To dinner
Thea hurried across the grounds of Hogwarts, wishing that her animagus creature was something large enough to carry cases. How convenient flying would be right now.
Her stomach was in knots, and despite everything she was burning for Lucius' touch once again. She cursed silently, but she could not stop the arousal that flushed through her body like a wave of fire.
Once more her mind turned to his lips and teeth caressing her wrist, to the nights when he'd thrust viciously into her and she'd cried out his name as she grabbed his shoulders as if she was drowning.
Part of her hated him, another part admired him, and an even greater part wanted him. She could almost taste him on her lips, and the thought made Thea walk faster to the meeting spot.
Stepping into the trees she could see that Snape was already waiting, and she slowed her pace and took control of her breathing, unwilling to seem so eager in front of him.
'Professor.' She said politely, tipping her head and raising one graceful hand to push her bag further around her back.
'Thea, I'll Apparate us to the estate.' And with that, all business, Snape lightly touched Thea's arm whilst his other raised his wand, and his lips spoke an incantation.
They materialised in the Malfoy's sitting room where two house elves was waiting anxiously in the corner.
'I am Bibbit.' Spoke one as he stepped forward, his little hands wringing.
'And I'm Sybil.' Spoke the other in a terrified voice as she approached Snape.
'You, Mr Snape Sir, must follow Sybil. Sybil will take you to your rooms. Shall Sybil take your bag Sir?'
The tiny elf raised her spindly arms up to Snape's hefty bag. Snape looked down his noise at the creature his eyes darkening. 'Don't be absurd.' He said harshly, and Thea watched as Sybil jerked backwards as if afraid of being hit. God knows what the poor little creature suffered at the hands of the Malfoys.
Thea resisted the urge to hiss at Snape, and instead said to Sybil, 'Just take the professor to his room, please.' Sybil nodded vigorously, then proceeded to do exactly that. Snape rolled his black eyes at Thea as he strode from the room.
'Bibbit take Miss Thea to her lodgings?' Bibbit's eager little face peered up at her.
'Please.' Thea said politely, before following the trembling, twitching creature from the room.
Later that evening Thea sat at a beautiful dressing table, rubbing her fingers through her short hair to make it hang in smooth layers. How ironic, she thought, that she was in this bedroom once again with such very different intentions. So much had occurred since she'd been here last.
She shook her head, watching in the mirror as her blonde locks swung. Ebony had been the better colour on her, but blonde was as far away from ebony as one could get, and that's what Thea had been going for. Scrutinising her roots, Thea raised her wand and muttered an incantation just to be sure.
There, she thought in satisfaction, taking in the pale gold of her hair. It wasn't quite like the natural white-blonde of the Malfoy's, but it was close. The only difference was the warm biscuit and honey undertones that seemed to deepen the green of her eyes.
As a blonde all of Thea's features seemed softer, almost bruised. Her eyes seemed large and deep, the smudges underneath softening their gaze. Her lips even seemed more rosy, her skin porcelain pale and her cheeks slightly flushed.
Thea smudged some brown shadow onto her eyelids and slicked on some gloss to her lips. Unforgiving she peered at her expression, finally deciding that it would do.
Standing, Thea strode over to the walk in wardrobe and when she opened it she found not only her own dress, but a new one with a note skewed on the hanger.
Taking down the note Thea read it with fingers that near trembled in anticipation and pleasure.
Thea, my pet,
This is something I picked out for you long ago. Wear it tonight.
-L.
Crumpling the letter and letting it drop to the floor, Thea pulled the dress out from the wardrobe. It was a long, beautiful creation made of the deepest emerald green silk. The skirt was seemed endless, falling to the ground in a luxurious puddle. Tiny straps stretched up from the modest neckline, plunging into a daringly low back.
When Thea slipped into it, it hugged her body like a second skin, as if it had been made just for her. Moving to the full-length mirror, Thea marvelled at her transformation. She looked tall, elegant and beautiful. Her slightly wide hips were played down, the silk of the dress skimming her curves, whilst the modest neckline actually accentuated her bust, and the daring back gave the whole outfit a racy edge, flaunting Thea's lengthy, elegant back.
She ran her fingers along the embroidered front and her trim waist.
'Very nice.' She breathed, almost transfixed by her reflection. When a knock sounded at the door Thea jumped.
'Come in.' She called, her heart beginning to race. When Bibbit the house elf materialised by the door, Thea was washed with disappointment, only to then chastise herself for such foolishness.
'Master wishes to know if Miss Thea is ready for dinner?' Bibbit's tremulous voice asked.
'Yes, Bibbit, I am. Thank you for the message.'
'You're most welcome Miss.' He squeaked. 'And if Bibbit may say, Miss Thea looks very pretty. Very pretty indeed.'
Thea turned green eyes to the elf's face and saw the deep red travelling up to the roots of his hair.
'Why thank you, Bibbit. How very kind. I shall go down for dinner now.'
Bibbit squeaked something unintelligible before disappearing, the door clicking open for Thea's exits.
Thea shook her head in amusement, a low chuckle tumbling from her lips as she made her way down the sweeping staircase.
Thea turned her eyes once again to Lucius' handsome, arrogant face. Dinner was turning out to be an agony. It was as if Lucius knew what effect he was having on her and everything he did screamed of sensuality.
Thea watched from beneath her lashes as Lucius moved a fork almost lovingly into his mouth, his lips closing around the prongs seductively but not before Thea saw the flash of his tongue.
Reaching for her wine in an excuse to move in her seat, Thea felt her wetness grow. Every part of her could remember how Lucius had made her feel, and being so close yet ar war was driving her nuts. Thea knew she was being impulsive and led by her desires, but they were nearly all she had now and she didn't want to fight them anymore.
Draco was seated to her right, Snape opposite her, whilst Lucius and Narcissa were in their usual seats.
It was just before the dessert was served that Thea felt Draco's hand slide along her thigh, and in her present state her body nearly mutinied. Stretching forwards once more for her wine, Thea knocked Draco away with her free hand before downing her drink in one long drink.
'Would you care for more wine, Thea?' Lucius' voice snaked through Thea's head and her stomach clenched.
'Please.' She replied, holding his gaze and licking her lips slightly in an involuntary gesture of arousal.
Lucius actually moved around the table to pour the drink himself, his body pressing against hers as he leant over her shoulder and right side. His clean, unique scent wrapped itself around her and the effect was so dizzying that she wondered if it was some kind of spell. Of course it was not, but still Thea's heart beat against her rib cage as if she was positively intoxicated.
'Thank you.' She murmured when her glass was filled with deep red wine. She raised the glass to her lips, sipping the heady liquid, never taking her gaze from Lucius' watchful eyes. He smiled his arrogant, sensuous smile before retaking his seat next to the icy Narcissa.
Returning her glass to the table Thea caught Snape looking at her, though once she turned her eyes to him he had looked away. A flush crept onto her cheeks, and she wondered what he had thought of her little display.
From the sound of Draco's breathing next to her, she was positive that at least one man had enjoyed it.
Resisting the urge to roll her eyes, Thea focussed on the conversation and chimed in, elegantly agreeing with Narcissa's rant about Mudbloods being used in the Wizarding Fashion Show in Paris that year.
'Oh yes, so dreadful.' She said, watching as Narcissa's perfect lips curled upwards into a vicious smile.
'Isn't it?' Her icy voice intoned. And all the while Lucius' gaze burned on Thea's skin.
