Chapter 3
Harry returned home from school the next day, still in high spirits. The celebration last night was awesome. Tiring, but awesome. Everyone had enjoyed it. His friends couldn't stop talking about it, and it was another of the awesome day spent at school.
As he entered the house, aunt Petunia greeted him.
"Hello, Harry." She said as she hugged him, however she gave a small inhale and quietly blanched from the smell, "Go upstairs, freshen up and then come down. We have guests here who would like to meet you." She said, quickly glancing towards the living room area, "Go quickly." She shooed him off when she noticed he hadn't left for the bathroom.
"Alright." Harry said, and went to his room. He could hear the guests. He could hear a woman and a man talking with his aunts. He quickly freshened up and changed into some fresh clothes, piling his dirty and rather smelly uniform for the laundry for it to be washed.
As he entered the living room, he saw his aunts were sitting on a sofa. Yet, sitting across from them, a rather beautiful blonde woman was sitting in a comfortable chair, in a posture which made her look like she was apart of royalty, whilst the man that was sitting near her had long, shaggy black hair and looked a little too skinny for it to be healthy.
Giving a small polite nod towards the guests, he went to sit between his aunts, and they gladly accepted him into that position as aunt Marge gave him a sideways hug - which he gladly returned - and a small kiss to the forehead.
"Harry." Aunt Petunia started the introductions, "This is Sirius Black." She indicated the man, who smiled at him and gave a small wave, although it was a rather nervous one at that, "He was your father's best friend." She said, before adding on, "He is also your godfather." Without missing a beat, she then went towards the other woman, whose face lit up with a smile as she looked at him, "This is Narcissa Malfoy. She is cousin of Sirius and she was your mother's friend."
"Hello." He greeted them, rather shyly and staying within the grip of Marge. Despite not having the greatest memory of them, nor did Petunia really like talking about them because of Vernon or even the rather sad memories and small pains that it brought her, he was always happy to learn what he could about them, and now, it was even better, because he was meeting some of their friends!
"Hello, Harry." Narcissa greeted out, extending her hand out towards him, "How are you?" She questioned softly to him, her eyes staying focussed on his body.
"I'm fine." He said, with a smile as he got up from his position and gave a weak shake of her hand, "Are you really my parent's friends?" He questioned, a bout of curiousness and some small amount of hope in his voice to learn more about his parents.
Narcissa tittered lightly, whilst Sirius gave a howl of laughter at Harry's expression, along with the enthusiasm.
"Of course, Pup." Sirius replied, not stopping to explain that nickname to him just yet, "James was like my brother, we were basically as close and friends could be." He said, his eyes gaining a small tear in them as he remembered his late friend, "I was also good friends with Lily, your mother." He quickly clarified in case he didn't know his own mother's name, which he hoped wasn't the case, "That is why they named me your godfather, if anything happened to them, I would be there to raise you."
"Then where were you all this time?" Harry couldn't help but ask.
He didn't have any problem living here, not with aunt Petunia here, and aunt Marge visiting frequently, and also the friends that he had at school, but it would have been nice to know his parent's friends, or perhaps even know more about them on a more regular basis.
"Does he know?" Narcissa asked Petunia, much to Harry's slight confusion on where this was going. When she nodded, Narcissa turned to Harry and replied in a gentle voice, "Your parents were killed by a very bad wizard, after they opposed him." She began gently, trying to ease him into the story, "After their passing, you were taken here to keep you safe from the other bad wizards that were still around." She said, getting up from her seat and quickly placing herself just before Harry, where she leaned down and gently grasped his shoulders, "We didn't know your location. It was hidden by a very powerful type of magic. We were only able to find you now, as you are now seven, a very important age within the Wizarding World." She explained fully to Harry, using more simplier terms to make him understand just a little better.
"Oh." Harry sad thoughtfully. "So, how were you able to find me now?"
"You are my heir." Sirius said simply leaning back into his chair and giving a small sigh at how soft it was.
On seeing Harry's expression, Narcissa elaborated, lightly glaring at Sirius for not being a little more professional, "The Wizarding World is different from the muggle world." She begun, garnering Harry's attention once more, "Our world is ruled by some families which have been around for centuries. The Potter family is one of those families." She said, before taking a small breath, "You will be one of the pivotal leaders of our world one day. The Black family - my family, and Sirius' family - is also one of them. Sirius has named you his heir, so one day you will also be the patriarch of the Black family, and we have very powerful magic to find heir or lord of the family if they are missing, but the downside is, we can only use it when the person is over the age of seven, where their magical core starts to develop more."
"That is why it took us so long to find you, Pup." Sirius added on, stopping Narcissa before she could continue to overwhelm poor Harry.
Harry was silent as he took it all in, his head hurt briefly after listening to Narcissa's explanation, but he was able to push through it, after a minute of contemplating, he looked up at them, "I don't know anything about how that works. How will I be able to lead them?" He asked.
Here, Narcissa looked unsure, "If you want." She started in a soothing voice, "You can stay with me. I have a big, comfortable house. We would be able to train you so you can ease into your position in the future when that day finally comes." When Harry looked at his aunt, she quickly added, "You can still meet your aunts, we are not going to keep you away from them due to their heritage or background. We can make arrangements for you coming and going."
"We also have owls or elves to deliver letters, much more quicker than the so called 'Post'. So, you can still keep contact with your aunts, even when we are far away." Sirius added on, he still didn't know why the Muggles called the post one of the best ways to deliver parcles or letters. They were so damn slow.
Harry once again was silent, and he looked like he was genuinely struggling to come up with an answer to please both sides.
"Do you want it, Harry?" Petunia asked softly as she reached over to gently grasp his shoulder and give it a reassuring squeeze.
"What about his education?" Marge asked, swiftling cutting in and looking at Narcissa and Sirius, "He is a bright boy, after all. Talented also, much more than my brother or his stupid son."
They noticed Petunia didn't say anything as her husband and son were insulted in front of her, which interested them slightly.
"He will be joining Hogwarts once he reaches 13." Sirius said, before explaining to them, "It's one of the three biggest magical schools in all of Europe. He won't need too much Muggle education, but if he wants to study it, I can afford best private tutors for him." He said, before adding on, "If he stays with us, he will also be trained in social customs and all the other things he needs to know to be a good leader of our society." He said, before looking at Narcissa for a little bit of help to fully explain.
Seeing this, she sighed softly, sometimes she really wished that Sirius payed a little more attention when he was growing up, "He is like a permanent member of Wizarding Parliament." At that, both women looked a little less confused as they nodded their heads in understanding, "He can also meet his fellow peers, who will attend the school with him as well as take up their family position and rule alongside him." She added on, before Sirius took over.
"You knew James was rich, Petunia. We are like the royal families of our world, and Harry is the heir of two such families. We need to make sure that he doesn't stay behind. I would also like to spend some time with my godson."
"It's your decision, Harry, don't feel like you need to give an answer right away, this is a very big, and important decision." Petunia stated softly, once again running her hands through Harry's unruly hair.
"I can't give a decision right now." Harry said after a few moments of silence.
Narcissa nodded her head, "You don't have to decide right away, Harry." She said, "Take your time. It's a big decision. In the meantime, I hope you will be having contact with us." She took out a box from her bag. The box was bigger than the bag and shouldn't have been inside the bag. But he assumed magic was definitely involved, "This is a magical letter box. I have another one like it, which makes a set. Whenever you put a letter in it, it will be sent to my letter box. When I send a letter, your box will glow and warm up slightly. We can communicate easily this way. Don't be afraid to ask any question that you may have, Sirius and I will happily answer them."
Harry nodded and took the box, "Thank you." He said, "I'll ask you, if I have any question later." He said, before shakily adding on, "I need time to take this all in. It's a big thing to take in at one time. I knew I was a wizard, but the heir thing is new."
"I understand." Narcissa said as she stood up, "We will leave you to think for yourself."
She came forward and hugged him, bringing him very close to her body, "Lily was a very good friend and one of the best people I knew. I hope we can get close to each other similarly." She whispered in his ears, and he could hear her voice waiver slightly.
As she separated, Sirius came forward to hug him, "I love you, Harry." He whispered, "I don't know if anyone has told you, but you look exactly like your father, with your mother's eyes."
With that being said, both Sirius nodded towards Narcissa, who returned the gesture, before Petunia and Marge, followed by Harry escorted them to the door, but to Harry's surprise, they didn't go outside.
Instead they turned on the spot, and simply vanished with a small cracking noise following. The last thing he saw of them were their smiling faces. He looked sideways to see his aunt looking at him with amused expression.
"Magic is awesome that way." Petunia said, smiling down at him and ruffling his hair. "If you are anything like your parents, you are going to be a great wizard."
Harry shifted nervously as he sat upon his bed, both aunt Petunia and aunt Marge were there as well, just to give him an extra layer of reassurance, along with extra support.
It had been a few days since Narcissa and Sirius had visited him, along with extending the offer of him living with Narcissa, in which he would then be taught the customs, traditions and just learning as much about the Wizarding World as possible.
For him, he was very uncertain when it came to making a decision. Like most kids when it came to moving neighbourhoods or even schools, he didn't want to lose his friends, nor did he want to move further away from aunt Petunia nor aunt Marge, the fact that he could still communicate with them helped somewhat, but it wouldn't be the same as seeing them face to face.
However, on the flipside, he would be learning more about his parents, about a whole new world that had just opened up to him. He could also learn some more things about the world, the perspective on some things, along with learning about magic and what it could do, how he could use it, and how it actually came to be. He could even learn about some sports of the Wizarding World - if they had any of course.
Sure, he could make new friends with the other magical children, but to him, it probably wouldn't be the same as the friends that he had now. Another thing that ran rampant within his mind was the rather childish thinking of about them not liking him, nor would he be able to fit in properly with the others.
So, now here he was, waiting for the response of Narcissa with the use of the magical letter box. It had yet to warm up nor glow, meaning that she had either had not read the letter that he had sent a few minutes ago, or it was all just a rather well thought out prank.
Although, he doubted that last part.
Just as he was about to give up and place the letter box down back on the dresser next to his bed, he felt an unnatural warmth coming from the letter box, along with a soft, green glow coming from it.
"There it is, Harry." Marge said, giving a small squeeze to Harry's shoulder as she was nearly entranced by the magical item as it continued to glow. She could even feel the warmth that was emanating from it, and she wasn't even in contact with it.
Feeling a sudden squeeze on his hand, he gazed downwards and saw that aunt Petunia was gripping it lightly, as he brought his attention to her, he noticed some small tears starting to escape her eyes. It was clear that she was clearly holding back the tears, and she was trying her best to keep herself together.
Taking a deep breath, Harry focussed on the letter box in hand, before he opened it up, revealing that there was a rather fine piece of parchment inside, and from what he could tell, there was very cursive and neat writing, and was sent by none other than Narcissa herself.
Pulling the piece of parchment, Harry turned it over, showing that there was more writing on the other side of the parchment. Yet, however, he looked at the writing, or squinted at it, he was unable to actually read the writing. It was just too cursive for him to make sense out of.
Seeing his struggles with trying to read it, Petunia gently grabbed it out of his hands, allowing Harry to lean into her body as she read it, and for Marge to look over her shoulder to read along with her.
Dear, Harry,
Thank you for taking your time with making this big decision, and I am glad that you have accepted our offer.
As much as it might pain you to be separated from your aunts and family, please do be aware that this is not permanent. We will always allow you to visit them if you ever get homesick, or want to spend the weekend with them, we will make sure of that.
If you ever want to drop the lessons that we will teach you to head back to your school, we will also allow you to do so, to spend some more time with your friends that you have made.
Sirius and I will pick you up this Sunday at 3pm. So please, pack everything that you need or want to take with you.
We will see you then,
Love, Narcissa
As Petunia finished reading the letter to Harry, she took a shuddering breath, trying her best to hold in her sobs as she used her free hand to rub up and down Harry's arm, "Well, at least we have another few days together before you leave." She said softly.
"Right. Let's make it the best few days." Marge stated out, before she too, rubbed Harry's back softly.
She was really glad that she decided to stay for a few more days to spend some more time with Harry, as now, she would be leaving just a day after Harry for the Wizarding World, and she didn't know how long it would be until she saw him again, so she was going to make the most of it.
"I'm sorry..." Harry murmured out, sniffling lightly as he tried to bury himself deeper into Petunia's embrace.
"Shh, shh..." Petunia shushed out gently, placing the letter down on the bed, "Don't be sorry." She whispered out as she continued to hug Harry.
Without saying another word, Marge stopped rubbing Harry's back, before she scooted a little closer towards the duo, and joined in on the hug, effectively squashing Harry between their bodies.
The combined warmth and the constant heartbeats coming from the two women eventually lulled him to the land of dreams.
Harry waited at the foot of the staircase, his new and fancy wheeled suitcase standing next to him, and his backpack slung across his back. He was waiting for Narcissa and Sirius to show up. From what he saw when he peered at the grandfather clock, it was approaching the time of 3pm, and in all honesty, it felt like the longest wait of his time.
He was sad and nervous, but there was also this undercurrent of excitement that was coursing through his body as he waited for them to arrive at the front door.
From what he could hear, he knew that Marge was in the living room, watching the television, Petunia was having a rather harsh conversation with Vernon in the kitchen, and for Dudley... well, if the growls of Ripper were anything to go by, he was likely trying to get out of his room in order to try and get a snack from the kitchen, or trying to do something to him.
He knew that Dudley didn't need to go to the bathroom, as Dudley had a small bathroom connected to his room, curtesy of Vernon and his ever so magnificent plan to make Harry jealous by upgrading Dudley's room.

"That's them, Harry." Marge called out, before he heard a small grunt of annoyance before she appeared in the doorway and opened the front door.
Once the front door opened, it revealed that Narcissa was standing there, looking prim and proper and wearing some very fashionable clothing that looked to be a little backwards with the time period.
"Afternoon." Narcissa greeted with a small nod of her head towards Marge.
"Afternoon to you, too." Marge replied back, she then took a quick glance around, before seeing that there was no one else with her, "Where is Sirius?" She questioned, before she stepped aside, allowing Narcissa to enter into the main hallway.
"Hello again, Harry." Narcissa greeted out to Harry, giving him a small ruffle on the head, "I'm sorry, Sirius was called into something important, so he couldn't be here. However, he will meet you again later on in the evening." She said, answering Marge's question.
Marge nodded her head at that. She understood that sometimes life always managed to find a way to stop one from doing something they wanted or had planned for.
"Hello." Harry nervously greeted out, despite having already meeting her, he was still rather nervous.
Narcissa flashed a small smile in his direction, before spotting the wheely suitcase that was next to him, along with the backpack that he was wearing, "I see you are ready." She simply said, before she glanced at Marge, and frowned lightly when she heard the ruckus that was being made in the kitchen, and from what she could hear, it was not a pleasant conversation happening.
"Mhm." Harry simply made that noise of agreement as he nodded his head.
"Have you said your goodbyes?" Narcissa asked him, not wanting him to leave without saying goodbye to his family.
"I have." Harry stated, grabbing his wheely suitcase by the handle and gazing up at her, "I can return whenever I want to, right?" He questioned, a small amount of hope tinged within his voice.
"Of course." Narcissa said, ruffling his hair once more, "Just let myself or Sirius know, and we will make sure you can return here if you are feeling homesick." She added on, before she glanced over towards Marge, "I promise to take good care of him, and so will Sirius."
"You better." Marge said, a threatening undertone in her voice as she continued to speak, "Even if you are magical, there is nothing that will stop myself or Petunia from hurting you if we find out that Harry is harmed or mistreated under your care, and the results won't be pretty."
Narcissa simply nodded her head at that, "Of course." She said, not even phased by the threat that was just spoken to her, "Please do wish Petunia a good day for me, I don't want to interrupt the argument that is happening currently."
"I will, don't you worry." Marge said, seemingly rather mellow, yet trying to be cheerful at the same time. She then turned her attention to her favorite nephew, "Hopefully I can see you soon." She said, crouching down closer to his height and giving him a small kiss on the nose, "Be sure to be a good boy, alright?"
Harry gave his aunt Marge a tight hug - even though he couldn't wrap his hands around her body - before gazing up at her with a rather sad smile on his face, "I promise." He said, before reluctantly breaking away from the hug, "Bye, aunt Marge. I love you." He said, before he moved next to Narcissa with his suitcase towing behind him.
"I love you too." Marge said, holding a hand over her heart.
With a moment of silence washing over them, Narcissa gently cleared her throat, garnering the attention of Harry, "Please hold on as tightly as you can, and don't move. This will be a little uncomfortable." She said, as she grabbed hold of Harry's shoulder.
He couldn't even question why, all he knew was that he needed to follow the instructions. As he gripped onto his wheely suitcase and prepared himself, he suddenly felt like he was squeezed through a very thin tube, and then he felt weightless, yet he didn't dare open his eyes to see what was happening.
All that he knew was that he felt a little queezy now.
It had been over six years since he had been first taken into the Wizarding World by Narcissa. Six rather long, yet entertaining years since he was re-introduced into the Wizarding World, but that didn't mean that he stayed within Narcissa's care. He still went back to Privet Drive to spend some time with his aunt, and even been able to catch aunt Marge again when she was doing her tri-yearly visits to the place.
However, during the time in which he was in the Wizarding World under Narcissa's and Sirius' care, he had met some new people who he could safely call his friends, and perhaps even family.
Of course, they were all girls who he got along with, but that didn't really matter to him. He didn't really find it odd how he always was able to make friends with the opposite gender, and for some reason that the males always seemed to hate him, or try to ignore him at best. Although, that didn't happen to Sirius.
Even when he was with him for extended periods of time when he would either be giving some form of 'lecture' which was really just a farce to get Narcissa off of his back, and it was more of telling the stories in which he and his father, and their group of friends used to do on the daily basis at Hogwarts.
Not even once did Harry catch a slip or change in emotions when it concerned him. He always smiled, laughed and even gave some friendly banter with him, along with giving a few teasing remarks - they were genuine, and not trying to bring him down in any sort of way. He knew the difference.
FLASHBACK
It had only been a day since Harry left for the Wizarding World, and he was currently located within Narcissa's rather luxurious mansion. It turned out, that Narcissa actually owned this one and was considered her 'getaway' in which she was able to take a few days off at a time, and spend away from the Malfoy Manor where her husband and son lived.
However, from what he was told, the relationship that she had with her husband was rocky at best, but loveless at most, considering that it had been an arranged marriage, with Narcissa having to marry Lucius, who was a few years her senior. The relationship that she had with her own son; Draco, was also very rocky at best. Narcissa didn't really get to influence him that much nor spend that much time with him when he was smaller, and because of that, from what he had been told, he was starting to take more and more after his father, and that wasn't a good thing.
Which was arrogant, self-centred, spoilt and believes himself to be above everyone else, despite what upbringing they had. All in all, he sounded like a very unpleasant person to be near, and he doubted that he would ever come to appreciate being near him. Because he sounded remarkably like Dudley; a bully.
He was told that Lucius thought very highly of himself, even though his contacts and how he came into a lick of power within Britain - despite the Malfoy's being of French origin - was through bribery and plenty of favors being exhanged regularly, and even the wealth that they had currently was due to the dowry that Narcissa brought along to the table.
Sure, she might not get that much a say when it comes to things, because the Wizarding World was still so far behind that it was still classified as a 'Man's world'. However, that didn't mean that she couldn't still spend some money here and there to indulge herself whilst her husband was doing who knows what behind her back.
KNOCK
KNOCK
Blinking to himself as he snapped himself out of his thoughts, he looked back towards the closed door, frowing in confusion, he called out, "Come in."
He wasn't sure what was happening, as he really didn't expect Narcissa to come around until a little later today, as she had something come up that needed her attention, and she had given him the previliege of being home alone.
Sirius also wasn't meant to come visit him until the next day, so he really didn't know what to expect.
However, his unanswered thoughts were answered when the rather large wooden door slowly opened, and a girls face popped through, her eyes were shining in some form of nervousness, but there was also excitement held within them.
"Hello!" She greeted out cheerfully, opening the door a little more so that more of her body was revealed to Harry.
For his part, he blinked in confusion seeing her, before he snapped himself back to reality, and gave a soft, "Hello."
Once the girl was fully revealed to him, and in the room, he could see that she seemed to be a few years older than himself, and was nearly a full head taller than him. She also had a pale heart-shapped face that still seemed to hold traces of some baby-fat, and her eyes were dark, and were twinkling with her excitement. However, the most odd thing that she had was definitely her hair color. The bubblegum-pink hair was short and spiky, and if it wasn't for her soft facial structure, he would've easily mistaken her for a boy.
"So, your the one that mother has been going on about." She suddenly said, eyeing him up and down, before shrugging her shoulders and making her way towards him.
He blinked a bit at the suddeness of her statement. His mouth opened and closed like a goldfish as he then saw something out of the corner of his eye, 'Did her hair just turn a little more brown?' He questioned himself, before shaking that thought away. There was no way that happened, it must've been a trick of the light.
"Narcissa?" Harry questioned with some uncertainty. She didn't look like Narcissa, nor did she have the correct hair color, nor eye color for that. Also, if that was the case, then Narcissa didn't even tell him that she had a daughter. Also, the personality just didn't match, this girl seemed... bubbly and very jittery - something that Narcissa wasn't, and from what he had heard, Lucius wasn't like that either.
The girl snorted lightly at that, before turning to face him once again, her eyes dancing with amusement under the soft lighting of the room, "No, that is my aunt." She simply said, "My mother is her older sister. My mother's name is Andromeda, and she is a lawyer, in both Muggle and Magical side of things."
"Oh." Harry ever so eloquently said, feeling rather stupid at the moment, "My name is Harry." He said, before hesitantly bringing his hand out for a shake.
"I know. You used to love me to death before everything went downhill." She said, reciprocating the gesture with a bittersweet smile on her face as she remembered more happier, and simpler times, "You used to call me 'Nymmy' all the time." She added on, before suddenly shaking her head, "Anyway, my name is Tonks. Not my first name, but I prefer this one more."
For the umpteenth time in a few minutes, Harry once again blinked in confusion, "Why's that?" He questioned, before he flinched back a little when he saw the look that suddenly came over her face, "Sorry." He quickly apologised, hoping that he didn't upset her in anyway.
Also, did her hair just turn a rather violent orange color? Or was that his imagination again?
"It's something that I have been teased about growing up." She revealed, before sighing lightly, "My birth name is Nymphadora Tonks, a mouthful, I know." The girl, now known as Nymphadora stated, "But can you please either call me Dora or Tonks, or perhaps even 'Nymmie', like old times?" She said, almost taking a pleading tone at the end.
Harry simply nodded his head, "I will." He said, "I think your name is unique. Definitely better than plain old; Harry." He joked out, trying to make her feel a little better.
Tonks simply flashed him a small smile, gently nudging his shoulder, "Look at you, worming your way into a girls heart already." She joked out, before finally noticing the book that was on the desk he was at, "Wizarding Etiquette, ouch." She said, before glancing at him, "Did aunty give you that to read?" She questioned, although it really sounded more like a statement than anything.
"Yeah... it's really boring, but she said I need to read it." Harry admitted with a small sigh. He really didn't like that book. He normally liked books, but he found that just so... boring that he lost interest in it very quickly.
A mischievious grin made its way onto Nymmie's face, "Want to do something fun? It will be better than reading this boring stuff." She offered.
Harry looked a little conflicted. He didn't want to let Narcissa down by not reading through most of the book like she set out for him to do, but at the same time, he wanted to do something more fun, to help alliviate the boredom that he was feeling, "Ok..." He trailed off, uncertainty clear in his tone.
Before he could even blink, Tonks was suddenly behind him and had both hands on his shoulders, "Well, come on then." She said, before she started to push Harry towards the door, "Books can wait, the fun can't."
With that, Tonks had Harry out of the room in no time flat.
FLASHBACK END
Nymphadora - although she rather be called either Dora or Tonks - was someone that was very interesting, considering she was something called a Metamorphmagus, a person who was able to change the way they look and the way they sound within a few moments.
Of course, at first, he really did doubt her, even as she went through many different hair colors, he still thought there might've been a spell for that particular purpose. However, when she changed her entire face to look like a ducks head, and even added on some dog ears just for the show, that was when it finally sunk into Harry that it wasn't a spell that was doing that, rather it was just simply her and her abilities as a Metamorphmagus.
Despite all of that, when it came to her as a person, Harry learnt from the very first meeting, that she was very energetic, and because of her Metamorphmagus abilities, she could be very sneaky when she wanted to, as she could change her features to someone else - on more than one occassion, he had mistaken her for Narcissa when she did her little 'disguise' - however, another thing that he learnt, not only from the first meeting, but from hanging around her, and that was; she was very clumsy.
It always gave him a small laugh when he watched her trip over her own feet, or sometimes even tripping over nothing and wobbling around everywhere. He just didn't understand how one could be that clumsy when it came to walking. Don't even get him started on the times when she was practising cooking, and the amount of close calls that came afterwards when she nearly dropped a stack of plates, or that time when she nearly set the kitchen ablaze because she slipped and dropped a spare lit candle near a gas oven when it was his birthday.
Then, he met Delphi for the first time.
FLASHBACK
It was safe to say that after Narcissa had found out what had happened when she was gone, the fact that Nymphadora technically snuck into the estate without express permission from Naricssa, nor her own mother - which lead to Harry to believe that she was quite the trouble maker - the results of that had been a rather thorough tongue-lashing.
It was also the fact that Nymphadora somehow had convinced him to go on a spare broom to fly around in the backyard. He was terrified out of his mind when the broom first lifted and he had no idea what to do
Not so much in Harry's case, but he was scolded gently for skipping on his reading on Wizarding Etiquette, along with placing himself in danger with something he had no prior knowledge or even proper guidance to. Despite it not really being his fault that he was dragged into this little mess.
However, he was very glad that he wasn't getting scolded like Tonks was. He couldn't imagine getting scolded like that, where he could literally hear Narcissa's voice through the walls of the mansion.
So now, here he was, simply relaxing on the rather soft bed that he had within his new room, simply staring up at the ceiling of the room.
He didn't have anything to do right now, as he had decided that he would wait until around after lunch to actually continue with reading the final parts of the Wizarding Etiquette. He was just glad that there were only half a dozen pages left from the book. He doubted that he would be able to read another book like that within the near future.

Sighing quietly to himself as he heard the knock on the door, he gave a soft "Come in." Giving permission to the person that was outside the door into his room.
"Hello, Tonks." Harry greeted out, thinking that it was Tonks was again coming to bother him, like she had done previously.
"Ahem."
Gulping lightly when he noticed that from the tone or pitch of the voice that it was NOT Tonks, he turned his head around to meet whoever it was.
He saw that it was another girl who was a few years older than he was, and she was definitely not Tonks as well, the way that she was standing clearly stood out.
The girls brown eyes were sharp and calculating, and they stood out thanks to the blue eye-shadow that she had on, and her hair was an interesintg silvery color with blue tips. Her features were rather sharp as well, she had a heart-shaped face with high cheekbones and a rather cute button nose, along with thin lips that were tinted in a light shade of pink.
She was wearing clothing that he would often see Narcissa wearing. Which were normally very high quality fashion robes that shone in the correct light, along with a hint of her black shirt being spotted within the gap of the robes collar, and lower down, he could see a pair of form fitting pants.
This time, Harry was nerely postive that this girl was Narcissa's hidden child. The hair and the way that they were poised was eerily similar.
"Sorry. Wrong person." Harry apologised quickly once he saw the delicate eyebrow of the girl in front of him raise.
"Who did you think I was?" She questioned, not exactly rudely, but rather sharply as one of her perfectly manicured brows stayed raised.
"I thought you were Tonks." He admitted rather sheepishly, "My mistake, I didn't see who entered, I just assumed."
The girl gave a small hum, before her eyebrow lowered, "As long as you don't do that again." She spoke out, before taking a small glance around the room. Perhaps this was the first time she had been in a boys room before, however, once her eyes landed on the cover of the Wizarding Etiquette book, her eyes gained a gleam to them, "My mother said to meet you, so with permission from Narcissa, here I am."
"Oh." Harry simply said, getting up from the bed so he was standing up. It was then that he noticed that this girl was a few inches taller than Tonks, but she seemed much more mature and calculating, "It's nice to meet you." He said, dipping his head in respect.
Something that he had learnt in the Wizarding Etiquette book was that people didn't shake hands that much, and instead, they dipped or nodded their head towards the people they were meeting.
Although, he was almost certain that it didn't apply to Muggles or Muggle-borns. The book so far seemed to only teach the etiquette between the magicals.
"I can say the same." She said with the tiniest of nods herself, "My name is Delphini, but please, call me Delphi." She said, before she extended her hand out in front of her. Her hand was tilted down slightly with her knuckles facing towards Harry.
He blinked for a moment when he saw that gesture, but then he remembered what he had read in the book when it came to greeting women of class. Walking closer to Delphi, he gently grasped her hand and leaned down, placing a small, chaste kiss to her smooth skin.
That was another thing he learnt. It was very polite to gently kiss the back of a womans hand when it came to greeting them, however, only if they extended their hand first. If you were to do that and they didn't extend their hand, then some serious reprecussions could happen.
Delphi seemed pleased with what he did, judging from the tiniest of smiles that she had on her face as she brought her hand away from him.
"May I ask who your mother is?" Harry questioned, hoping that it didn't sound rude of him to ask that question.
"My mother is Bellatrix Black, she is the sister to Narcissa." Delphi said, "The best sister of the three, of course." She added on rather haughtily, believing her mother to be the best of the three sisters.
Before Harry could even speak once again, Delphi had beat him to the punch, "Say, do you know any magic?" She questioned him.
"No...?" Harry replied back in confusion, his head tilted slightly as to why that was suddenly asked.
Delphi's smile seemed to get just a little wider. Harry watched from within one of the long sleeves of the robe that she was wearing, a wand became visible, before she pulled it out, "Well, I guess we can say that we can pass some time and learn more about each other that way."
Just like that, similar to Tonks, Harry was dragged into this, although, this time he was much more excited. Even though it turned out to be mostly theory and Delphi explaining a few things, he was happy to have some experience with more magic then just simple Apparation and Levitation spells.
FLASHBACK END
Yet, despite Delphi's rather haughty attitude, she was actually very sweet. A little blunt at times, but that just made her unique in her own way. Of course, learning that she was actually the daughter of Voldemort did place a little damper on things, however, it became apparent that she hated Voldemort and his little 'Boot Licker' group of his with a burning passion.
Not only because of the amount of terror they bring to every magical person, but for the way they treat those that are Muggle and Muggle-born, and even those that do not follow in his footsteps.
It was quite the shock for Harry to learn that Voldemort and his little posse group tortured and killed Muggle-borns, driving them insane until they were begging for the sweet release of death. Yet, sometimes they didn't even do that, they just left them there, suffering. They also made them do absolutely barbaric acts, such as murdering their own family, torturing their spouses or even children!
It just made Harry hate them all even more, and it made Harry want to make sure that Faith, Grace, his aunts, Penny, Beatrice and even Vernon and Dudley were kept well away from them. Sure, he might not like Dudley nor Vernon all that much - something which was clearly reciprocated - but he wouldn't want to wish that sort of thing on them.
Yet, he had heard that Lucius Malfoy, Narcissa's own husband was apparently a supporter of this group, who also held very dark and cursed objects, or perhaps even a member of the Death Eaters, yet nothing could be done about it because of the corrupt officials or Minister of Magic pocketing some cash to simply let him go.
It was very disgusting to witness. Sure, he knew that corruption was everywhere in the world, and he wanted that to change. He wanted to have corruption gone, so that everything was done fairly and justice was correctly served to those who deserved it, without bribery or corruption being factors within that.
FLASHBACK
"Harry, dear?"
Hearing Narcissa's voice, Harry stopped what he was doing - which was simply reading the 'Watchmen' comic book that he recieved for his birthday, as he hadn't gotten a chance to read it yet.
He saw that Narcissa had a small smile plastered on her face, but from the slight movements her body was making, along with her rubbing the back of her hands, he could tell that she was slightly nervous about something.
He still found it a little odd at how Narcissa was now calling him 'Dear', and only after two weeks of living within her mansion. He also had been noticing that she was getting more... happy to see him each time she arrived to check up on him.
Although, he simply brushed it off for her being happy to be with someone who she actually appreciated spending time with rather than her husband., and having more freedom to do what she liked to do, rather than being a trophy wife attending multiple parties that she didn't even want to go to.
"Yes?" Harry questioned softly, his attention fully on Narcissa, someone who has become very close to him, so much so that he held her in very high regards. Perhaps not as high as Marge or Petunia, but she was getting there.
"There are people I want you to meet, they are waiting within the living room." She said simply, a hint of nervousness within her voice.
He was a little surprised at the fact that Narcissa wanted him to meet someone, or in this case, people. Normally, it was the other way around, with people barging into his room to meet him.
Well, it was only Nymphadora and Delphini that did that, but it still counted towards something!
"Really?" Harry questioned, before tilting his head slighty - a small quirk that he managed to pick up... somehow - before he blinked in interest, "Who are they?" He questioned once again.
"You're going to meet my sisters, Bellatrix and Andromeda, as you know, are the mothers of Delphi and Nymphadora respectively." Naricssa said, a hint of a smile on her face as she took in Harry's reaction.
"Oh." Harry simply said, not expecting to be meeting them so soon, however, he should've had an inkling to it, as Delphi was basically 'ordered' by her mother to meet him, and Tonks just came by without notice by either her mother or Narcissa.
Although, he would admit, he was a little nervous to be meeting them, well, mainly Bellatrix considering the things that he had heard about her from Delphi. In all honesty, he was preparing himself to meet a woman who could be classified as insane, or just having a few screws loose in her head, and he was also expecting her to be either very agressive, or perhaps even a woman who was frivolous in nature due to the happenings with her.
"Ready?" She asked softly, showing a hint of concern for Harry. It was his first meeting with them afterall.
"Yes, I guess." He said softly, taking a deep breath to calm his steadily rising nerves. Picking up a rather bland bookmark from beside him, Harry placed it within the centre of the book, making sure that some of the bookmark was visible at the top of it before gently closing the book and placing down on the small table table that was on the balcony.
Thankfully, it was a day that had a gentle breeze flowing around the property of the mansion, and it greatly lowered the risk of the book getting sent flying with the wind.
With that said, Narcissa lowered her hand in order for Harry to grab it, once he did, she gave him a reassuring squeeze as they started walking to the living room, "It's going to be alright. They will love you." Narcissa gently spoke to him, trying to lessen the nerves that he might've been feeling.
Harry didn't respond other then doing a small nod of the head.
As they continued to walk down the rather lavish hallway that was decorated with the finest silverish-blue carpet, along with some small tables that were lined with vases that were filled with different types of flowers giving the hallway a unique scent that almost gave a sense of serenity, Harry was doing his best to settle his nerves, with giving a few squeezes of Narcissa's hand to help with that, and it was working slightly. He wasn't feeling as nervous as before, but his heart rate was still a little faster than normal.
After a few minutes of walking down two hallways, then going down a winding staircase that looped around a large marble column, they made their way down to the living room.
Unlike a Muggle living room, there was no television or radio, instead, the living room was mainly functioned as a small dining room for less formal events, and there was a fancy fireplace that was tall and wide enough to fit multiple people inside it, along with a small, finely made bucket that contained 'Floo Powder' in which people could use to travel long distances if they didn't want to Apparate.
There were a few high quality lounge chairs that were extremely soft and comfortable to sit on, and sometimes made you feel like you were sinking into the embrace of the material, there were also a few silvery-white ottomans laid out neatly in a line in case you needed to place your feet up.
All in all, the term of living room from magical families compared to Muggle families were large. In the magical world, living rooms were mainly used for less formal meetings or just used as a sitting room in order to rest and perhaps have a glass of wine to relax, or it could be used as a 'reading' area.
Most of the time, the living room was considered a sitting room. It was an odd name to get used to, but apparently mansions had so many rooms that the owners had this... appreciation of naming the rooms and making them used for certain things that Muggles wouldn't even consider.
Seriously, there was a smoking room, a ball or party room, and a sitting room. He just couldn't wait to hear what some more rooms were called in other mansions.
Yet, as his attention moved away from the chairs and different portraits that were either still photographs, or the moving kind, he saw two women sitting on two chairs facing opposite of each other.
They were both women - of course - and they were Narcissa's sisters, and from first glance, he could see some similarities between them, but that was few and far between.
"Sisters." Narcissa called out, bringing the two women out of their little conversation they were having, and causing their attention to be placed on her, and subsequently, on Harry as well, "This is Harry." She added on, gesturing to Harry that was standing by her.
Both sisters stood up, and then Harry could take in their appearance fully.
The woman on the right had light brown hair, and her eyes were wider and kinder compared to the other woman on her left.
She was a tall woman with pale skin; and long, thick and wavy, shiny dark hair that seemed to be taken with pride for her. Her face had a strong jaw, thin lips that nearly disappeared with how the were puckered, and heavily-lidded eyes with long eyelashes.
The woman was also wearing a rather silky robe that shone in the light and wasn't closed via the button around the collar, showing that she was wearing a simple greyish shirt that seemed probably one size too small for her, as her bust was straining the fabric, and interestingly enough, she was also wearing a pair of simple workout pants that hugged her form.
He could also spot some panty-lines through the thin fabric it as it curved around her hips.
However, there was something that caught his attention that belonged on her inner left forearm. It was a vivid red in color, and had many intricate details on it, however, it mainly consisted of a skull with a long, windy serpent protruding from its mouth like a tongue.
Also, he didn't know why, but looking at that tattoo gave him some bad feelings.
This, he assumed was Bellatrix, as he could see that Delphi did share some facial features from her, also the skittish movements did also give it away, and the other woman was more refined and more relaxed.
The other woman was a few inches shorter than the presumed Bellatrix, and she did have some similarities between them, however, she had light brown hair that travelled to her mid-back, and her eyes were wider and kinder compared to the other woman on her left.
She was also distinctly wearing some Muggle-clothing, which helped him realise that this was Nymphadora's mother, who was named Andromeda. She was wearing a simple brownish jacket that had a silver zipper, and he could faintly see a cream colored undershirt, the skinny jeans that she was wearing also hugged her figure rather well.
Yet, for the first time, he noticed that they were both barefoot. They must've taken their shoes off when they were resting them upon the ottomans.
"Hello, Harry." The woman on the left said softly, introducing herself first, "I'm Andromeda, the mother of Nymphadora." The woman now known as Andromeda introduced herself.
"Hello." Harry simply greeted out a little awkwardly, although he was cheering on the inside that he had managed to distinguish the two from a glance at the way they acted and held themselves.
Andromeda cracked a small smile at Harry, "I hope that Nymphadora hasn't been a hassle. She is rather energetic and clumsy at times."
With that Andromeda gazed at her sister, seeing that she wasn't doing anything, she gave her a light nudge on her stomach.
"Ouch!" She yelped out, glaring at her sister through the corner of her eyes. However, she took a deep breath to calm herself down, before she turned her attention to Harry, "Hello." She greeted with a small nod, her calculating eyes locked onto him, "I'm Bellatrix, and I'm sure that you have heard lots about me from Delphini."
Harry simply nodded his head at that, clutching Narcissa's hand just a little tighter for some comfort.
"I'm sure that you are a little nervous around me, don't worry, I am too." She said, trying to ease the tension that had built up between them, "I hope that we do move past that at some point, if you ever need me, or Delphini, we are always a Floo call away." She added on, before gazing at her youngest sister who has holding onto Harry's hand.
She must've seen something that was spoken mentally through the bond the sisters had, because she gave a soft sigh, "Also, if you do trust me enough, I would like to tutor you, along with Sirius when it comes to Defence Against the Dark Arts, to better protect yourself." She said, leaving the offer on the table for Harry to consider.
"Thank you." Harry said, dipping his head lightly, "I do hope to see Delphini again soon." He added on, he missed her, he had only seen her once, whilst he had seen Nymphadora multiple times already.
"I will let her know." Bellatrix added, a small smile on her face as she sat back down on the chair. It seemed like a massive weight had just fell off her shoulders, as she seemed more relaxed now.
"Well, that was great." Andromeda said, clapping her hands lightly, "Cissy, not to sound rude, but when is lunch?" She asked, feeling a little peckish, and she thought that it would be great to continue this conversation over lunch.
"The elves are preparing it now, it should be ready in about ten or so minutes." Narcissa responded, rolling her eyes at the antics of her sister. Out of the three of them, Andromeda always was more appreciative of food. How she didn't gain any weight was beyond her. Maybe it was thanks to the stress of being a lawyer that helped with that, or Nymphadora also played a role in that.
With that said, Narcissa lead Harry towards one of the many sofas that were in the sitting room and sat down on it, she also pulled out her wand and gently brought the other chairs that Andromeda and Bellatrix were sitting on closer to them, whilst also bringing the table in the middle of the seats. That way it didn't require much moving when the elves brought the food out for them to enjoy.
Nodding to herself in happiness at the way the sitting room was now set out, she parked herself down on the seat, yet, to her slight surprise, Harry had opted to sit on her lap and bring his head back against her body, almost like he was leaning on it.
But she didn't mind, even without seeing his facial expression right now, she could tell that he was nervous about Bellatrix still, and if leaning or cuddling against her helped him in anyway, then she would gladly allow it.
"So, Harry, want to ask anything to either of my sisters?" Narcissa offered, trying to help Harry with starting a conversation with either of the sisters.
With that little encouragement from Narcissa, Harry started to slowly open up towards Bellatrix as he asked her some questions, whilst also making sure that he asked Andromeda questions about her life and her occupation.
All the while Narcissa smiled lightly as she rubbed the top of his head in a praising manner. It seemed as though Harry needed a small push in order to get fully comfortable with some new people, something which she would be sure to keep in mind.
FLASHBACK END
That was the first time that he had met Andromeda and Bellatrix for the first time, and he had to admit... Bellatrix was an odd one.
Now, Bellatrix and Andromeda had been two very contrasting characters when he met them, and he learnt that Andromeda was cast out of the family when she fell in love and had a child with a Muggle-born, and Bellatrix was in a marriage contract with someone nearly a decade her senior.
Andromeda had been very open and welcoming, along with being very helpful when it came to certain things, and she was even able to have a few lessons with Harry in 'Beginner's Politics' something in which he thoroughly disliked because it was so boring and tedious.
Bellatrix, of course after listening to her daughter tell her what Bellatrix had done when she had been forced into the Death Eater group, it did make Harry cautious and nervous, as he rightly should be. She was also a little rough around the edges.
She was aggressive, and she was very, very blunt and had a few screws loose after having her mind fucked for so long, and so constantly when they managed to hold some conversations together, or when Harry accidentally said something that must've brought some bad memories to her.
However, after a few more meetings, they had both become comfortable being together. Although, he had a suspicion that Bellatrix was all too pleased about being in close contact with Voldemort's arch-nemesis, and she was all too pleased about teaching him the subject of Defense Against the Dark Arts for him to defend himself and those who needed it.
Yet, he had been noticing some changes within Bellatrix and how she acted. It had started off small at first, with her being very pleased to be within his presence or noticing how she was very excited to be talking to him or be asked to do something, but now, it was getting to a stage where he had caught her taking big whiffs of some of his worn clothes, but now, it was even getting to a point in which she was wearing very little when it came to clothing when it was just him and her together, sometimes when her daughter was around as well.
It was weird and odd, but Harry just simply let it go for it being apart of Bellatrix's quirks and oddities.
Shaking his head away from those thoughts, Harry checked the calender that he decided to hang-up within the room, showing that it was inching ever so closer to the that Hogwarts started, and to be honest with himself, he was a little nervous and excited. However, he was also a little sad, and that placed a damper on things.
He was sad because he wouldn't see aunt Petunia, nor aunt Marge for a long time, and it would probably be the longest amount of time that he would ever spend away from them. He had made sure that he visited aunt Petunia at least every fortnight, or sometimes every three weeks if he happened to be very busy.
Sure, there was a slight possibility that Petunia or Marge would send a letter to him, but that was a very slim chance.
Marge was busy most of the time with animal breeding, and she was rather successful at it - she had actually managed to start getting into the breeding business, and had extended it from just dog breeding. Now, she was breeding stallions, mares, dogs and she was thinking of starting to get into the cow and bull side of things as well.
Last time he managed to visit her, she had actually moved. She was a couple of towns away from where she usually was - which meant that her visiting might be a bit more of a rarity - and she now owned a decent chunk of land that was starting to look like a farm for all the additional animals that she was breeding or trying to breed. Also, from what he could remember, she was trying to get a drivers license - more specifically a truck license - so she could go to and from different shows or sale yards to try and get some great prices for her animals.
Despite her insistence to not do it, he was sending her a good chunk of change to allow her to have a stable life. Sure, it wasn't much, as he could only really use his trust vault - he couldn't touch the Potter accounts until he hit his final maturity, which was generally in the late teens or early twenties - but it still had a solid backing for Marge, with it being around two thousand pounds a month.
He wasn't sure if that was enough considering that she was starting in the breeder business, but he hoped that it was enough.
Sighing to himself, he grabbed a small suitcase that was filled with some spare clothing and some toiletries. He was planning to spend the last few days before the time he needed to get to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.
He wanted to make the best of the time he had left before the long term at Hogwart's started. At least he had heard from Delphi and Nymphadora that Hogwarts actually allowed students to leave in the Winter Holidays like Yule - or Christmas as some people preferred to call it.
At least he could visit aunt Marge and Petunia again during that time.
Giving a small look through his suitcase, he nodded to himself, happy with everything that had gotten packed and he left nothing behind, he left the room in order to start his travel to Privet Drive. He was most likely going to catch the Knight Bus there, as he now knew how to summon it, and it didn't cost that much, all one had to do was to be prepared by the quick and bumpy ride.
END CHAPTER
I hope you enjoyed this chapter, please let me know on what you thought about it. The next chapter is when the smut/lemons start to begin, and then this story will shift more towards less plot happening, or perhaps it will try to stay at least somewhat plot focussed.
Anyway, doing the smut/lemon side of things is Alpha Potter. In which it may take a while for it to get updated again, as he is getting busy with classes right now, and I don't want to rush him with anything. What he is doing is more important than this.
Once again, this is the end of the 'Prologue' chapters, sorry if it took a little longer than usual to get out of that stage.
Actress' used for the characters this chapter;
Narcissa Malfoy - Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Delphi - Ryann Murphy
Andromeda - Elizabeth Reaser
Bellatrix - Roxy Panther
Nymphadora Tonks - Ashley Greene
