Hermione watched Malfoy; who sat cross legged on the bed, with narrowed eyes.. "He just fainted?" She asked for the fourth time.
"Yes." Draco snapped, already getting irritated with the witch.
"You didn't say or do anything?" She rested her hand gently on Harry's forehead checking for fever.
Draco dug his nails into the palm of his hands; fighting the urge to growl threateningly at Granger. "I told him I wanted a truce, we shook hands, I staked my claim as his mate, he looked pale, then he fainted." He muttered out, glade when the female removed her hand from his soon to be mate.
"Come again?" She questioned, sporting a similar expression to Harry's face when Draco used his first name.
'Of course she looks no-where as cute as Harry when he's confused.' Draco mentally commented. "I said I wanted a truce, we shook-"
"No, not that; you said you staked your claim as his… mate?" She asked choking out the last word, like she might follow Harry's example and faint depending on Malfoy's answer.
Malfoy smirked; sitting up straighter, he reach forward and gently ran his fingers down Harry's cheek. "That's right. He's my ideal, the perfect mate in every way."
Hermione watched in shocked interest as Harry unconsciously leaned into Malfoy caress. Her eyes traveled up to Malfoy's face that had a look of contentment Hermione had never seen him show before. "He keeps the madness away, doesn't he?" Her question came out as a low mutter.
Draco's eyes quickly darted from Harry to Ganger, distrust evident in his gaze. "My mental state is none of your concern Granger." He answered.
"If it involves Harry it is. Did you really believe Harry would go along with this, why would he choose you out of all the dominates." When Hermione noticed Malfoy's lip curl into a sneer she quickly added. "I'm sure you already realized if you have any hope of being Harry's mate you have to get use to the idea of being civil with us."
Draco quirked an eyebrow as his sneer turned back to his normal smirk. "Are you offering to help me Granger?" He asked jokingly.
Hermione looked down at Harry then back up at Malfoy, her face void of any emotion. 'Help him. If Harry is his, then Ron will be ours…' The voice from early reappeared in her mind its tone now smooth and tempting. "Yes."

"All of you are grounded! There will be hourly-no, ten minute room checks around the clock! You will be let out for breakfast at eight, lunch at noon sharp, then again for dinner at six, after you will go straight to bed!"
Arthur Weasley leaned silently against the kitchen counter, listening to his wife as she punished their children. Now he might not be the smartest man in the wizarding world, but he was no fool; so when he saw the irritated looks on the faces of his children at their mother's outrages punishment… he kept his mouth shut.
"I expect this from your brothers but from you Ginny? I'm so disappointed, that I can't even see straight!" Molly continued to yell, slamming her hand flat on the table top to alliterate how upset she was at the four children that sat in front of her.
Ginny turned her head slightly to the side to glare at her older brothers, if it hadn't been for their stupid plan she would have got out without anyone knowing. She balled her fist, kicking Ron in the ankle with her steel toe boot.
"Ouch! What the bloody hell did you do that-"Ron turned to yell at Ginny, only to be stopped by his mother swooping around and taking hold of his ear.
"Did I say you could speak Ronald Weasley!" Molly asked reprimanded her youngest son.
"No." Ron grounded out, grabbing his ear as soon as his mother released it...
Molly walked around, crossing her arms in front of her chest as she stood in front of her children. "Now someone better start explaining why all of you where trying to sneak out of the house."
Arthur smiled as all his children averted their eyes from his wife's, whatever they were hiding it didn't look like they were willing to reveal it.
Molly tapped her foot impatiently; she took a step toward Ron, who was still fussing with his ear, only to have a knock at the door stop her progress. She looked to her husband, who nodded and left the room, before turning back to her youngest son; who was now looking up at her with wide eyes.
Arthur made his way through the living room, mumbling "I'm coming… I'm coming…" as the unknown guest's knocking got louder. Once at the door he took a moment to straighten his robs; which had bunched up from leaning on the counter, then opened the door.
He was more than surprised to find Lucius Malfoy along with two other ministry officials; who he couldn't identify, on the other side.
His eyes were drawn to the tall young woman to Malfoy's right; he study her with suspicion, her skinny frame look to be wavering in the wind giving the impression that a strong enough gust could carry her away. Her straight straw brown hair curled under her chin in a perfect uniform cut, which matched the standard dole grey robes provided by the Ministry.
"Mr. Weasley we have come on official Ministry business. I'm sure you are aware of my current department; these two are my associates, Carol Longstone and Richard Rays." Lucius spoke succeeding in gaining back Arthur Weasley's attention, he knew he should have insisted Longstone change robes before they came; only potions officials wore those standard robes.
"And what business would that be?" Arthur questioned, stepping forward to close the door behind him.
"We have business with your son Ronald Weasley and Ms. Hermione Granger; who is supposedly staying with your family this month before the school year begins." When Lucius noticed Arthur's expression harden he quickly pulled out the scroll he had tucked in his robe, handing it to the other man. "This is a Ministry order to question both Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley; under Veritaserum , in regards to the whereabouts of one Harry James Potter.. You and your wife will be allowed in the room at the time of the questioning, since your son is still living in your household."
After hearing what Lucius said Arthur unrolled the scroll, quickly reading it over. Once he finished he sighed rolling it back up and handed it back to the platinum blond man. "They weren't anywhere near Harry during the final battle, what do you except to accomplish with this besides putting them through more pain. It's been nearly a year, don't you think if Harry was still alive he would have contacted us in some way."
"Were just tying up loose ends Mr. Weasley, if your son has nothing to hide I'm sure things will go smoothly. Now if you please?" Lucius tucked the scroll back into his robes as he took a step toward the door, Longstone and Rays right behind him.
Arthur nodded frowning, then opened the door and stepping aside for the visitors to enter.

"Yes?" Draco quirked an eyebrow at the brunette witch, who was staring at him with an expression he couldn't read.
"Under a few conditions, one when it comes to you and Harry you answer my questions truthful, two you don't force Harry into this; you two have a lot of history so this isn't going to be easy, and three-" Hermione stopped, crossing her arms in front of her chest to think. When nothing came to mind, she looked up at Malfoy again. "I can state the third condition whenever I want."
Draco was silent for a moment, studying the female across from him. "What do you get out of helping me Granger? I know why I want him to be with me… but why do you want him to be with me?"
A light blush spread across Hermione cheeks as she averted her eyes. "Just be happy I want to help you Malfoy!" She snapped at the blond dominate.
'What are you hiding Granger?' Draco thought watching the witch fidget under his gaze. "Fine; I accept your generous offer. But how are you going to handle the Weasel when he finds out what you're doing?"
"You can't call him that anymore, call him Ron or Weasley… and I'll take care of him. Now that you excepted, answer my question Malfoy; does Harry keep the madness away?" Hermione replied, gaining back her composer.
Draco looked down where his hand still rested against Harry cheek. "Yes; better then the potion Sev was giving me… but I need more every time."
"What potion?" Hermione question, hoping Malfoy would continue to cooperate.
"A suppressant potion, I've had to take it for the last couple of months due to my refusal to seek out a mate. I kept having these dreams… well… more like a memory about Harry; the day he and my father rescued Sev and me from the Dark Lord." Draco continued without Granger asking him to, saying it out loud felt like a heavy weight lifted off his back.
"They start around the same time Harry disappeared, plagued me every night… I knew he was still alive. When my father was assigned to the Potter case it fueled my obsession to find him even more, then when I had lost hope… you three showed up." Draco looked up locking eyes with Granger, who had been listening closely.
Hermione gave Malfoy a genuine smile. "It's funny; in a way you two have been playing the role of dominate and submissive since the moment you meet. You were always challenging him to prove that you were better, stronger. And he would stand his ground to prove you wrong every time; I always just thought it was because he was too stubborn to back down."
Draco fought the urge to groan in irritation at the fact that he and Granger had been thinking alike when it came to his and Harry's past. "Now that I answered your question Granger, what's your plan to help me get Harry… not that I need your help mind you." Draco mumbled the last part.
Hermione pretended not to hear Malfoy's insult; baby steps after all. "I'll talk to him… alone to see what his take on all this is, then we'll move on from there. He'll need to know about the madness if it requires physical contact to subdue it… we might be able to use that as an advantage as far as you getting close to him." Hermione stopped when she noticed Malfoy's raised eyebrow. "What?"
"Using his weakness as an advantage for us… how very Slytherin of you Granger." Draco commented.
'Anything it takes to make Ron mine.' The soothing voice echoed in Hermione's mind, she smirked back at Malfoy.
