AN: This is the prequel to prompt 24; Scowl. (Prompt 24 is a crossover with X-Men.)
-Journey-
Sitting on the plane beside Aunt Petunia, Harry had to stop himself from bouncing in excitement. He was going on vacation with his family for once and wasn't being left behind with one of the neighbors! Their first stop was Canada to go to Niagara Falls a giant waterfall that Harry had heard Dudley bragging about to their classmates before school ended for summer break.
Looking over, Harry pressed his nose against the window watching the clouds and the ground below them with wide eyes. He was only able to watch it for a few seconds before Aunt Petunia gave him a sharp flick on his arm and hissed, “Stop doing that you're embarrassing us. Don't make me get your uncle.”
“Sorry Aunt Petunia.” Harry mumbled, ignoring the need to point out that Dudley was doing the same thing in the row beside them from his seat beside Uncle Vernon and he was even drooling around the lollypop he had shoved in his mouth.
Leaning back in his chair, feeling some of his excitement die, Harry turned his head to look out the window before his Aunt reached over and pulled the window blind down.
“Just go to sleep so you don't bother everyone around us.” She hissed lowly so she didn't attract any attention.
Sighing, Harry leaned his head to the side slightly so he could look out the window in front of him since the woman in front of him had her shade open. It wasn't a great view, but it was something. Harry just hoped the rest of the journey went smoothly. He didn't want to be in trouble while they were on vacation. He didn't want to be left in the hotels and miss out on all the fun.
