brighter pink and looked away from him.

�I believe you�ve broken several of my rules and then had the audacity to break into my classroom. Wouldn�t you agree, Miss Granger?�

He was such a haughty, arrogant wanker. She hated him. Now would be a good time for the heavens to open up and smite him down with a lightning bolt. She continued to look away from him and began grinding her teeth together in an effort to not respond to him.

�Dear me, I do believe some instruction is in order both on manners and rule-breaking.� His voice was soft but hardly gentle, it was menacing.

�Fuck you,� she hissed, appalled at the rush of desire that curled low in her body from the tone of his voice. She refused to be intimidated by him, standing her ground as he approached her.

�Another rule broken, tsk, tsk, you do need to be taken in hand.� He slowly moved towards until he stood towering over her.

He reached out and grasped her chin in his hand turning her face up towards his. Hermione flinched as she met those ice-cold eyes. Then without warning, he slapped her, hard. Pain radiated across her cheek as she felt the blood rush to it. She cradled her hand against the tender flesh, her eyes wide with both astonishment and disbelief.

�That's one of things that will happen to you when you don't obey me.� Lucius smiled coldly down into Hermione�s shocked face.

Desperately seeking a means of escape, she tried to step away from him but found she had nowhere to go as she backed into the wall. Faster than she could have imagined, he grasped her upper arm in a steel grip and pulled her towards him, unbuckling the leather belt from his waist just as quickly. He pulled out his desk chair and braced his foot upon the chair. In the next moment, she found herself turned face down across his strong thigh.

Hermione tried to buck herself off but was held firmly in place by one of his hands while he tossed her robes and dress over her head. Hermione struggled furiously but only seemed to be wearing herself out rather than escaping from off his lap. He grabbed hold of her knickers and bared her bottom.

She stilled in mortification. Turning her head slightly, she watched him wrap the buckle and belt round his hand. She turned away in horror at what he was about to do. No, he wouldn�t dare...

WAP!

The belt caught Hermione low, underneath her bottom, along that tender crease just above the thighs. Never having been spanked before, the ferocity of the first stroke had Hermione crying out.

Mere pain quickly became searing agony with each lash of the belt. She bucked, kicked and howled; her cries so high and harsh that they raked her throat raw. She desperately reached behind her to try to protect her quickly bruising bum but he caught her hands and held her easily. He brought the belt down across her backside again and again, lashing not just her bottom but the tops of her thighs as well.

Her bottom darkened to an aching crimson taking on a dark plum color of deep pain. By the time Lucius finally ceased, Hermione had little voice left to even beg him to stop. She simply sprawled limply upon his thigh, the tips of her toes not even reaching the floor. Her hands locked tightly to the small of her back. She could feel her heart beat in time with the throbbing of her bruised bottom and the sensations left her sobbing.

Lucius laid his looped belt on top of his desk. His palm rested lightly upon her swollen bottom and he could feel the heat radiate from it. He rubbed gently, which caused Hermione to break into another round of sobs at both the pain and humiliating position she found herself in. Over the knee of her nemesis, could her day get much worse?

Lucius massaged her bottom, slowly, gently. He ran his fingers over her bared skin, his touch sensual, growing increasingly intimate as he traced the crease between her buttocks and thighs. He was surprised to find that Miss Granger held quite a lovely surprise underneath all her robes. Such a pretty, little heart-shaped ass and shapely legs emphasized by the thigh-highs she wore. Who knew there was such a treasure to behold hidden beneath all her layers? He resituated her to admire what she held between her legs. As he readjusted her, Hermione whimpered, afraid her spanking would start anew.

�Hold still,� he demanded.

She sniffled, trying hard not to move as he caressed her, tracing the stripes left by the belt. A sweet ache welled deep within her. �This day could get worse,� she thought wildly, as her body began to betray her. Her awareness narrowed to just his touch, and then she gasped as his fingers stroked between her legs, sliding into the wetness until need ached throughout her entire body.

�Miss Granger, I believe you enjoyed your punishment. I can feel how wet you are. I can smell your desire,� he whispered. He ran his hand over her bottom again. �Such a lovely little sight, so red, swollen and tender.�

Lucius grasped her around the waist, lifted her to her feet, and held her steady until she found her balance. Her face was wet, and she wiped tears from her cheeks with the backs of her hands. Her insides seemed to be shaking harder than her legs.

�You owe me an apology and I want you on your knees when you deliver it, Hermione.� Lucius instructed. Only his hand under her arm kept her from falling over as she clumsily knelt.
She looked up at Lucius feeling so miserable, �I�m so . . . so s-sorry I broke into your classroom and that I didn�t follow your rules.� The trembling of her body made her voice shake.

�Very good, Hermione, good girl.�

Hermione was absurdly pleased by his praise. She dropped her head forward in relief. It was over. Her thighs quivered so hard she wanted to just crumple onto the floor. Tears still trailed down her cheeks.

She wanted to curl up into herself and sob her heart out. Gods help her, she felt so lost.

Lucius bent down and effortlessly lifted her into his arms. Hermione clutched at his robes, desperate to find anchor within the sea of emotions churning within her.

�Shhh, pet, you�re all right,� he murmured and something inside her relaxed. She felt his lips in her hair and felt somehow safe.

Lucius pulled his desk chair forward and sat down, keeping her firmly in his arms. He gentled his arms around her, settling her head against his chest. �It�s all right, little one.�

She buried her head against his shoulder, hiccupping on an occasional sob.

He shifted her in his arms and thought about the pearly dew on her lovely little quim. He smiled into her hair, little miss uptight Hermione Granger was a submissive. Who would have guessed? He stroked her hair, murmuring gently as she cried; he told her how brave she�d been and how wonderfully she�d apologized to him.

The facets of her personality were mesmerizing; from a spitfire to a yielding woman in his arms; from almost religiously controlled and careful to passionately responsive. Surprisingly, she delighted him. He wanted more time with her to peel back the many layers she seemed to surround herself in.

Slowly her crying turned to jerky breaths as exhaustion overcame her. After all too short a time, he felt her body stiffen, no longer seeking or accepting further comfort.

�I want to leave now,� she said in a hard, muffled voice.

Oh, he knew this had been coming. He could almost hear the wheels turning in that clever mind of hers.

He smiled darkly.

Lady Serpentina: another story! I'm so glad you find it interesting. His rules are in place to help loosen her up but she doesn't know that yet... He finds her unattractive intially because all he sees is the uptight little miss who is annoying him to no end. As you can see in this chapter he finally sees her as a "woman".
