20. Epilogue.
Warnings: Pure fluff.
Adrina was laughing lightly as her father and her papa were scowling at her. She was beautiful, long shining black hair, bright green eyes, pale skin. She was willowy yet starting to blossom in all the places a woman should. Her dress was a red satin, flared at the waist to flow just above her knees, the top was held up by thin shoulder straps, and curved bust line highlighted her blossoming assets.
“It’s only a small party papa, no need to get anxious. Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione are supervising…” She all but purred. Severus huffed, “Dear, it’s not the location. You can’t go in that!” “Your papa, is right, you need something longer, and a heavy sweater too.” Harry scolded. He was staring at his 15 year old daughter, who was almost all but grown up and not liking it. Where had she gotten that insanely short dress that barely touched her knees, and the straps did nothing to cover her practically naked shoulders. “Aunt Hermione took me shopping, Father, you know she has good taste. Plus, I can’t wait for Jr. to see it.” She said as she blushed. Snape just scowled, He was not going to let his daughter date a Weasley! Harry put his hand on his husbands shoulder and gently whispered, “Get over it, as much as I don’t like the idea of her dating, we don’t get a say in who she loves. Getting in the way causes trouble as you and I both know. It’s probably just a crush, she’ll get over it.” Severus sighed.
Harry pulled his wand and transfigured the nearest cushion into a thick white shawl, and handed it to Adrina. “10pm, and then you floo straight home!” She took the shawl as if it were a dead cat. “Put it on,” Harry said, “it will make papa and I feel better.” Severus still grouched. Adrina draped it over her shoulders, glowered at the two of them, walked over to the fireplace and tossed her powder, “Weasley Cottage”, and disappeared into green flames.
“We have the house to ourselves tonight.” Harry whispered in his husband’s ear. Severus turned and pulled Harry into his arms. Black eyes pierced by green, always igniting passion, always heat between them. “Care to try for another?” Severus asked with a smile. Harry laughed back. “I think four is enough.” He replied.
Adrina was their youngest child. They were almost back where they started, just the two of them. Their oldest was James, he had just turned 21 and was on Ireland’s Quidditch team as the leading chaser in the league. Albus was 19 and had just been accepted into an apprenticeship with the best charms master in England. His twin Remus was trying his hand in politics as an aspiring solicitor for the Ministry. Adrina was their last, their baby. Seeing her step out on her own, making her own way, was tough, yet satisfying.
“We can always practice. Never can practice too much.” Harry said, his smile slipping into the realm of sensuous. Severus dipped in for a kiss, Harry’s arms tightened possessively and both men were caught up in sensations once again. Neither heard the fire flare to life….but they turned when a sweet feminine voice called out “Get a room you two…. by the way, can Jr. come over next week?” The loud groans that accompanied the question were not those of passion.
