�Are you sure about this Hermione?� Harry asked as he sat down next to his best friend in the Great Hall. Ron sat across from them. She had just finished telling the boys about her wager with Malfoy, and neither of them felt comfortable with it. But Harry knew better than to argue with Hermione over something she had already set her mind to. After all, Hermione Granger never did anything half way, and she never overlooked an opportunity to show she was the best. But Harry was still uneasy about this. After all, Hermione was his best friend, and he�d even admit to visiting her in her bedroom on some nights when he just needed some comfort. Sure the real battle was over, but that was when the battles in his mind had started. �Have you really thought this completely through?�

�What�s there to really think through?� Hermione said, shrugging as she put food on her plate. She took a sip of her pumpkin juice. �I mean, it�s all in good fun.�

�All in good fun?� Ron said in disbelief. �Hermione it�s Draco Malfoy!�

�And?� she rolled her eyes. �What�s the worst that could happen?�

�Hm, I don�t know maybe the fact that you�d have to shag Malfoy,� Ron said. He was feeling kind of hurt. It wasn�t that he felt betrayed or anything. He knew, even after their countless years of pining for each other, that their love was a short flame. But he couldn�t help but feel a little jealous. Hermione was willing to give herself up fully to him? He knew that she wasn�t a virgin, and that Harry sometimes visited her bed, but this was Malfoy!

�Ron calm down, he�s not that bad anymore,� she put her fork to her mouth.

�Okay so he�s not terrorizing the first years anymore,� Ron rolled his eyes. �But he still has that death mark on his arm and he pretty much had just made our lives, including yours in case I need to point out if you�ve forgotten, hell since we met him.�

�You just hate him because he�s Malfoy,� Hermione rolled her eyes again.

�Isn�t that reason enough?� Ron threw his hands up in aggravation. For the first time ever, the Great Hall saw him too speechless to eat. He turned to Harry. �A little help here Harry? He was a bloody deatheater!�

�Sorry mate,� Harry put his own hands up in defeat. �He�s actually been halfway decent to me, though that confuses me more than makes me happy, and I know better than to get into an argument with Hermione when I know I�m not going to win.�

�Thanks Harry,� Hermione beamed at her best friend before turning to Ron. �Besides Ronald, I�m not going to lose,� she said simply, taking another bite of her food, looking uninterested.

�How the bloody hell would you know that?� Ron demanded. �His nickname is the Syltherin Sex God Hermione! He�s clearly good at getting into a witch�s knickers.�

�Jealous?� she laughed. Harry couldn�t help but laugh as well. Ron�s ears turned slightly red as he opened his mouth to retaliate. But Hermione cut him off. �Oh calm down Ron, I�m just kidding. And how do I know? Well if you�ll cleverly sneak a peek across the hall, you�ll see the �Syltherin Sex God� staring at me.�

Harry and Ron did look and to their utmost disbelief, Draco Malfoy was staring blatantly at their friend. Harry felt uneasy about the look on Malfoy�s face. He was watching her as if he didn�t notice anything else in the Great Hall, not even her two best friends watching him. Harry knew that look. He�d had it a few times himself when he went to Hermione�s bed sometimes. He looked like he wanted to devour her.

�Damn mate,� Blaise said, looking at his best friend in amazement. �I wouldn�t think Granger had it in her.�

�I told you before Blaise,� Draco rolled his eyes as he took his usual seat in Transfiguration. �She�s really as kinky and whore-like as I am. She�s just better at hiding it.�

Blaise laughed at this. �But still, she�s practically the Gryffindor Princess. That just screams prude.�

�Trust me, she�s no prude,� he said as he thought about how her lips and body had felt against his yesterday. He growled in frustration, running a hair through his blond hair. This was ridiculous. One witch shouldn�t have this effect on him! �What is wrong with me?� he groaned. �I am fucking Draco Malfoy. I get any girl I want, whenever I want them. All of the Slytherins, and most of the Ravenclaws are pining for me, and I�m letting one witch do this to me. I can get whoever I want. And Granger is no exception. I�ll just show her that Draco Malfoy gets whatever he wants, and some whore witch isn�t going to change that.�

They heard a little cough behind them. Draco froze as he felt a petrifying spell cast on him. Hermione walked right in front of his face. �Let�s get one thing straight Malfoy. I�m not a whore. And I don�t just �do� anyone. You�ll have to be more careful if you want a chance of winning.�

Blaise and Draco were both staring at her in amazement as McGonagall walked in, and Hermione waved her wand, releasing him before turning and walking to her seat next to Harry.

Draco glared at Blaise as he started laughing. He groaned. He had a feeling he had just set him back even further than he was before. This was definitely not going to be easy.
