AN: Okay, Finals are over, and I'm ready to do some serious writing. So serious, that I've begun a new story. It's called Malfoy for Minister, and it's in this same section (Threesome/Moresome), so go read it when you finish this one. I think we'll all be pleased. I hope you all like stories where Draco has several pairings and where he is dominant in all of them. I know I do. Here's the premise: Harry breaks a curse on the Malfoy's and comes home to find all of England has changed their view of the family. The curse came from a rival family, and now reparations must be made. Guess who the rival family is?
Sablesilverrain: Gee, thanks!
Kira123456: There, I got him in!
SilverLion: Thanks for the heads up, I usually catch stuff like that, but one of the things I had on my laptop, was my notes. Have fun at that party, though I'm not much of a Stephanie Meyers fan, and that includes the movies. To each his own, I guess.
Cocoa Mocha: Drarry is a personal favorite of mine, also. I'll try to get it up to speed, just try for a little more patience. Draco will be having some other things to deal with, so no threesomes with moody mates, sorry. As for Shea, not sure he's ready for motherhood. Let's get the household fully formed first.
The babies will be special, that's for sure. And Susan would never question why Harry chose any mate, other than herself. She wondered why Draco gets the first baby.
Anon: I aim to please. As far as foursomes, do you mean like Harry and the twins? cause it's real hard to write the whole Phoenicia sex stuff, but I could slip some more in here. If you mean Harry and three mates at once, I don't think that fits in this story. Most of his mates would have been dominant, if they had chosen another. Harry's Chameleonis is what makes them submissive, so they wouldn't sub for each other. Even with Ollie and Shea, he had to split to make sure they each were with him.
Li: You mean, Harry wouldn't do something special for one of his friends? Wow! that doesn't sound like him. Perhaps, if she were to come to him with a change of attitude, hmmm? She was the second favorite in that unofficial poll, so I'm still debating it all. IF everyone hates the idea, I'll scrap it, but it intrigues me.
Kingsley's son is yet to arrive, but he's coming, no more hints. There were seven: Tonks, Zylonda, Fleur, Roger, Patsy, Terry and him. So, he's the last, technically(remember the notes on Veela, and who Fleur was born to). Isabel, huh? The unofficial winner of the unofficial poll? She will have to be more important in Harry's life, right?
tkykitty: I feel the Love! Hope this chappie fills your needs.
morbid_and_sexy: Love the user name. Glad to have you, and I'll try to continue to please you. More little Malfoys? How many would you like??? And are we just talking about the ones Draco is carrying, or do you include those of the Malfoy/Delacour sisters?
WolfPup5683: I'm so pleased that you chose to spend your free time on my humble story. I'll put an effort into keeping it going.
she-who-waits-in-darkness: Wow! that's a hard name to have to type out. Glad to have you, though. Hope this fills the bill . .
Chapter Twenty-two: Settling In
Male Pregnancies IV-b - Sea Creatures
Sea serpents, and other sea creatures in general, birth live after a lengthy gestation, as the cold would be detrimental to the unborn child, especially in the case of a human cross. These creatures are predisposed to longer gestations and a need for liquid in order to breed. Male pregnancies among water based forms are less common and tend to be tragic for both parent and child. It is ill advised to undertake the impregnation of a male submissive among these species: Serpencia, Naiad, or Manticore. Births to sea/water species are regularly fraught with extra issues, and many times can mean multiple births with inferior specimens. Water creatures are not known for their maternal/nurturing tendencies and many young are left unattended after birth, often succumbing to the elements. For this reason, many species are sequestered under Ministry care until their young are able to survive on their own. The highest priority are Selkie, Manticore and Serpentias(Though this species may be extinct. Only one is believed to exist, near Loch Ness).
Cedric fidgeted as he wrote out the note and cast the spells to protct it from interference. He walked briskly to the Ministry's official owlry and chose his favorite owl. It was a large hawklike bird, strong winged and evil of the eye. It would get his message to its intended recipient, and nothing would stop it. "Take this to Harry Potter and wait a reply. Hurry!" he said as he handed it the scroll and watched it fly to the opening at the apex of the ceiling. A footfall behind him made him turn and glare at the woman in the doorway.
"Harry Potter? What could he do to help you? He's not a pretty pure-blood wife and he's not from a line known for its feline creature heritage. Your father will be curious about this, I think." she said.
"You know what? Fuck you, Montague. Ever since your girlfriend left, you've been a real bitch, you know that?" Cedric said without flinching when she put her hand to her wand. She may have been older than him, but Deidre Montague was not a better duelist than he was. "I've got work to do. I wonder what rules I can unearth to set your department back a few days." and he stormed off down the hall.
The big hawk owl flew on as fast as its wings could carry it, angling into the morning and headed for the home of Harry Potter and family.
Deirdre growled and flew after the Hufflepuff, taking a different elevator and hurrying to her cubby, where she and Zylotha's cousin, Heinrich Bole, worked on the registration of illegal artifacts brought into England by visiting wizards from the Continent. She scowled when Heinrich winked at her, too tired to fight off Zylotha's scheming cousin today. "Don't even think about it, Rich. I'd rather sleep with a Gryffindor." and she turned away to seethe in the direction of her mate's picture. "When are you coming home, Zy?" she asked with a sigh.
Draco stared at his profile in the full length mirror as he stood sideways and ran his hand down his chest and belly. The robes he wore pushed in under the pressure of his hand. He sighed and turned away, returning to his desk where his personalized parchment sheets and favorite quill and well was set out for the correspondence he'd planned to work on. A knock on his door stopped his progress.
"Come." he said.
Harry had finished his tea and three of Mizzy's scones. Blaise had gone to work and Susan was reading a book in the house's library. His restlessness had dimmed with the inclusion of his Veela mate, but Harry had an urge to check and see if the blond was comfortable in his home. He knew Draco had come to stay, but there was a niggling concern that he could lose his mate in some way. This was not as elegant and well stocked of a home, so maybe Draco would decide it wasn't enough for him.
He found himself, in the hall, outside of Draco's room, knocking firmly and with urgency. The blond called him in and Harry thrust the door open and marched in. Draco stood in the middle of the room, a smirk on his face.
"What is it, Potter?" he snapped.
"Won't you call me Harry, even now?"
"That depends on the reason for you being in my room." Draco responded, raising his arms to his living space.
Harry looked around, "Wow." he said as he took in the transformation. "This is amazing, I just figured this house was under an oppression curse. This looks like I stepped back into the manor."
"The house reflects its owner, Potter. If you want it to look more impressive, and less oppressive, do something about it."
"Please, Draco. Call me Harry. I'm here to make sure that you are 'happy' in my home . . . . in my harem." Harry said.
Draco stared at hi for a minute, processing his words, then his smirk softened. "You really mean that, don't you?"
"Of course. I'm worried that you'll . . be unhappy."
"That's not what you intended to say. Tell me."
"I was afraid you'd leave. Were you thinking of leaving?" Harry sounded near panic and something in Draco clicked.
"Come here." he said gesturing his mate toward him. Harry moved closer. When he reached the blond, Draco slid his arms around the Chameleonis' waist and pressed his face into Harry's chest. "I'm staying right here."
With his arms filled with cuddly Veela, Harry's concerns flew away, but another need replaced it. "Draco?"
"Yes, Harry." the blond responded.
"Can we . . . take this to the bed?"
Draco looked up, glaring at his mate. "You want . . ." he began, but before he could finish he found himself maneuvered to the bed and horizontal. "Harry!"
"You told Blaise you were tired, so let's take a nap." Harry suggested from on top of him.
"A nap?" Harry nodded. "With you?" another nod. "Fine." Draco relented pushing back to the center of the bed. Harry pulled out his wand and swish/flicked it over them. They floated up, so that the blankets could slide out from under them, then they flowed down again. He flicked the wand again and they were holding onto skin where their clothes had been. "You want to nap naked?" Draco squeaked and Harry smiled.
"I like the way you look without clothes. I like the way you feel, too." Harry rolled them until they were properly on the pillows and face-to-face. "I like a lot about you, in fact."
"You think I'm a spoiled prat that's used to getting whatever I want." Draco snapped.
"I like that about you, too. You're snarky and arrogant. whiny and argumentative. You're prissy and obsessive, but you're also beautiful and elegant. You certainly don't pretend to be someone you're not, so in that, you're honest and reliable. And, right now, you're sexy and hot!" Harry's eyes roamed the pale blond and Draco pushed his chin up to look at his face.
"I believe you." The Slytherin said.
Harry caught his lips in a greedy kiss. "You do look tired." the chosen one said. "But, I think your nap may have to wait for a bit."
"I'm going to have to read your book again. There wasn't anything in it about Chameleoni being part sucubus.. You've just come from the Gryffindors, after a two-day courtship. How can you have anything left?" Draco teased.
"Don't know. Just want you." Harry returned. "Besides, Shea and Ollie are sleeping, and Blaise and the twins are working."
"And your selkie?" Draco asked.
"Female things." Harry blushed and Draco sighed dramatically, throwing himself back with his arms spread.
"Then have your way with me!" he said. "Use me as a convenient mode of release."
"It's not like that." Harry defended. "I was fine until I came in here. I really want you."
Without moving more than his head, Draco gave his mate a poignant look. Harry waited until the blond smirked and shifted closer. When he felt the pale skin of Draco's side against his hip, he smiled and dragged the other's arms around his shoulder. Still silent, the Veela responded eagerly, as Harry's lips latched onto his and his tongue was sucked into Harry's mouth. Harry's hands were everywhere, massaging, probing and pinching, drawing gasps, whimpers and moans out of the Veela's body as he drew Draco's arousal to a plateau where he would hold him until he begged for release.
After the first mating, Harry had been very careful to prep the blond each time they joined and to keep the snippy Slytherin from becoming annoyed by his administrations, he held Draco at a point of near bliss until he, Harry, was ready.
Draco was quivering and his body was coated in a sheen of perspiration, when Harry plunged into his body. "AH! Merlin!" the blond called out, clutching at Harry's shoulders as his legs swung up and around his lover's hips.
"Mmm, Drake. You feel so good." Harry groaned into the Veela's neck, "I wish I'd done this sooner. Why did I wait?"
"Because you're a stupid Gryffindork." Draco snarked, though he thrust his hips up and rolled them under the brunet. "Now, shut up and Fuck me!"
"Convenient modes of release are usually quieter." Harry growled as he sped up his thrusts. His words invited response, but his lips sealed these away under a searing kiss.
The blond scrabbled to keep hold as he was pounded into the bed, grunting into Harry's mouth in response to the brutal treatment. It was hard and fast and fabulous, joining with his mate in a dance that had been practiced since before the days of Merlin. Older than the founders, even.
Harry's lungs burned before he gave in, releasing Draco's mouth with a shared gasp, his hips slowing as he drew in a series of breaths. The blond struggled with his own, alternately grasping at Harry's shoulders and punching at them. The exact moment of Harry's climax, Draco pressed his fingers into the brunet's shoulders, letting just enough claw out to pierce the skin with ten tiny holes. The Veela came just after his mate, and they collapsed in a satiated heap.
Harry left the sleeping Veela and went toward the bathroom at the end of the hall. The wizard-space in there was marvelous and it made it into a bathing paradise. He and Susan often sought out alone time in here, but she wouldn't be joining him today. He had just settled on the edge of the tub when a sound caught his ears and he noticed something large outside of the smallish windows. He opened it and a hawk owl flew in, dropped a scroll in his hands and found a perch, . . . on his shoulder. "Oww! Here," he said moving over to the towel rack and transfiguring it into a bird perch. "Never thought I'd need one, in here." he said as the bird waddled over and found a comfortable position to await his response. Harry unrolled the parchment and read it.
Harry,
Have you given any further thought to our discussions while I visited the school this last term? I had hoped to hear from you, and my family is becoming concerned about my current status. I thought we were quite compatible, after the sessions of 'conversation' we shared, but if you disagree, please inform me.
My father is in the process of attempting a contractual arrangement with the Bulstrode family, a Manticore heritage is compatible to mine, the elder sister, Charity, is only a few years older than myself and her brother, Staunch is a year her senior. I admit these would be a favorable pairings, but have you seen that line? Please indicate if I have any hope, or I will give over to my father's wishes.
Yours, Cedric S. Diggory
The note was scribbled in some haste, and Harry put it down on the low counter near the sinks of the room. He recalled the 'conversations' that he and Cedric had shared, snogging sessions in a private room at Madame Puddifoot's, and his body reacted immediately. His state of undress made this even more obvious, but also deterred from there being sufficient restrictions to make him uncomfortable in this.
As he reminisced, he failed to hear the door open, and a voice startled him out of his thoughts. "You look like a man in need. I thought you just came from Malfoy?" Susan asked and Harry jumped.
"Susie? I thought you were indisposed?" Harry hedged.
"Nice bird." She said suggestively, walking forward and toward it. She smirked down at his exposed erection before petting the beast on the head and spelling a bowl of treats onto the edge of the perch. "I am indisposed, but that doesn't mean I'm bedridden. I just wanted to make sure you and Malfoy had some time together. I know about Veela and how clingy they can be, so he'd need more time than most of us, but there's no way that Malfoy would ask, and this way he didn't have to. But, this looks like he spurned you." she ran a light fingered touch to the vein along the base of his cock and his body spasmed.
"Oh, Merlin! No, it's not like that. I mean, I did go to him, and he was fine, but this. . ." he held up the scroll and she squinted at it. "It's from . . . someone I considered as a mate. Seriously, considered. Oh, Susie! I still want him, but how could I do that to you, to all of you? And right after spending two days to court Draco?"
"You want him?" she asked and Harry nodded dejectedly. "So, what's the problem?" she asked.
"What's the problem? I have seven mates, eight almost. What do I need with another? What's wrong with me?"
"You have to ask? Harry, you are Chameleonis! The rarest of creature breeds! The most unique and likely the most voracious lover of all Wizardom. Go, take the mates you want and don't worry about us. We want you, we love you, and we will all understand. Well, maybe not Malfoy, and Shea will be whiny at first, but the rest of us, will understand. If you still doubt, ask Luna, or better yet, owl that other Ravenclaw friend of yours, Isabel. Whatever it takes to make you happy will be fine, just don't be incomplete to help us adjust. That would ruin it for the harem. Do you understand?"
Harry tilted his head to see her better, absorbing her words along with her expressions. "That's why I love you, Susie. You're the voice of reason and stability in a very fucked up house. Thank you." he rushed past her to find a piece of parchment and a pen. She followed, grabbing his clothing and a towel and shaking her head. "I'll write him immediately. No! I'll go and see him in person. That would be best."
"Harry? Can I ask you a question, before you go?" Susan called out. Harry turned and looked at her. "Well, two questions, actually. First, are you gonna go dressed like that? and Second, who is it we'll be welcoming into our little family?"
Harry looked down and realized what she meant and rolled his eyes at himself. "No, I'd better dress first. Oh, and it's Cedric. Cedric Diggory."
"We're gonna have one of those? Oh, this will be rich." she said handing him his clothes and skipping up the stairs to her room. She was through the door before he could ask what she meant, and he could only stare after her.
Cho settled into the oversized bed, breathing deeply of the scent that pervaded the room. It was the smell of her mate, the only mate she would ever take, and it was the most soothing thing she could imagine. Viktor had gone out to get her some food, her appetite being ravenous lately, and was not around to keep her entertained at present. She was nearly bored enough to rouse from her bed, but the lethargy was enough to keep her settled.
The sound of Viktor returning, a scraping of stone against metal, made her sit up straight, climb to her feet and rush to the entrance. Her mate caught her as he entered and she flew, not quite literally, into his arms. Her wings would be useless in this enclosed space, but her need to be held and touched by her love was overwhelming at times.
"I was just starting to worry about you." she said and he smirked.
"I vas only gone for two hours and you vere sleeping ven I left. I have steak and kidneys. I know how you are craving meat, so I got you ze most lean pieces I could locate. Zey are wary fresh." he said and she turned coy at his words.
"It's not me, it's your baby. I could eat a forest, drink a lake and chew the bones of a dinosaur. I'm ravenous, and it's the fault of your child. Now, where is that beef?" she smirked as she drew the steak out of the bag and moved back to the bed. It was huge, larger than her room at home, but she thought it had been bigger when they first arrived.
They had flown here, the day after their courtship was over, skimming the forest and crossing a great sea. It was miles inland of the North Sea and it had belonged to Viktor's grandfather. The cave was roomy, big enough for a full grown dragon and chiseled from the mountain by years of dragonite inhabitance.
There were four caves here, one belonging to Viktor's mother and father, one his cousin and another was currently the home of his older brother and his mate. They had already born two sons, and Viktor's mother was ranting about the necessity of determining the sex of Cho's unborn baby. If it was another boy, they were going to start a fifth cave in this location. If it was a girl, they would need to begin another series at an alternate site.
Thus far, Cho had begged off, being queasy or starving with the growth of the baby, but Viktor had told her that his mother would not go away, and that it had to be determined within the week, before the egg surrounding the child was too thick to 'see' through. The plan was for her to come by today. Cho's hunger increased whenever she thought about it.
Hermione agreed with Susan and the Selkie was also correct about the reaction of the harem to the inclusion of Cedric Diggory to their family. Draco wasn't exactly against it, but his practicality was a bit too pragmatic. "And what day is he to have. I believe you've just made it impossible to regulate your sex life, Potter." he scowled and Harry shook his head.
"Never like it being that regulated, anyway." Harry had returned.
"Good, because Thursday is really bad for me, and I was going to suggest a change. Now, I won't have to." Draco had smirked at him and then was silent as the rest of the group made their assessments. Only Susan seemed to be privy to the creature that they were courting, for it seemed to have become a group activity. The only hint she would give, was to suggest cryptically that Harry make sure he had lots of room when he 'did the deed' and then she would only smile secretively as they tried to get her to give them more.
From the side of the room, Hermione was barely successful in her endeavors to keep from laughing at her friend as he was goaded by more than just the twins and Oliver about his libido, and Draco made caustic remarks about his lack of stamina finally becoming an issue for him. He laughed these off and blushed at the ones that hit too close to home, but all-in-all it was an informative time for the muggleborn witch.
"Harry, what if he's a dragon? Wow, maybe we should fireproof a few rooms, eh?" George suggested turning to Susan who rolled her eyes. "No? Not a dragon, or not fire-breathing, eh Susie?"
"You are an idiot, George Weasley. Even if he was, fireproofing wouldn't work for that line. Dragons and dragonite's fire is not proofable. Now, try to stick to topic. And speaking of Dragons, do you think Draco is right about us giving Harry the day off before they meet? To build up his . . . needs?" Susan smirked at her mate and Luna turned to the Chameleonis.
"Do you need time for that, Harry? I thought you were able to mate with more than one of us a day?" the blonde asked and Harry blushed brightly, his eyes twitching toward Hermione for a second before returning to his unclaimed mate.
"Luna, I'll be fine. If I'm meant to mate him, it'll happen. That's not a problem. I just want to make sure that no one is against this, before I meet with Cedric. If anyone has a complaint, say it now." and he looked around the room
Before is eyes had moved beyond the midpoint of their circuit of his mate's faces, Blaise cleared his throat. "Will Diggory accept that Draco is in charge?" he asked and Oliver stood up.
"If I can work with a Slytherin, and live in the house with two of you, Cedric Diggory can surely. He never had a problem with any of you, and Draco was the one that made those buttons for him, when he was in the tri-wizard tournement. I think that should put the problem to rest."
"No, it only brings up another one. We need to stop thinking like Hogwarts students. We all live here, in this house. We are one family, not a bunch of houses. No more referring to each other by antiquated titles. There are no more Hufflepuffs, Gryffindors, Ravenclaws or Slytherins. Except Luna, until she's done with school. From now on, we are just who we are. Is that clear?" Harry smoldered.
"Perfectly. How would you prefer we do this? Are we going to refer to each other by name or by creature line. I for one, don't care, but if you suggest the second, we have two problems. The Weasley's would be the same thing and we don't know what Diggory is." Draco ended this by glaring at the Selkie. Susan smiled back.
"I think names are best, anyway. So, how about we decide what would be the best way for Harry and Cedric to meet. I vote for them to go out to the middle of the Sahara. It's wide open there."
"The desert? Ghastly idea, Bones. Harry is rough enough without getting all dried up. I won't have him coming to me with scaly hands and sand in his drawers." Draco miffed.
"How about they meet at a mountaintop resort? I know that my mother has a place in the alps. It's nice this time of year, and their are not tourists. No snow, you know." Blaise suggested.
"How much space am I going to need, Susie?" Harry asked.
"More than this room." Susan said and Hermione spoke up.
"But, this room has unlimited wizard space." the group turned to her. "Dumbledore told me that was why the Order like to hold their meetings here."
Harry turned back to his mates and smiled. "I like that idea, the best. I'll learn how to manipulate it and invite Cedric here. Now, when would be best?" In the end, they decided to invite Cedric in three days to ask him, or tell him, whichever it turned out to be, in the privacy of his home, the home he hoped to soon be sharing with the Hufflepuff. He had sent off the invitation, and the floo coordinates, with the owl that was still in his bathroom, then he went back to where Hermione was waiting for him. "I'm sorry for ignoring you, again." he said but she brushed away his concern.
"You have a lot on your plate. No, I came to bring you this." she said handing him the letter from Roger. Harry took it with a questioning look and Hermione smiled. "It's not spelled or anything. I checked it for curses before I brought it. Just read it, okay?" Harry nodded and opened the envelope.
Dear Brother
Bet you didn't expect that, huh? I didn't even know I had one, until about six months ago. When we were in school, I just thought you were Harry Potter, the-chosen-one, not Harry Potter, my half-brother. So, now that we know, I'd like to get together and speak of the things that we missed out on growing up.
Hermione has been kind enough to deliver this, so perhaps she'll be as kind to bring me your response. No, I don't think of her as a post owl, but I would like to see her again, as well, and I've a slight aversion to owls. Actually, they can't stand me, or my family. I await your missive.
Cordially,
Roger Davies d'Eath
"Roger Davies? From Ravenclaw?" Harry asked and Hermione smirked at him.
"Thought we weren't using antiquated titles? He's Roger Davies, that we went to school with, and now he works as an apothecary at Lotsdale's Rare Ingredients. He procures the dangerous things that wizard's need, but no one would be able to get through normal means. If you agree to meet with him, you'll understand why." Hermione smiled a bit more, realizing that she too was keeping a creature's nature secret from Harry.
"I'll meet him. I'm meeting a lot of people these days. I would invite him here, but I won't risk any unknown while Draco is carrying the babies. It's too dangerous. Cedric is as far as I'll go with that." he said and Hermione waited while he wrote out another letter, this one to his brother.
