Not a star in the sky
As I start to cry
The tears fall of my chin
Mingle on my robes
With the ounce of spilled gin
What was once a good idea
Has turned out all wrong
So now help me out
Whilst I sing a sad song
Take me away
To a world without pain
To a place I can call home
A place to go
With out feeling alone
Help me kind sir
As I have to much sorrow
And help me live
Through one more tomorrow
Hold me while I cry
Brush the tears
From my eye
Help me to live
And then help me to die
