Nagini muttered when she peeked out and saw Minerva standing with six cloaked people ...

"I apologize for the late hour, Sirius, but this was rather urgent." Minerva said sounding rather apologetic.
Sirius shook his head and smiled despite clearly being very tired, "I'll be fine. What's this about?"
Minerva frowned, "This is about Michael. Earlier this night he attacked Albus Dumbledore and attempted to rape him … he used these."
Sirius' eyes widened when he saw the ministry level cuffs set on the desk, "Those are mine!" He moved forward to get them.
The slightly open door to Minerva's living quarters was thrown open and six Death Eaters charged the Auror. The first Death Eater spelled the cuffs onto Sirius' wrists and the others tackled him to the floor. Minerva walked around her desk and opened a hidden cabinet that was hidden behind a painting. She pulled out a vial filled with a potion.
"Excuse me." She said coldly as she walked over to the Auror struggling under the Death Eaters and yanked a hair from his head. Once she dropped the hairs in the potion she made one of the Death Eaters drink it.
"What are you doing?!" Sirius screamed and he struggled even more when the Death Eater took his form and left.
"You'll see." Minerva smirked, "Stun him."
Sirius was dragged to his feet and paralyzed in that position before being placed out in the hall without the cuffs. Minerva posed next to him with her wand pointed at him as if she caught him. The confused Auror's eyes widened at the sound of an anguished howl and the fake him running passed them in order to hide.
A furious Harry with fangs and claws rounded the corner, "You killed my mate!"
Minerva gasped, "Sirius, you did what?! It was the ministry, wasn't it? I'm sorry … you may have been my student at one time, but I can't allow this." She stepped back.
Harry sank his claws into Sirius' flesh and watched the stunned Auror die with tears streaming down his face, "Why? Why did he kill Tom?"
"The ministry is cruel towards creatures and those they mate with. So many harsh judgemental laws and beliefs. Very little can be done to stop them … except my Lord. Join him and change everything." Minerva placed a hand on Harry's shoulder comfortingly. "Join us and help destroy the ministry ...for Tom."
"I will." Harry agreed.
The ministry was crushed weeks later and Lord Marvolo Gaunt to control … the creature who helped was no longer needed ...
Her dark lord looked into her eyes as he kicked Harry's severed head aside, "Minerva, you have completed everything beautifully. You're a powerful, gorgeous witch and I want you as my queen."
"Yes my lord!" Minerva swooned as a ring was placed on her finger.
She melted as Marvolo's hand caressed her cheek and he whispered her name in her ear, "Minerva… Minerva … Minerva!"
Minerva was dragged out of her fantasy by the voice of one of the six Death Eaters and remembered that they were still in her living quarters, "Yes … right." She huffed a little embarrassed at being caught daydreaming. "Here is the plan. I will floo call Sirius Black under the guise of a problem related to Michael. When he is in front of my desk spell these cuffs onto his wrists and hold him down. I want one of you to take the the Polyjuice potion when I add his hair. That person will go kill Tom who should be headed to Albus' living quarters to check on him since I have no doubt the word hasn't gone around between those friends. After the murder run back and we'll make it look like the real Sirius was caught before he could get away. Harry will finish the job and be on our side."
The Death Eaters all smirked thinking this plan was perfect, "Yes, Minerva!"
'We'll see.' Nagini hissed angrily. She watched through the crack of the bedroom door from her hiding spot under the bed. Just as Sirius flooed into the headmistress's office the Death Eaters tensed to ready themselves for their attack so did the serpent.
"I apologize for the late hour, but this was rather urgent." Minerva said sounding rather apologetic.
Sirius shook his head calmly, "I'm used to odd hours because of being an Auror. You never know when an emergency happens and you get a call. What's this about?" He asked not looking tired at all. Of course, Aurors carry and take Pepper Up potions whenever it's needed.
Minerva frowned not liking that he was alert, but she didn't think it'd matter, "This is about Michael. Earlier this night he attacked Albus Dumbledore and attempted to rape him … he used these." She said as she set the cuffs she went and retrieved once she left the infirmary on the desk.
Sirius' eyes narrowed when he saw the ministry level cuffs set on the desk, "They're an older style, but definitely mine. That would explain how I lost that pair years ago. Michael must've stolen them." He didn't move forward to get them. "I will need to report this-"
"Fuck it. Attack!" Minerva yelled as she spelled the floo off. The Death Eaters charged as planned, but so did Nagini. With fast powerful motions the snake shot out from under the bed. She successfully wove her way between the Death Eaters legs and tripped all of them before they could spell the cuffs onto the Aurors.
"Get him you idiots!" Minerva yelled. Sirius was shocked, but not enough to not send the cuffs Mivera tried to spell onto him back at her. The cuffs hit their target rendering Minerva without magic when they latched onto her wrists. Seeing the danger and knowing he couldn't floo away Sirius bolted out of the office and ran through the halls to find another floo.
Despite the Death Eaters falling on part of her lower body Nagini still managed to slither out from under them as they scrambled to their feet. She used the madness caused by the a Death Eaters chasing after Sirius to quickly hide behind Minerva's desk.
'That's going to hurt in the morning.' Nagini grumbled as she inspected the mark one of the Death Eaters' boot made on her scales, but she ignored it once all the Death Eaters, except Minerva, chased after Sirius. 'So you wanted to kill my Master. I will make you suffer.' Nagini hissed as she slithered silently behind Minerva, who was trying to get the cuffs off.
"No! I can't let this fail-" Minerva felt sharp fangs slice into her neck. Her cuffed hands instinctively tried to grab the wound and stop the blood from flowing out, but it didn't matter for the venom would finish her off first. However, death will only come after a lot of pain. As she grew weaker she fell to the ground and came face to face with her murderer.
She tried to scream as the snake's coils wrapped around her. The coils tightened cutting off the weak screams and bones snapped loudly as they were broken. The last thing Minerva saw before darkness consumed her was Nagini opening her mouth. Minerva was finally eaten whole though she was very much alive until the venom finished her inside the acid drenched stomach.

"I need to hurry." Sirius panted as he raced passed the griffin statue. In mid step he shifted into a large black dog and started running.
"Split up and find Black! Take a brat as a hostage if you must! We'll just pin that murder on him too." Sirius froze at the Death Eater's words. If they split up they could find an innocent student that snuck out. Sirius refused to let these bastards to even consider it!
Sirius shifted back into a human, "Hey!" He yelled as he charged the six Death Eaters so fast that he caught them off guard. After sending a flurry of deadly hexes at them he took off down the halls. The ambush was so fast that even Sirius wasn't sure if his spells took out any of the enemy. He just focused on finding an escape, but he deliberately slowed down around each corner keeping his pissed off pursuers within sight.
Unfortunately, Sirius' determination to keep whatever Death Eaters there were on his tail meant that they had him in range too. He gasped as went tumbling down a flight of stairs when a burning hex nailed his shoulder. Blood gushed forth and he knew he broke his rib in the fall, but he forced himself to stand and keep running …
"Ah!"
"Fred!"
The sound of a distressed scream made Sirius skid to a halt and when he turned his heart sank. Five Death Eaters had two students at wand point.
"Drop your wand." A Death Eater demanded letting his wand tip heat up burning Fred's neck. Sirius, fearing for the young wizards' safety, dropped his wand.
"Bad move, assholes." George smirked as the torches all went out plunging them into darkness ...

"What?!" Tom exclaimed in anger. "Michael tried to … what?!" The DADA Professor was so furious he couldn't bring himself to say what was bothering him.
Albus sighed as he looked at his friends, brother and Harry who all gathered in his living quarters after Aberforth went and blabbed the Michael incident, "I'm fine, you guys! Harry made sure I was. He took a long hard look."
Aberforth missed the blushes from the others and the hint about sex, "What's good is that Michael is out of the way."
Harry frowned, "About that … it's not possible to heal wounds made my acid completely without my help. He'll be in pain even if the wounds are closed. Depending on how this is handled I could be in trouble."
Severus' eyes narrowed, "What issue could there possibly be? Michael tried to rape Albus, your mate, and you intervened. No one can hold that against you."
"Oh? You don't think the 'Boy Who Lived' being mauled by an unknown creature that was in school as an unlisted creature won't cause some problems?" Harry said pointing out a sad truth.
Gellert scowled, "There will be those who are always on Michael's side. However, legally you did nothing wrong. Of course, it'd help things if you mark Albus as your mate … unless you did that when you fucked him." He smirked at the blushing transfiguration professor.
"Y-you had s-sex already?! I thought you just kissed!" Aberforth yelped shyly.
Harry glanced amusedly at Albus, "Yes. It was right after you took Michael away, but my marks aren't made through sex. Well not the act itself, but the lube I produce."
"Lube?" Tom asked and looked at Albus only to shiver when he saw the lustful dazed look in Albus' eyes. They all looked back at Harry who was holding up his hands. Soon a clear liquid dripped from each fingertip.
Severus gulped, "That's the lube?"
"Yes." Harry said nonchalantly.
Tom shivered as he watched a small drop of the lube roll across Harry's nail, "You should mark us."
"Should I now?" Harry smirked as he saw the older wizards shiver, but something sharp stabbed his heart. Not literally, though, it felt like it. That sharp feeling became a burning sensation right on his neck.
"Harry?"
Harry jolted out of his daze and found that his claws and fangs were out, "Someone invaded the castle."
Severus' eyes narrowed, "How do you know?" He asked even though he and the others got their wands and prepared to help.
"The marks. Two floors down." Was all Harry had to say to get the point across. He and the professors raced out of the room though Harry decided to take a shortcut by leaping out the nearest window. He flew down to the correct floor and flexed his magic making all the torches go out.
"Bad move, assholes."
Harry smirked at the sound of his mate's voice as he flexed his magic again and the window creaked open ...
