Karcdob looked up at the new Education Proclamation with amusement. Dolores umbridge was so upset that she couldn’t find the illegal student organization that she was resorting to the equivalent to hallway monitors. He chuckled and shook his head, the ladder he used to put it up resting on his shoulder as he inspected his work.

“Inquisitorial squad hn?”

Karcdob glanced over to see Vegeta standing near him, Draco was to his left and looking up with a smirk. Bardock chuckled again and nodded “Yup.” he switched over to the Saiyan tongue and said “The old hag is getting more paranoid by the day. Even I’m surprised I haven’t killed her yet.”

Both Vegeta and Karcdob laughed and the Prince looked at him with a crooked smile “It’s tempting, but the pink toad doesn’t like me.”

Draco rolled his eyes “Only because you two butt heads every bloody day Vegeta. You’ve gone as far as to not take her classes at all.”

Karcdob sighed then adjusted the ladder “Well, I need to get goin’ before I get squawked at.” he looked pointedly at Vegeta “By the way, Meph says that you and Kakarrot should meet him in the Shrieking Shack at Twelve tonight. He and you two need to have chat about last night.”

Vegeta blushed then growled “Whatever old man.”

Karcdob laughed “See you guys around.” he turned and walked away down the hallway.

Vegeta ran a hand down his face with a unintelligible grumble. He huffed then glanced over at Draco “You can join if you want, I don’t give a shit. Might be nice to get some extra credit with how some of your grades are.”

Draco scowled, uncoiled his tail and hit Vegeta with it “Shut up…” he coiled it back into his robe and eyed the new decree. “Hmph, I might as well. Seems like something I would do.” he glanced around -not seeing anyone- so he quickly kissed Vegeta on the cheek “See you then.” He then briskly walked to Umbridge’s office.

Vegeta blinked then rubbed his blushing cheek “Damn Omega…” he huffed but half smiled as he stuffed his hands into his pockets and flew away to class, mentally telling Goku about Mephisto’s meeting with them.

After classes ended that day and dinner as well as dessert was devoured, Vegeta and Goku flew to the grounds near the Shrieking Shack. Vegeta cracked his neck then gruffed out “Let’s spar while we wait Kakarrot.”

Goku cracked his knuckles with a grin “Sounds great!” they both flew away so there was a yard between them. Vegeta nodded and they both got into their fighting stances, eyes narrowed but sharp and keen. Goku opened his mouth and let out a snarl, teeth bared as he suddenly launched himself at Vegeta. The Prince smirked then swung out his fist, their knuckles connecting and creating a shockwave that rippled the grass around them. Their eyes met and both pure-blood’s smirked; the fight has begun.

Hours later, both Saiyans are fighting in the sky, exchanging blow after powerful blow in the air. To any untrained eye, all they would see was small flashes of light, some blurred color and feel the shockwaves roll over them. Suddenly a huge boom was heard and a blurred figure pelted into the ground, creating a two yard crater in the dirt. An angry voice yelled out from within the crater “That was cheating Vegeta!”

Vegeta floated just above the crater and laughed “You never said I couldn’t use my charms to get my way Kakarrot.”

Goku floated out with his arms crossed and a frown on his face “Did you have to lick me thought?”

Vegeta seductively licked his lips “You have a problem with what I do with my tongue Kakarrot?”

Goku growled as he floated closer “Don’t tempt me Vegeta… We’re supposed to be meeting with Luc.”

“Well, I’m glad you two finally thought of me.” The two Saiyans looked down and saw Mephisto with his hands on his hips looking up with a raised eyebrow “It is two minutes past Twelve. I believe I asked you two to meet me in the Shrieking Shack, not outside it.”

Goku and Vegeta floated down in front of Mephisto and Goku rubbed the back of his head “Sorry Mephi.” Vegeta just grunted.

Mephisto sighed then said “Come on then.” he walked over to the Shrieking Shack and went into the bedroom. When he saw that the two Saiyan’s had followed him in, he turned and looked at Vegeta “Are you aware you are carrying Vegeta?”

Vegeta blinked then blushed as he grumbled “Uh… I haven’t noticed, no. I didn’t think to check.”

Goku scratched the back of his head “Do… Do you want to get rid of it again?”

Vegeta huffed, a hint of sadness in the sound “Kakarrot… Every time our cycles synchronize, I get pregnant.”

Goku looked at Vegeta in shock and sorrow “Y-You… H-How man-”

“Thirty-Seven times.” Vegeta said blunty.

Goku swayed a bit “Th-Thir...ty…” he fell back on the dust bed and buried his face in his hands “Seven…”

Mephisto felt pity for the taller Saiyan. He looked over at Vegeta and said quietly “I told you he wouldn’t take it well Vegeta. You know how badly he wants to start a family with you.”

Vegeta crossed his arms tightly “I know.”

“I…” Goku shook his head in his hands “So many…”

Vegeta looked away and narrowed his eyes “They had no conscious thought, they were just a microscopic flicker of Ki Kakarrot.”

Goku slid down onto his knees and shuffled forwards then wrapped his arms around Vegeta’s waist, pressing the left side of his face against Vegeta’s stomach “But… They were what could have been Geta… They were us…”

Vegeta scowled but his Beta heart broke at his mate’s words. He said bitterly “They were nothing Kakarrot. I always got rid of them before they were two days old.”

“I want to keep this one…” Goku said quietly into Vegeta’s stomach.

Vegeta looked down quickly then hissed “Kakarrot! You know we can’t! Don’t be such an idiot!”

Goku moved his head to rest his forehead against the Prince’s front “I know I’m an idiot… But…” he looked up “I’m your idiot Geta, and you should know how I feel about this…” he pressed both palms against Vegeta’s lower abs and looked at his hands “Losing so many chances to be a Father to your cubs… Our cubs… Just hearing how many you’ve gotten rid of… It feels like you killed part of me…”

Vegeta averted his eyes, his eyes far away in thought. The prospect of cubs growing inside him terrified his warrior trained mind as well as the mental scars he’s gotten over the years… But the Beta in him purred at the thought of having his Alpha’s cubs. Vegeta clenched his fists “Kaka-”

“Vegeta,” Goku said with such sorrowful force, Vegeta felt himself speechless. Goku looked up, his eyes sad but with a glint of hope “Please… We… we can…” he slowly stood up and took Vegeta’s hands into his own “When you’re showing, we can just cast an illusion charm, and…” he thought for a moment “When they’re born, we can leaving them in the care of Molly or Narcissa if we are still in school.”

Vegeta looked into Goku’s dark eyes, seeing the hope swimming in them and the sorrow that was still there. The Saiyan Prince slowly took his hands back and said “Kakarrot… I’m sorry but… I’m mentally not ready for that kind of… responsibility…” he sighed heavily and rubbed his left arm “I’ve been nothing but unstable for a majority of my life Karo. I’m still not over that Zarbon and… Jeice did to me… What Frieza did, what anyone did.” he shook his head “I can’t deal with that pressure, not right now, not in this world.” he looked up at his mate and saw his crestfallen face. The Prince stepped closer, reached up and cupped Goku’s face with both hands “Like I said two years ago Karo, I’ll let you know when I’m ready. I’m not objecting to the idea of cubs…” he brushed his left thumb across his cheek tenderly “But just not now.”

Goku put his left hand on Vegeta’s cheek and his right hand on his waist. He willed his tail to curl with Vegeta then he looked into Vegeta’s eyes. Goku’s brow furrowed in sadness and he smiled sadly “A-Alright Vegeta.” he kissed his forehead then murmured “I won’t force you if you’re not ready…”

Vegeta softly kissed his mate’s lips and whispered “Thank you...”

“As sweet as this scene is,” Mephisto said and they both looked at the Devil “I did ask you two here for a reason.” he then went up to the both and flicked them hard on the forehead.

“OW!” Goku yelped and covered his forehead in pain.

“Son of a- Mother of fuck that hurt!” Vegeta hissed and covered his forehead as well.

Lucifer scowled deeply “You two had to go and go through your cycles in the prefect’s bathroom?! Do you have any idea the trouble you caused Bardock and myself?!”

Goku whined softly in his throat, his tail limp behind him “I’m sorry Luc… I lost track of what day it was…”

“It’s not my problem…” Vegeta grumbled in the Saiyan tongue.

Lucifer flicked Vegeta again and growled “I heard that your ass-ness. Don’t pull that crap with me.” Vegeta growled and rubbed his forehead but didn’t retaliate.

Goku rubbed his arm “It’s hard to keep track of so much stuff. Between homework, the club thing, keeping up on training, and keeping track of my rut cycles, it’s not easy for me to do!”

Mephisto sighed heavily in annoyance and pinched the bridge of his nose “Okay, here’s what I’m doing.” he put his hands on his hips “I’m currently brewing a potion to help with your rut and heat cycles, just to help dull them down so you two can get somewhere safe and mate there without destroying half of the school.”

Goku raised his eyebrows “Really? That’s great!”

Vegeta growled and crossed his arms tightly “It’s not right.”

Mephisto narrowed his eyes “You idiots didn’t give me any choice! This was a request from Albus, you guys really messed up this time.” he scowled “I almost killed Dolores for her insolence on the matter.” his demeanor switched to dangerous “Speaking of… show me your hands.”

Vegeta flinched while Goku showed his hands back and front “Why?” Goku said curiously.

Mephisto glared at Vegeta “Vegeta, your hands.”

Vegeta looked at Lucifer angrily “Why? You could easily just away with my gloves or look into my mind to see for yourself!” he spat.

Mephisto growled then took a deep breath to calm himself. The demon rubbed his temple then said “Suit yourself. Yes I already know, but I wanted to see for myself.” He huffed “I will respect your privacy, for now.” Mephisto tapped his hip then said “I’ll have the potion in two days.” he turned on his heel and walked away as a fiery vortex enveloped him.

Goku sighed in relief but Vegeta looked pissed. Goku put a hand on Vegeta’s shoulder “Geta? What’s wrong?”

Vegeta moved away from Goku and growled “I don’t like the idea of suppressants. I don’t know what they’ll do to my body, if they have any side effects that could impact how I am.” he looked out the window and hissed “Kuso!” The smaller Saiyan gritted his teeth “I thought I was free from this control shit! Now it’s just replacing one powerful tyrant with another!”

Goku frowned “Luc isn’t like that and you know i-”

“How do you know?!” Vegeta turned on him angrily “How well do you actually know this demon?!” he waved a hand angrily through the air “He could just decide one day that he doesn’t like us and kill us for the fun of it! He could make us cease to exist with barely a twitch of his eye!”

Goku looked down and wrung his hands in thought. He licked his dry lips then said “I know what he is Vegeta. Do you think I’ve forgotten?” he looked up at his mate “Do you think I forgot that he is probably the most powerful being next to the King of All or the Supreme Kai? Because I haven’t forgotten Vegeta.” he carefully put a hand on Vegeta’s cheek “I know how easily he could kill us. Why do you think I’m trying to stay on his good side?” he shook his head “Even now I wonder why he chose us to go on this weird adventure thing, but I don’t regret it. Do you know why?” Vegeta shook his head and Goku smiled warmly. The taller Saiyan coiled his tail around Vegeta’s waist and pulled him to his chest. The combed his fingers through Vegeta’s hair then murmured “Then I wouldn’t have met you, the real you. The you buried under years of torture and training.” he swiped his thumb along Vegeta’s cheek then jaw “I wouldn’t have met my true mate. Who knows how long we would have hid away our true feelings if we didn’t go on this adventure? Five years? Ten years? Thirty or forty even?” his eyes looked sad “Maybe never…” he took a breath then said “I wouldn’t trade this whole experience for the world Vegeta.” Goku put his arms around the Prince and whispered in his ear “I love you Vegeta… And nothing you say or do will change how I feel about you.” he put his hands on either side of Vegeta’s face and looked into his eyes “If you ever go back to planet purging or something, I will be there right next to you. I might not approve of it, but I will love you no matter what you do.”

Vegeta couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Goku, the savior of Earth, the hero of the people and all worlds, would give up everything and join him is he went back to villainy? He let out a small laugh that confused Goku then kissed him. He slid his hands along his biceps and said with a humored but slightly sad smile “You don’t have to worry about that Karo. As much as it might pains me to say, I am fairly certain that my planet purging days are long behind me.” he chuckled “Though I am happy to hear that you would join me if I were to go back to my old self.” he ran his hands down Goku’s pectoral muscles “I have to admit…. I think you would look sexy as all Hell if you were bad like how I was.” he smirked “Covered in blood of innocent aliens, dirtied from the rubble of the civilization you just destroyed?” he purred “The old me would be all over you before you can say ‘Kami’.”

Goku smirked “Is that right?” he backed Vegeta against the nearby wall and caged him in his muscled arms and body “The Prince likes a big bad Saiyan hm?”
