Camping was fun. Even Rose had to admit that, Scorpius didn’t understand the hiking and complained all the time but after a conversation with Teddy he stopped making rude comments about muggles. They swam, hiked, camped in different locations and explored caves and strange animals and bugs. Hugo had fun and couldn’t contain it when he told his father all about the frogs and bugs he caught that Hermione wouldn’t allow him to bring home. Rose and Hugo spent a few nights with her and then they plus Lavender and Ron went to Africa.
“Home alone” Teddy snuck up behind her and pulled her against his front “Finally”
“Be good” She said “We can’t spend all our time shagging”
“Why not?” He pouted his hands coming up to cup her breasts.
“Naughty boy” She whispered allowing him to walk her over to the side of the couch. Then there was a knock on the door and she laughed aloud while he muttered something about killing people. She giggled and ran to the door with him chasing after her, she swung the door open when he reached her plowing in to her and kissing her neck, she raised her eyes to find Molly standing there.
“I didn’t realize he would be here” Molly said almost coldly.
“He lives here” Hermione pointed out to the older woman “Would you like to come in, Molly?”
“I don’t know” She looked at Teddy as if he were a dangerous insect.
“I’m going to Grandy’s house” Teddy offered “I’ll see you later, love” He kissed her smiled at Molly and then walked out the door and apperated away.
“Now will you come in?” Hermione asked rolling her eyes when Molly walked past her. She called to the house-elf to get them some tea and cakes before leading the woman out to the sunroom “How are you, Molly?”
“Let’s not dance around the dragon in the room, Hermione” Molly said as she fixed her tea “I despise Lavender Brown and have always thought that you and Ron should be together so what will it take to give Rose and Hugo the family they so deserve?”
“Molly” Hermione sighed “I am not going to get back with Ron. He loves Lavender and I love Teddy, Rose and Hugo understand that and they are happy with our choices”
“What kind of mother dates a man who is four years older than her oldest child?” Molly sniffed “It’s unnatural”
“The kind of woman who is comfortable with herself” Hermione answered “And we’re not dating…we’re getting married!”
“He is a child!” Molly snapped “Eighteen years old, what do you think Tonks would have said or…or…what would Remus have said?!”
“I think that Tonks would have been okay with it” Hermione answered “And who gives a shit what Remus would have said” Her tone surprised Molly and now she was just staring at her with wide eyes.
“Hermione Granger” She said standing “I see that you won’t be reasoned with…”
“As if you even tried” Hermione snorted “You came here, said a few things against my fiancée, tried to shame me in to taking Ron back and then gave up that’s not trying but save your breath because I won’t leave Teddy”
“Well!” Molly looked taken aback “I see I am doing no good, I will leave and I won’t be back until you’ve come to your senses!”
“Then I feel that I won’t see you very often” Hermione answered before slamming the door in her ex-mother-in-laws face.

An hour later Hermione heard the front door open and close a little louder that necessary. She was lying on her back on the couch with her knees raised up and a book leaning against her thighs. She opened her legs to look at Teddy, he was frowning and watching her. She knew him well enough to know that he was actually upset by something and decided not to push him about it.
“I visited Grandy” He said putting his hands between her knees and parting them placing himself between them “She is…not entirely okay with our relationship”
“I didn’t think she would be” Hermione said looking up at him. She would never admit this to anyone, especially him, but she was worried that it was at an end, that now would be the moment he realized that she was old and he wanted someone else.
“I told her that it was my life” He answered kissing her lips “I told her I only chose you because McGonagall said no when I asked her to marry me last week”
“Get off of me” Hermione laughed playfully trying to buck him off “You are so mean”
“Mean” He repeated “I am not. You are mean, there I was earlier harder than a bloody rock and you leave me to answer the door” He pushed his newly found erection in to her “But…oh my, look at that…he’s returned”
“Are you and your grandmother okay?” She asked.
“And there he goes” He muttered and lowered his head to her breast “She told me that she needed time to think about this and it would be best if I was not around”
“I’m sorry” Hermione said kissing his forehead “If you want me to…”
“No” He said “I love you, I’ve chosen you and even though this is proving to be a little more difficult than I assumed it would be…I can’t imagine being with anyone other than you”
“Are you sure” She said suddenly feeling very passionate about his feelings, having to know that he understood what this meant to her “Teddy, I want to think that you love me, that I am the only one for you but…you need to understand that I was hurt nearly beyond repair before you came in to my life and you’ve helped me…” She wiped some tears away.
“Hermione…” He started but she shook her head.
“No” She whispered “Let me continue. I know that you are extremely young and that getting a war-heroine in bed may seem like the best thing in the world and others will look at you like a god but please” She looked at him “Think about me before breaking my heart”
“Hermione, you’re all I think about” He looked down in to her tear filled eyes “When I met you, you wouldn’t smile. You looked nervous, never laughed and was a completely different person” He kissed her nose “I wanted to spend time with you to make you laugh and watch you change and my feelings grew stronger than even I thought they could” He took a few minutes out to kiss her neck “I fell in love with the way you talked, how you moved and the way you would get passionate about everything you did”
“I love you too” She whispered.
“I am never going to leave you” He promised “I will never stop loving you”
She put her arms around him and they kissed, she could finally feel his love in the kiss. She gathered his shirt on his back and pulled it over his head, loving the fierce look of arousal that overcame his handsome features. Her hands slid over his tanned back and she couldn’t help but pinch his backside making him laugh. As horrified as she had been to learn that someone his age was attracted her at her age she wasn’t so horrified to not appreciate his body and know that it was all hers.
“Don’t you want to go to the bedroom?” He whispered as he took her shirt off “Someone may come in”
“Let them come in” Hermione answered as she shimmied out of her bra and helped him out of his pants “I need you to fuck me now”
“That I can do” He promised.
Once they had both pulled each other’s clothes off he made sure to worship her body with his hands as well as his tongue. She moaned and whispered his name and to him it was the most powerful spell to ever be cast. She pulled him up and looked deeply in to his eyes smiling when his reflected the same love that she was sure were in her own eyes. He surprised by entering her quickly and smirking when she gasped and threw her head back and muttering words that had no meaning. He loved it when she completely lost control with him, he moved faster and listened to her noises getting louder and louder until she was nearly screaming loud enough for the neighbors to hear.
“Teddy” She whispered “I’m so close” She gasped as his fingers moved down to tease the little bundle of nerves that sent her over the edge.
“Mine” He whispered in her ear as he too fell over the cliff of his pleasure “You’re mine”
