Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter, nor any of the characters from the books or movies. I do not make any money from the writing of this story. |
A/N: Hi, all.
Still here, just wanted to get more than 2 chaps a day edited and named
before posting. So I hope you enjoy the
rest. It may be slightly more than 35, I
think. Now onto the reviews and I
apologize, I’m not use to responding to reviews before a chapter. The other HP site I post on I can respond
right to the review, so sometimes I worry here if I’m annoying those who could
careless about the reviews. I’m really sorry
if you are, but thanks for reading anyway!
DHsucks: No,
Hermione is oblivious to what’s going on.
Well, she knows Harry’s got something else going on besides the obvious
every day trials of Harry Potter. But
no, he hasn’t revealed anything to her and she hasn’t figured anything
out. Dumbledore knowing that something
is going about between the two, and yet still allowing them to stay without
serious question, I attribute too his reasoning in Order for not telling Harry
about the prophecy. He loves him and he
wanted to protect him by giving him some peace.
He knows Harry has the world on his shoulders. So if there is something that’s keeping him
going, that’s not illegal or hindering his ability to fight or function (well,
all of that is questionable in this story, right?lol) then I figured he’ll turn a blind eye to
it. Harry, in this story, wasn’t going
to come back after killing Bellatrix, but something made him come
back. Something in the
form of a Ravenclaw. I just see
Dumbledore thinking, ‘hey man, whatever floats boat!’ but translated into a
proper grown, powerful English wizard’s way of speaking!lol As for my pattern of Harry being a jerk
coming up…you will see. Thanks!
Jake: Aww, sorry about
your girlfriend situation. But what one
person doesn’t appreciate, the next will love, so stay yourself. As for Hagrid’s hut, nope, sorry, it was a
dream only. Harry had no idea why she
was so frazzled by the mention of that night.
And the state of mind and emotion in the Harry of my story, would have
used that phrase ‘against her’ every time, any time she would so much as
mentioned Cormac, or not wanting to be with him
sexually or not wanting to kiss him, or wanting to stay away from him. No, his only weapon was ‘Happy’. She said she was happy while they made love
after he left the hospital wing. That’s
why he kept bringing it up. Sorry. And thanks, by the way for reviewing and
reading as well.
Timelord: What
Cho was sorry about was not wearing his ring.
She could see that it hurt him and since she’s in love with him and
crazy, she felt bad that she caused him pain.
Thanks!
Salon Kitty: I adore Order too by the way. It’s my second favorite, but I read it
first…don’t ask!LOL And I absolutely appreciate your passion in
regards to my story, so no need for apologies.
It’s a compliment because that means it was decent enough to drag you in
so deep, you felt the characters ups and downs, as oppose to just reading a
characters ups and downs. Let’s just
hope I’m able to get you out of it satisfied with the outcome.lol Oh, and thanks for the editing tips, I do
appreciate them. Remember, if you do
feel sorry for me, please beta me!lol But the stuttering of her name has to
continue for a bit, however. I did it on
purpose.
Okay, now, first I’m
glad you see the bit about the Weasleys.
Very significant. As for Terry, thanks for
the compliment on how I portrayed him.
Since, as you’ve pointed out, the story is not in Harry’s point of view,
I had to use Terry, not only as comic relief (he makes me laugh lol) but also as a different perspective for the ailing
Ravenclaw. She’s seeing through hurt,
which means it’s not completely clear as she’s trying to protect her heart and
her soul that has gotten away from her control.
Terry is unbiased because he doesn’t know the details of the relationship
and he points out what she won’t take into consideration. So I need him for not only a confidant, but a
set of eyes for Cho, and Harry to a small degree. Your idea of Cho walking over to Harry in the
Great Hall after one of Terry’s reports and asking if there was something he
needed from her, I thought of a million times.
But it would have really ended the story very early on!lol He
wouldn’t have been able to resist her.
“How I wish Dumbledore
or Snape would get their heads out of their collective ass and help the Boy
Sacrificial Lamb.” I wanted to say, I love this line. How very true! And very much the reason Harry’s doing the
insanity he’s done in this story. He’s
just a sixteen year old boy who’s been through Hell forever. The adults in his life either figuratively
spit on him, or they want to use him to save their asses, even the ones who are
suppose to care about him! All while not
helping him to get a better handle on the Hell he’s already witnessed and
experienced. We’ve had this discussion
before, I know, but I just wanted to say I loved that line.
Now,
onto the next few chapters. Warning:
twocanz writing…talk
about repetition…lol
Chapter 30 -
Accepting Untruths
The first thing Cho saw when she opened her eyes on Boxing
Day was the tiny white box on her nightstand. That tiny white box and its contents had
haunted her dreams the night before. Cho
tried to dismiss the lingering image of herself in a silver dress, standing
with Harry at a silver alter, while a band dressed in silver played near by as
the couple kissed in front of an audience of applauding silvery ghosts. Maybe she shouldn’t have tried it on the
night before? The ring would definitely
stay inside the box.
Sitting up slowly, Cho saw her dreamland groom on her
roommate’s bed, asleep. She took a breath
and slid out of bed with her wand in hand.
Harry didn’t look as though he was having a pleasant sleep. His eyebrows were furrowed and his eyelids
twitched. He was also covered in a thin
layer of sweat. Cho could only wonder
what horrible things her love could be dreaming about considering his
life. She also wondered why was she
dreaming of lovely wedding scenes instead of the horrible things he had done to
her. Then she wondered why she even
bothered to wonder about herself.
Acceptance was her way of life now.
No need to fight him, herself, her heart. It hurt far too much.
Touching Harry’s cheek gingerly, Cho’s eyes widened in
surprise at his instant calm. What’s
more, his tiny smile. Harry leaned his
head more into her hand and shifted comfortably in the bed as if someone had
just added another pillow. “Love…” he
whispered in his sleep.
Luckily for Cho, Harry hadn’t turned completely to his
side. She was there for one reason, to
check the last remaining bruise of his requested beating. Harry’s closed eye was a
no-longer-contemptuous shade of blue, but a
buzzing-of-a-fly-near-an-ear-irritated shade of blue. With a swish of her wand, her examining spell
indicated that he was healing fine. Cho
sat and watched his breathing steadying, more comfortably then he had been
before she arrived. A smile tugged at
her lips, and an extra twinge of pain pulled at her heart as she realized that
she kept him sane even in his sleep. And
when she felt the need to kiss his forehead become to strong to resist, the
seventh year forced herself to get up and find some place to go.
Grabbing her toiletries and towel, Cho managed to sneak out
of her own dormitory undetected by the sleeping hero. Rushing down the stairs and out the Ravenclaw
House door, the seventh year headed toward the Prefects bathroom near by. She wanted a nice long bath alone, and since Constance was a Prefect, she had the password to use it
whenever she wished.
Blissfully alone, blissfully naked, and blissfully easing
into the large pool sized tub of bubbles, Cho smiled and closed her eyes as the
steam from her bath raised high above her.
The scents of lavender and spice made love to her senses, and Cho laid
back against the edge of the tub to allow it.
That one extremely warm, extremely relaxing bath felt almost as good as
her and Harry’s lovemaking. Almost.
Though she didn’t want to think about it, Cho couldn’t help
but to remember the last time her body felt nearly this good. It was on Harry’s common room sofa; the last
time they had truly made love. And
though it was just as good physically as it always was, one added bonus made it
just that much more special: “My beautiful love…” The phrase had frighten Cho that night, once
she came down from her orgasm, because she thought that it was his signal that
he was going away. But she remembered,
with her heart more than her head, that his reason for saying it to her was
because he meant it, according to him.
She was his beautiful love. Cho
still didn’t quite know what it meant, but the words, his voice, and the
context in which he said it still made her heart ache. The Ravenclaw wasn’t foolish enough to
believe that Ginny hadn’t heard the same words during their lovemaking with the
truth flowing through each syllable, but she could revel in the fact that she
heard them spoken to her so lovingly.
Then again, Harry did lie to her quite often.
“Love?” a voice called quietly in the tiled steamy room,
startling Cho in the process. “I’m
sorry, I mean…Cho…sorry.” Harry voice
was somber and easily recognizable. Then
again, who else would call her Love and who else was in the castle that was
male and had had their voice changed.
Cho opened her eyes and turned to see Harry standing
nervously near the edge of the tub in his pajamas with magical map in
hand. The seventh year exhaled heavily,
turned her head forward and closed her eyes once more. “You’ve found me. What a surprise?”
Cho could hear Harry sigh sadly. “I…I’m sorry.
I’ll leave you…be then.”
The Ravenclaw snorted lightly. “You will, will you? Haven’t managed that properly all term, have
you? Why stop now, Harry?” she said
sarcastically, feeling the words to be truthful, but also feeling herself forcing
them out. When the last sound heard was
her exaggerated breath, she opened her eyes and looked toward the
Gryffindor. Harry stood still,
downtrodden expression never wavering.
“Might as well join me. I haven’t
anything you haven’t been intimately involved with. And besides, you were covered in sweat when I
checked your eye this morning. You could
use a bath.”
Harry watched her curiously and Cho quirked an eyebrow up at
him. She was certain now that sixth year
boys were a bit slow. “Are…are you sure,
L-Cho?” he asked tentatively.
Cho huffed. “For
goodness sakes, Harry, yes! Blimey…” she
mumbled, closing her eyes and turning forward once more. Even though Cho thought his new mannerisms,
and level of respect for what she wanted was once endearing, they were now
starting to get on her nerves. She began
to miss her forceful yet considerate, confident assailant.
A few moments later, Cho felt the water shift and move
against her body. The warm bath water
became hotter near her as she felt a body getting closer to hers. As the water began to settle, however, that’s
all she felt in the quiet bathroom. Her
eyes were closed but she was sure that Harry’s were not because she felt them
boring into her. The bubbles were high,
and she was sure he couldn’t see anything below her collar bone. But she wondered if he was trying to look
through the suds to see her naked body.
Cho bit her lip lightly at the prospect as it began to make her
hot. But something told the Ravenclaw
that Harry was not doing all he could to see her now hard nipples and mound of
sparse black hairs.
Near her nearly submerged shoulder, Cho felt the surface of
the bath water break repeatedly, quietly, gently. She opened her eyes and looked to the side to
see Harry leaning against the edge of the tub, watching her floating raven
tresses in a nearly suds free clearing near her shoulder. The Boy Hero was gliding his fingers through
the private pool of black, white, and clear.
It took him a moment to notice her watching him, but when he did, he
yanked his hand away quickly.
“Sorry, Lov-Cho…Cho, bloody hell!” he cursed himself
quietly. “I…should have…asked first,” he
added solemnly. “I…”
The seventh year huffed in total frustration. “Bloody hell indeed, Harry!” she said, then
pushed him back against the tub and eased herself between his legs in the
water. Cho leaned her head back on his
shoulder, grabbed his arms and pulled them around her waist. Then the Ravenclaw simply resumed to resting
with her eyes closed in the warm relaxing tub.
Harry’s arms seemed to be in shock for a moment, but soon,
Cho felt them tighten around her so strongly, it took her breath away. Then he loosened them and lowered his head on
the side of hers, the same as he had done the night before on the Tower. The seventh year could feel the corner of his
mouth lightly brushing across the shell of her ear, though he never kissed
it. Then she felt that corner on her
cheek, followed by another squeeze around her waist. Cho could also feel something else waking up
in the warm water and poking her gently in the back. She exhaled once more for other reasons than
the third squeezed she had received in the five minutes he held her.
Cho wished she could ignore the gentle brushing of the
corner of his mouth on her, and the random, purposeful hugs because they made
the aching in her heart that much more pronounced. She wished she could ignore what was poking
her in the back and growing more by the second, because that was causing an
aching as well, just MUCH lower than her heart.
“So beautiful…” Cho heard Harry whisper as if to himself in her
cheek after ten minutes of being wrapped in his arms. She swallowed hard at the compliment. The short sentence tugged at her heart as
well.
Cho leaned her head against his even more, keeping her eyes
closed. “Why…do you always…say that?”
she whispered to him.
Harry’s lips made full contact with her cheek without
permission. “Because it’s true,” he
whispered back simply.
The feel of his lips on her skin, made the Ravenclaw lick
her own lips, exhaled, and seek his fingers on either side of her, intertwining
them to hold his arms in place. Cho
received an additional squeeze around the waist, and she couldn’t help but
smile a little as the air was pushed out of her lungs momentarily. “I…reckon you say that to all the girls
you’re sleeping with,” Cho whispered jokingly.
She knew deep down that Harry felt Ginny to be more beautiful, if he
felt Cho to really be beautiful at all.
Acceptance of that fact as well gave her the freedom to laugh at him and
herself.
Strong arms tightened briefly once more and Cho wondered how
suffocating could feel so lovely. “I say
it to you,” Harry’s lips whispered on her cheek, “because you are, Cho. I’ve told you…you’re the most beautiful thing
I’ve ever laid eyes on.”
The Ravenclaw sighed.
He didn’t have to lie to her anymore, the damage had already been
done. She was in love with him, mostly
due to those wonderful lies, and he was never letting her go; there was no
reason they couldn’t wipe the slate clean of all the untruths. Rubbing her head along side his once more
with a tiny smile on her lips, Cho spoke again, “Honestly, Harry, you don’t
have to lie to me anymore. The damage is
done in ways you can’t imagine. And with
us being cooped up in this castle for well over a week together, why don’t we
try being truthful with each other. Or
better yet, let’s forego the lies altogether.”
Harry lifted his head away from hers. “What do you mean…lies, Cho?” he asked
apprehensively.
Cho, still wearing her tiny grin, exhaled once more. “You know the ‘you’re so beautiful’, ‘I make
love to you,’ and ‘I’ll always need you’, oh wait, apparently that one is
true,” she snorted. “And the ‘I want you
more than Ginny’, ‘you’re not my whore’, and the ever popular, ever disparaging
‘my beautiful love’! It’s not necessary,
Harry. We can…”
The Chosen One’s arms loosened around his perfect
imperfection. “But I wasn’t lying to you
when I said those things, Cho,” he said, affronted. “I meant every word!”
“Harry, come off it already,” Cho said, starting to feel
insulted herself that he wanted her to continue to believe the
fabrications. Her smile disappeared as
she slid out of his arms and turned toward him slightly in the water. “Why can’t you just drop it? I’m your bloody fuck toy, that’s all. You’re punching bag when your day, month,
life is crap. That’s what I was in the
beginning when you were telling me the truth, that’s what I am now. Though you weaved a fine web of lies that
had…has me caught in, in more ways then one, the fact remains the same. I’m nothing more to you then some level of
control. I’ve accepted that, Harry. It’s okay.
Why can’t you a least allow me the truth?”
Harry’s completely healed eyes narrowed at the pretty
girl. “I’ve never lied to you, Cho,” he
began evenly. “I…may keep things…”
A loud huff echoed in the bathroom. “Oh, piss off!” Cho nearly shouted,
interrupting him. The Ravenclaw stood
her naked body up in the tub and starred angrily down at him. But his eyes shifted from her angry ones to
her hands, her ring free hands, and sighed.
However, Cho was to irritated to take notice. “I try to relieve you of the burden of
continuing the lies and yet you feel you have to keep them going! Is it part of your kick or something? Merlin sakes, Harry!” With that, the seventh year began walking
through the water and out the tub.
“Love!” Harry called after her, getting up as well. “Hang on…”
Cho cringed at the name as she found her robe and
clothing. “Forgot to add that one to the
list,” she mumbled.
“Cho, wait!” Harry called out once more.
“NO, Harry! Leave me
alone!” she shouted in return rushing out of the Prefects bathroom.
Cho mumbled mutinous things about her assailant all the way
to her Tower. She just couldn’t
understand why he wanted to keep up the lies.
He didn’t need too. Harry could
have very well fucked her right in the tub and called her whore in the process
and it wouldn’t have affected her. But
something inside of Cho knew that he would never do that, degrade her like
that.
You think so, do
you? It’s because you believe his lies
deep down inside! But you are his ruddy
whore, make no mistake about that, girlie!
I know I am! I haven’t lost my mind! Well, I have, but at least I’m realistic
now! He, on the other hand, would rather
I stay in his fantasy world. Allowing my
heart to swell even more from his fabrications.
How evil can a person be to do all they can to hurt someone
emotionally? The Hogwarts Express was
nothing compared to what he wants to do to me now!
And yet, you still
love him, don’t you?
The Ravenclaw sighed as she reached her House door. I
do. He’s a wonderful story telling, that
one. Make a girl believe she’s his
world. I wanted to revel in his lies for
the holiday. Let him make me feel
cherished and loved. But…I just want him
to know that I know it’s all fake…and I’m stupid enough to allow it. If he could just allow me that, it would keep
me just that much farther away from the Dark Tower
ledge...
Cho was able to get dress for breakfast without
company. Her walk to the Great Hall was
the same, she was irritated, but she appreciated Harry for that. Once inside the Great Hall, she sat in the
middle of the table alone. Eden and Ryan
were sitting on the very end, not across but next to each other again. Cho could tell something had changed between
the two boys. Well, she could see that Eden seemed to be forcing
himself to act like an eleven year old boy, while the Slytherin seemed to have
it spades. The young Ravenclaw seemed
nervous and unsure about something, while the young Slytherin seemed oblivious
to whatever it was. Cho could recognize
unrequited love anywhere, she knew it well herself.
As she began to pick at her breakfast, the Great Hall doors
opened once more. Instinctively, she
looked up and saw the distraught figure of Harry Potter walking inside, map in
hand. Suddenly, panic hit the Ravenclaw
and she looked on the table for any copies of the Daily Prophet of which she
would quickly burn if she had too.
Luckily for the magical paper, there were none.
Harry sat down in front of her, and it annoyed the Ravenclaw
even more, although moments before she wanted to spare him any possible pain
from the outside world. She heard an
additional sigh from him, but hadn’t noticed him looking over her hands once
more. Instead, Cho glanced at the
faculty table to see that Sinistra had been replaced with Madam Hooch. So the seventh year decided she’d ignore the
Gryffindor sitting across from her so as not to raise suspicion. But as she felt eyes boring into her, the way
Harry’s eyes often bored into her, she knew this breakfast wouldn’t go off
without a hitch.
“May I talk to you, Love?” Harry asked quietly.
Cho kept her glance quick and unassuming though she was
fuming. “No.”
Harry sighed noticeably.
“For fuck sakes, Cho, we’re ‘trapped’ in here as you said. It’s not as if you can get away from me! I want to talk to you!”
The pretty girl sighed at her eggs. “Always what you want. Never what I want,” she said evenly.
Harry huffed. “Always
what I want? I’d do anything for you, Cho! I’d give you anything you want, except…”
“My freedom?” she said, looking into his eyes.
Emerald orbs watched her intensely, selfishly, then
sadly. “I’ve…tried,
Love…Cho…whatever. I’ve tried.”
“Yet another lie,” Cho told her toast before taking a bite.
“I have NOT lied to you!” Harry whispered loudly, hitting
the table with his hand in the process.
Cho dropped her toast at the sudden sound. She glared at her assailant, and lowered her
hand to the bench beside her. “You
have,” she said, pulling her wand out of her pocket inconspicuously and sitting
it on the bench. “And you’re still doing
it!” Her wand twitched under the table
unbeknownst to the Gryffindor. “I’ve
tried to let you off the hook and allow you to say how you really feel, but you
can’t do that. You need the lies to keep
you going, is that it?”
“Cho, I’ve never…”
“No,” Cho said, stuffing her wand slowly back into her
pocket. “I don’t want to hear it, for
awhile at least, because yes, we are stuck here. Together.”
The pretty girl’s eyes wandered toward the magical map sitting beside
his empty plate. “And I can’t get away
from you no matter where I go. At least
not when…” Cho stood up slowly. “You have this blasted map!” she said, then
yanked the map off the table and ran out of the Great Hall. But before the seventh year made it through
the doors, she heard her name being called, a loud fall indicating that Harry
didn’t know she magically tied his shoelaces together, and the roar of the first
years sitting at the end of the table who witnessed it.
Map in hand, but with no need to use it, Cho tried to decide
quickly where she would hide out in the castle for awhile. She knew Harry would check all the usual
places for her, her Tower, the library, the Dark
Tower, the Astronomy Tower,
the Room of Requirement and all their private classrooms slash bedrooms. But she knew one place he wouldn’t check for
her, at least not right away since he’ll do an extensive search of the castle
first. Cho’s feet took her toward
another House.
******
The sixth year boys’ dormitory in Gryffindor Tower
seemed to be the perfect hiding place.
Cho had been there for nearly an hour, walking around Harry’s room and
lying on his bed. She rested on his
pillow, and though he hadn’t slept on it in a few days, it still carried that
soft fresh forest scent. She remembered
how many times her own head rested on that pillow as he made love to her… No,
fucked me, as he fucked me! I’m not
Ginny. He…made…love to her…on this very
pillow.
Cho suddenly sat up on the bed, feeling slightly disgusted
and irritated. Visions of Harry and
Ginny having sex began to flood her mind and the Ravenclaw felt nauseated. “It’s…okay to feel this way. You know now why you feel this way. You’re jealous. You love him, you don’t want anyone else to
touch him. Least of all his girlfriend
that he loves instead of you,” she told herself out loud. It felt good to the Ravenclaw having that
open honesty with herself. There was no
hiding behind reason anymore. Reason
packed up and went home for the holiday break.
No, honesty was the best policy for the seventh year, even with
herself. Honesty would keep her from
reaching for the clouds. She just wished
Harry would try it, she was sure she could handle it. She was just as nutty as him after all.
“I can’t believe I can’t find a pretty girl in an empty
FUCKING castle!” Harry growled to himself as he stormed into his room. “I’d be complete rubbish as an Auror if I
survive long en…”
“So I’m pretty now, am I?” Cho said casually, startling the
Gryffindor. “Not beautiful but bumped
down to pretty. I can live with
that. I can believe that. See how nice honesty can be, Harry?”
“Love!” Harry said, rushing over to her on his bed. He sat in front of her and eyed her with
sincere relief. “I’ve been searching all
over for you!”
Cho raised an eyebrow and shook her head. “Gryffindors.
Yes, Harry, I’m aware that you have.
I took your map, remember? You
didn’t know where to go…that was my objective; I thought you’d figure that out
before now.” The Ravenclaw sighed. “But anyway, I hope you…” But Cho’s words were interrupted when Harry
pulled her into a hug.
“I was worried about you, Cho! I didn’t know…what you may…do or what have
you,” he explained over her shoulder.
Cho hated he insincere hug of concern.
She hated mostly because she had believed it so many times.
“Thought I’d run off out of the school or something, did
you?” she asked, trying to keep herself from sounding breathless in his
arms. But pulling away from him would be
the only thing to combat that.
Harry looked at her and held her cheek. “I…didn’t know where you were, Love. I just…”
The reluctant hero took a breath and released her cheek. He looked down at his bed between them. “Love…I mean, Cho,” he sighed. “Listen, I want you too know that I don’t lie
to you.” Cho sucked her teeth. “I wish you’d believed me, because it’s
true.” Harry looked up into the eyes of
the pretty girl. “I may…not say certain
things to you, or have the…courage to say certain things to you. But I’ve never lied to you, Love. I’ve lied to Ron and Hermione this year! I’ve never lied to them! They’re my best mates! Granted, I’m…sure to lose Ron…soon, but still
he’s my best mate! I’ve lied to Ginny
who’s…my friend too, outside of my…well…
But I’ve lied to everyone…even tried lying to myself on occasion. But regardless, Beautiful,” Harry said,
holding her cheek once more, “I’ve never lied to you.”
Cho rolled her eyes in exasperation. “Harry, please, it doesn’t mat…”
“I DON’T, I SAID!” he backed away and shouted. “THERE ISN’T ANYTHING I’VE SAID TO YOU THAT’S
BEEN A LIE! I WANT YOU! I NEED YOU!
YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL! HOW CAN YOU
THINK THOSE ARE LIES? CAN’T YOU FEEL MY
SINCERITY WHEN I SAY THEM?” Harry began
pacing the floor in front of his bed, breathing like a frustrated bull. His hand ran through his unruly black hair
and he pulled hard at it whenever it stopped.
“I don’t know how else I can prove it too you! I’ve told you things that I can’t…won’t tell
my very best friends! I’m a complete
dolt to have allowed myself to get so deep with you! But I couldn’t help it! You were there for me! You were the only one I didn’t want to push
away! And now you’re telling me that all
I’ve said to you is a lie? Hate me,
Love, I know you do, and I can’t change that!
But don’t KILL ME! Voldemort will
take care of that just fine!”
Before Cho realized what she was doing, she was on her feet
heading toward the Gryffindor. Wrapping
her arms around his neck, the seventh year held tight. “I’m sorry, Harry,” she said, surprising
herself and the boy she held. Cho didn’t
know why she was sorry. She knew the
things he said, or maybe it was just some of the things he said, were
untrue. But how was the Ravenclaw
suppose to decipher what was what? And
who cared? Cho was already at the worse
place she could be next to the ledge of the Dark Tower. Why couldn’t he just let it go?
Harry did let go. He
loosened her arms around his neck, but didn’t allow Cho to stray to far
away. Leaning his forehead on hers,
Harry closed his eyes and pulled her closer by her waist. “So…you believe me, then, Love?” he whispered
quietly, hopefully.
Of course not… “Yes, Harry,” she said expressionlessly to
avoid her real feelings.
Harry opened his eyes and eased his forehead off of the
Ravenclaw. He watched her eyes for a
moment before releasing her completely.
“You’re…lying to me…” he said slowly with hurt evident in his tone.
Wouldn’t be the first
time… “No, I’m not, Harry,” she
replied in the same manner. Won’t be the last time either…
The Gryffindor backed away from the Ravenclaw. “You are…” Harry said just above a whisper.
Cho didn’t repeat herself again, she just watched the
reluctant hero in front of her. He was
definitely putting a show on her for today, she thought. He managed to look more miserable and hurt at
that moment then he did the nearly two weeks they hadn’t had real sex. He was dragging out this argument so far, too
far, just to make sure she believed his lies.
And now, to her surprise, he gave her one last pain-stricken look before
leaving her alone in his room. Cho
wasn’t sure if she should go after him or applaud his performance.
**********
Cho had watched Harry on his map travel from one place to
another, stopping for twenty minute increments before heading to a new
location. The Gryffindor boys’ dormitory
was empty and drafty without the boys, or hers in particular, around. The quietness and the watching of Harry on
the map soon made the Ravenclaw fall asleep on Harry’s pillow.
The Ravenclaw opened her eyes to a dark room. Not even an evening lit dark room, but a
pitch black room. She also found herself
to be standing, and not lying as she had been when she fell asleep. It was cold in the room, and became even
colder when she realized she was naked.
But through the brisk air, Cho could smell something familiar. A fresh woodsy scent penetrated her senses,
and she inhaled deeply, taking in the smell she loved. “Harry?” she called out, sure he was near
by. But Cho received no answer, just a
cool breeze flowing passed her bare body.
“Harry?” she called again, again receiving no answer and now starting to
become frightened.
“Go to hell, Harry!”
Cho heard herself say, but not out of her mouth.
“Other than the times
I’m lodged inside of you, I’m already there, baby!” she heard Harry say in
the dark room.
“Hello?” Cho called out, terrified but to stricken with fear
to move.
“This…is…mine! No one is to touch what is mine!” Harry’s
voice echoed in the dark space. The
pretty girl closed her arms around herself, remembering how much Harry hurt her
that day.
“I won’t deprive you
again, Cho. I’ll do my best to keep you
satisfied,” she heard him say.
The Ravenclaw sniffed, but willed herself not to cry in
fear. “Harry?” she called quietly,
desperately.
“I want…deeper…can’t
get…deeper…” Cho heard Harry moan, causing her to take a breath.
“Cho, I don’t think
you’re a whore!”
“I don’t see you as a
whore!”
“You’re not my
whore! I do wish you’d stop saying
that!” she heard Harry say from different occasions.
“No, Lov-Cho. I just…can’t.
Not if you…don’t really want it.
You haven’t a clue how much it hurts me, frustrates me, drives me mad
inside to have you…now…when you don’t want it.”
“You know…you’re the
only thing…that keeps me sane…around here…”
“Ginny, really should
be…the one to keep you…sane. Give her a
chance. She loves you, and I’m sure she
would do anything for you…” Cho’s voice echoed.
“She can’t keep me
sane!” Harry interjected.
Cho sat on the floor in the cold dark, terrified, but unsure
if she was scared of what was around her or the words that had been said to
her.
And I tried to…live in
the world of being…her boyfriend, but…I guess…it’s as you said, Love, I’m…addicted
to you.”
Harry sighed. “I’ve…been wanting, waiting to kiss you…for
so long. I don’t want it because you’ve
decided to ‘sacrifice’ yourself for her, of all people. I want it…when you’re ready to give it to
me…because you want to give it me, Cho.”
“You don’t want me,
Harry?” Cho whispered.
“Don’t…say that,
Love,” he whispered. “I…always want you.”
“Don’t you think
people would notice their star player, and Captain, and Harry Potter missing?”
Cho heard herself asked remembering his game against Slytherin, and how badly
she wanted him.
“Do you think I give a
Hippogriff’s arse what these people think, wonder, or feel? If you want me, Love, by all means, take me,”
Harry responded.
“What do you see in
him anyways?” Harry asked.
“Well, Harry, why
would anyone get into a relationship-type-thing?” she said casually. “It’s
to have someone to kiss, and hug, and to tell me I’m pretty, I reckon.”
“Is that all,
then? Someone to kiss and hug you? Blimey, Cho, I’ve been trying to kiss you for
ages! And hug? The longest I’m allowed to hold you is during
sex. Other than that, I have only fifteen
to seventeen minutes after sex to hold you before you’re clawing to get away
from me. So what do you say we bump up
those minutes to a good twenty-five to thirty, give me those lovely lips of
yours, and we can kick McLaggen out of our lives for good?” Harry
explained.
“When I die, he’ll
either be dead already, or we’ll kill each other,” Harry said just above a
whisper. “Either way, no one will hurt you again; me or him.”
She felt a shooting pain in her chest at the terrifying
words, not having liked them then either.
“-she crinkles her
nose when she laughs,” Cho was surprise to hear Harry’s voice say. “On the
days when she’s not mad at you, of course, and you actually can make her smile
and laugh. It’s so…bloody adorable, you
want to bite her nose right off.”
Cho could hear the smile in Harry’s voice though it sounded like he
wasn’t talking to his friends, but himself.
“You’ve always been beautiful, Cho. Since the very first day I saw you,” he
said, still just above a whisper.
“Because I…hurt you,
Love! Because I took out my frustrations with the world on you! Because I made you into a sexual…fiend, as
you’ve said!” Harry explained.
“That’s why they did it. You
wouldn’t have been such a good target if the rumors weren’t true! I’ve fucked you over in so many ways, Cho…I…”
“And so help me GOD,
Love, if ANYONE thinks of putting their hands on you like Crabbe and Goyle
have…like…I have…I will kill them!” he said through clenched teeth.
“There will be no fighting, there will be no turning them over to the authorities! There will only be death by my wand, by my
hands if I’m able to rip their fucking hearts out!”
“I missed you,”
Cho heard him whisper in the dark.
“You didn’t have too,
Harry,” she heard herself whisper in return.
“I had too, Love,” Harry
finally said, his tone somber. “I…had to…try at least, for both our sakes…”
“I…didn’t ask for that,”
she said just above a whisper.
“You haven’t asked for
many things that have happened to you, Love,” Harry said, thoughtfully,
guiltily, and sadly.
“I’ve…tried now, twice
to let you go, Cho, and…have failed at both attempts.” Harry said.
“I’m not making another go of
it. My death is your only way out. I guess I never realized how much I…needed
you. And I’m sure you haven’t a clue how
much I do,” he added.
“All I’ve been thinking about…when I was
allowed to think on my own…was kissing you, making love to you, then sleeping
with you,” he said dejectedly. “Reckon, it’s why I couldn’t last long
without you.”
“Then why…were you
with me just now and not…Ginny? Have you
told her yet?” Cho asked the night Harry left for Diagon Alley.
“Um…no, but I’ll write
her a note or something before I go,” he answered.
“And all I’ve…done to
you…” Cho heard Harry say quietly. “Don’t…think
that…you…provoked me, Love. You…didn’t
ask…for what I’ve done…to you. So
please…don’t ever…blame yourself…for it.
Don’t let it stop you from…loving…s-s-some…one…in the futu…”
Cho wanted to cover her ear at the words, remembering her heart
ache when he was gone. Remembering that
that someone else she could love was the one saying the words.
“Ginny mustn’t know…you’re here, or she’d be…lying beside you right
no…” Cho whispered.
“She knows,” Harry
interrupted just as quietly. “They all do. But I…made an excuse to her when she wanted
my Invisibility Cloak to come back and visit me,” he admitted.
“Told her I may have lost it. I
needed to see you.”
“Failed?” Cho heard herself trying not to
whimper. “You’re here, aren’t you? You
haven’t…failed, Harry.”
“I…” he began
again, with pain evident in his voice, “tried,
Love! You were my motivation to do
whatever it took to end Voldemort’s pathetic life and my pathetic existence!” Harry sniffed. “I told
myself, ‘Save her; free her; give her her life back!’ I…just…you were there with me, Beautiful.
But I think…” Harry’s voice trailed off for a moment, “…you were my…THAT was my downfall.
“All I saw was
you…standing at your House door the night I left. Your beautiful face…smiling at me,” Harry
said quietly in the dark, cold space.
“…and I just…couldn’t
go…any further.” Cho sniffed and
swallowed hard at his words. “I just…wanted to do…all I could to…get
back…to you… I’m so sorry, Cho!”
Harry said painfully. “I failed you, and I failed the wizarding
word…because of my…need for…you…”
“You don’t deserve to
hear such horrible….such…my problems.
But you’re the only one I can tell it too, Love... Thank you for listening…” he finished.
“You…took the curse
off of me.” Cho heard her own voice
again.
“I was just trying to
save you! After what Crabbe and Goyle
did…Love, I’m no better then them! I…just wanted to give you the power to end…”
he said.
“Cho, I promise you…I
didn’t do anything with her.”
“You don’t have to
answer to me, Harry. She’s your
girlfriend. It’s okay if…”
“But I didn’t,
Love. Please believe me…”
“You’re my beautiful
girl…”
“I’m your beautiful
girl.
A tear fell from the Ravenclaw’s eye at the words.
“I always want you…”
“You always want me.
She covered her ears, but the soft words only seemed to get
louder.
“I’ll always need
you…”
“You’ll always need
me.”
Cho sniffed hard and held her breath, knowing what words
were coming next.
“My beautiful love…”
Cho was holding her knees to her chest in the dark
room. She was no longer fearful of her
surroundings. Nor was her concern about
the tears falling down her face as she listened to all the lies she had
believed over the past few months. Lies
that he had put great effort into creating, into issuing repeatedly and consistently,
over and over again at the most perfect times.
Cho didn’t know Harry to be an actor though he had told her and she had
witnessed him lying to his friends. But
there had been far too much emotion behind his words and actions toward
her.
The real question became something simple. Something she had even told Terry when he
seemed to be defending Harry. Why? Why would those things be true if everyday he
was still with Ginny, in love with Ginny, making love to Ginny?
“What I have with you
is FAR more important to me than…what I have…with Ginny! Why can’t you see that?” she heard Harry
yell suddenly in the dark room.
Cho shot up in Harry’s bed; his words, his many words, still
echoing in her mind. Disoriented for a
moment, the seventh year looked to the side of his bed. There lay his map. The Ravenclaw nearly ran out of the room with
the map in hand.
****
Cho pulled her gloves on as she trudged through the snow
heading toward the gamekeeper’s hut. She
stuffed the magical map in her coat pocket at the sight of the enormous
Boarhound and a raven-haired boy sitting on the front steps beside it. Harry’s face was red from the cold wind, she
thought; she wasn’t sure. His eyes
matched his cheeks as well, which couldn’t be due to the wind…with his glasses
on. However, his eyes were no longer in
her visual as he noticed her coming, because he quickly looked down toward the
snow covered path while he patted the large dog.
“Harry?” Cho said, nervously, not truly knowing how to feel
at the moment. Sorry was a start,
confused was the winner.
Harry only nodded toward the ground, not looking up the
pretty girl standing before him.
Cho sighed and walked forward. Fang only sniffed at her briefly before
walking away. The Ravenclaw wondered if
Harry would soon follow. “Harry, I…just
want you to know that…I’ve thought about…to say the least…everything you’ve
said to me and…” It was frustrating to
Cho to talk to the top of his unruly black hair. Kneeling down in front of him however, still
didn’t warrant eye contact. “I…believe
you, Harry,” she said earnestly. Harry
glanced at her for a moment, unsurely, but shook his head and lowered it back
down. “I do,” Cho said,
convincingly. “It’s more than obvious
that you…feel you need me. I wouldn’t be
here if you didn’t. I know you want
me…sexually because you haven’t let up at all on that. Not that…I’ve asked you too other than the
times I was…trying to push you away.
Everything you’ve…confided in me, I want you to know that I did believe
you and I’m glad I was someone you could…talk too. And…I know you think I’m…beautiful. I just had to accept that you can think
multiple people are beautiful. I suppose
I…just didn’t want you to say it to anyone else,” she mumbled.
Harry looked up, and narrowed his eyes. “Who…did I…”
“ANYWAY,” the Ravenclaw interrupted him quickly, “I’m
still…a bit confused on…how us-what-we-do-whatever is…more important to
you…then what you have with…Ginny…”
“But it is, Love…uh, Cho,” Harry said. “I…wish there was some way to prove it to
you…”
Cho considered him for a moment as he watched her eyes. “Then my question is…why, Harry?” she asked
earnestly. “How…can it be?”
Cho watched Harry’s emerald gaze go from distraught, to
fearful, to gazing at something behind and to the side of her. The Ravenclaw turned her head as well to see
what he was looking at. All she could
see in his eye line was the Dark
Tower. “I…” Harry began again, lowering his
head. “I…wish…I could tell you.”
The seventh year looked back at the solemn Harry Potter and
was thoroughly confused, momentarily.
Momentarily, because deep down in Cho’s heart she wished his reasons
were something similar to hers.
Momentarily, because she knew it had to be the truth he had basically
told her in the beginning when he dubbed her his ‘perfect imperfection’.
Control.
Cho was suffering from a broken heart when all Harry wanted
was control over his life. She had
accepted it long ago. She just didn’t
understand why he didn’t, couldn’t, wouldn’t, say it again like he had in the
beginning. It was as if she needed to
hear it to verify it as fact.
“So it is…control then, Harry,” Cho said causing him to
looked up at her incredulously. “Doesn’t
mean what you’re saying isn’t true.
Just…the reasons behind it…them…is control. It’s alright to admit to that, isn’t it?” she
asked, her eyes pleading with him.
Harry shook his head in disbelief. “Control, Cho? You still think this…is about my
needing…having control over something…over you?
It started that way, I’ll admit to that,” he said honestly. “But shit, Love, do you…not know how much
control you have over this, over me…over us?” he added in the same manner. Cho’s eyes narrowed in disbelief. “There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you. Nothing!
I’ve suffered without you for nearly two weeks! Two of the longest weeks of my life! And I did that because you…didn’t want me,”
Harry said, taking a breath at the words and lowering his head. “You didn’t want me, Love… I…didn’t make you…happy…anymore… I tried…to keep myself under control…hoping
you…could see that I’d…be good and maybe…you’d come back to me…you’d want me
again…that I could make you happy again.
But you didn’t! And I…couldn’t
stay under control any longer! But it’s
YOU, Love, it’s you that has the control over…us…over me. You haven’t a clue…how much…”
Silence fell between the two as Cho watched the top of her
love’s head. The Ravenclaw knew that
there was some truth to Harry’s statement.
In the nearly two weeks that she kept him at bay, as best she could, he
was desperate for her. She knew
that. She also knew that had it been
Harry in September, she would not have had the options to say ‘no’. The seventh year knew to manage nearly two
weeks with only one attempt at forcing her, things had changed. And even then, he couldn’t do it.
Cho sighed. “Then
why?” she asked again, knowing it was pointless.
Harry still hadn’t managed to look back up at her. “I wish…I could…just…say…” he sighed,
“but…” Harry’s words trailed off as he
shook his head and watched the ground.
Cho wondered if she had a tactic that could work to get the
information she was looking for. Still
in her kneeling position, the Ravenclaw pulled off her gloves. Cho reached her warm left hand toward Harry
and rested it on his cold cheek. She
didn’t say a word at first, but allowed her thumb to caress his skin. Harry sighed noticeably and leaned his head
into her touch. Her tactic hadn’t
worked.
“Try, won’t you, Harry?” Cho asked sweetly, caressing his
cheek even more.
Harry suddenly seemed compelled to touch her hand on his
cheek. But as he reached for it, he
stopped. “May I touch you’re h… Hang on!” he said, suddenly, reaching for her
hand anyway and looking at her thumb.
Cho smiled as she watched him stare in awe at his silver band. “You’re…wearing it!” he said, shock evident
in his tone. But it was the sudden smile
on his face that gave her hope that maybe her tactic would, in fact, work.
Cho pulled her hand away gently. “It was my Christmas gift after all,” she
smiled, playing with the shackle on her thumb.
“Did you get…Ginny a gold one, then?” Cho asked, having wanted to ask
since she opened her box.
“Ginny?” Harry said with utter confusion as if he had never
heard of this Ginny character. “No,
Love…I mean, Cho, just you. I got her a
sweater.”
Cho snorted lightly, feeling relieved that Ginny hadn’t
received the gold equivalent to her gift, though she received the Golden Boy’s
heart instead. “Oh. So…she’ll get the love-bites, and I won’t as
long as I wear the ring?” Cho joked, seeing his mood lifting and wanting hers
too as well.
The smile faltered on the Boy Hero’s face however. “I’ve never given her one, Cho. Not willingly. I’ve only marked you as…mine,” he said.
The pretty girl’s smile faltered now as well. “And…why is that, Harry?” she asked
remembering her objective from showing him the ring.
Harry’s head lowered once more and Cho sighed in the
process. “I…wish…I had the courage to
explain…everything too you, Beautiful.
But I…just can’t. Just
please…know that it’s…true. And I would
never lie to you, Cho. Never.”
‘Why?’ would be the eternal question worthy of a being a
Ravenclaw door riddle. Cho knew she had
the option to either deject that answer, stay away from him the entire holiday
break, making them both extremely miserable, or she could accept that she
wasn’t going to received that answer no matter what, but believe the rest of
his words regardless.
Acceptance was already helping her heal. Acceptance would need to work here as well.
Cho replaced her hand to his cheek. Harry looked into her eyes and she felt them
seeping into her mending soul.
“You’ll…never lie to me, Harry?
Do you…promise?”
Harry nodded slowly.
“Yes, L-Cho. I promise.”
Now it was Cho’s turn to nod as she stood up in front of
Harry, and beginning to pull her hand away from his cheek. “I’m…going to go in. It’s a bit…chilly. Care to…join me?” she asked.
Harry’s hand had instantly lifted toward her departing one
though he didn’t touch her. Quickly, he
stood up as well, nodding his answer in the process. “Um…Cho, may I…hold your hand…heading toward
the castle?”
Back on that, are we?
she thought. “Yes, Harry,” she answered,
causing him to smile as he took her hand and walked.
***
It had been a day of questions for the Ravenclaw. Granted the one question she wanted answered,
why his relationship with Cho was much more important then his with Ginny,
would never be answered. But it was a
day of questions, nonetheless. Most of
which consisted of Harry asking for permission.
“May I hold you’re hand?
May we go ice skating? May I hug
you? May I at least sit across from you
during lunch…dinner? May we walk around
the castle? May I hold your hand as we
walk around the castle? May I…just hold
you for a moment?”
And that’s where Cho found herself at the moment, being held
tightly in a corridor during their walk around to nowhere. As Harry squeezed her at random, Cho reveled
in the fact it was he was squeezing her and not Ginny. That he was in the castle with her for well
over a week and not in a house with the fifth year. And that that was exactly where he wanted to
be.
“L-Cho?” Harry whispered over her shoulder.
“Yes?” she whispered, only because he had to add a squeeze
that pushed her air out of her lungs.
She was starting to get use to the gentle suffocation.
Harry lifted his head and rested it on the side of
hers. “May I…kiss you? I mean, on your face?” he whispered in her
ear.
His warm breath flowing lightly over her ear while asking
sweetly for permission for something so innocent pushed more air out of the
Ravenclaw’s lungs then his hugs had. Cho
nodded, granting him permission and soon felt his soft, strong lips caressing
her temple. Each kiss on her face was
slow and purposeful and every other was punctuated with Harry exhaling subtly
in what seem like relief. He wasn’t
hurting her and the sensations weren’t as overwhelming as others he had given
her, but Cho found that she wasn’t holding his waist anymore, but practically
balling his sweater up in her hands. She
took turns holding her breath and breathing heavily as Harry planted gentle
kisses on her nose, cheek, forehead, jaw, her eyelids, the corners of her
mouth. Then her parted, breathing lips
felt it. Harry’s had brushed his lightly
across hers and Cho held her breath once more.
“May I kiss you, Love?” Harry whispered, pleadingly,
squeezing her in his arms and resting his scar on her forehead.
Several voices inside of Cho screamed out ‘yes’. Her lips had already been tingling since his
first kiss on her temple. Cho wanted
too, she wanted to kiss Harry. They were
practically all alone in a huge castle.
No one would know but them. It
would be so easy…
“I’m sorry, Lov-Cho, I shouldn’t have asked that,” Harry
said to her surprise. Cho opened her
eyes and blinked for a moment at him.
His face was red and he looked as though he wanted to look at anything
but her. “I…I’m… It’s late…let’s head back to your Tower,” he
said suddenly.
“Oh…uh, right,” said Cho, gathering her composure as
well. “Okay, Harry…”
The two walked hand in hand in an oddly thick silence. Harry’s thumb brushed over the back of Cho’s
hand several times, and only in the times when he wasn’t giving it a gentle
squeeze. The tender touching, the gentle
squeezes, the odd bashfulness that she remembered from the year before, and
light, purposeful kisses she had received all over her face had and was
presently affecting the Ravenclaw.
Besides the aching in her chest that it caused, she felt an unrelenting
aching down below. But Cho wouldn’t act
on it, she wanted to see how long Harry could hold out.
Glancing at the bulge in his pants leading his way down the
corridor, it wouldn’t be long.
Standing in front her House door, Cho was set to give the
password and lead them inside, until she felt Harry turn her around by her
hand. “L-Cho, may I…hug you goodnight,
at least?” he asked tentatively.
Hug, ‘eh? So you can poke me with that…wonderful…thing
and I lose all control?
He’ll lose it before
you, Cho. You can count on that!
Suddenly, Cho watched Harry lift her hand and gently kiss
her thumb wearing his ring, blushing during the entire process and unable to
look at her afterward.
I wouldn’t be…so sure…
Cho released her hand from Harry’s and wrapped her arms
around his neck. As she expected, he
squeezed her tightly and exhaled on her neck.
Cho exhaled as well, and closed her eyes. She didn’t want to let go, and it seemed as
though he didn’t either.
How can he hold me so
tight, and love someone else? Cho thought as she tightened her grasp on him
as well.
“May I…sleep with you tonight, Love?” Harry whispered.
GOD, YES!
“In your…bed, actual sleep, I mean. I…promise I won’t…try anything,” Harry
finished, lifting his head from her neck and looking into her eyes. “I promise.”
Cho was slightly disappointed and completely confused
because judging by what was poking her in the belly, he didn’t want to
sleep. But she believed him, her new
thing, when he said he didn’t want to…well, he wouldn’t try anything. Damn him!
“I…um…don’t think so, Harry,” Cho said, saving him and
herself. It was force of habit actually,
but she didn’t think she should retract her statement for safety reasons.
Harry looked down between them and she wondered if he could
see his manhood trying to enter her stomach another way. He nodded disappointedly. “I…understand. Good…night, then,” he said, pulling his way
out of her arms, arms that didn’t seem to want to let go.
As he began to walk away, Cho narrowed her eyes in
confusion. “Good night? You can’t be serious, Harry?” Harry stopped in his tracks and turned around
to the pretty girl. Cho smiled at him,
and Harry seemed to be unable to not imitate it. “Honestly, it’s not as if I’m not going to
wake up and see that Marietta
has now turned into a boy, or Constance for that matter. Why pretend that you won’t be the first thing
I’ll see in the morning?”
Harry snorted at the seventh year. “Know me so well, don’t you, L…um, Cho?” he
smiled. “Well, I’m going to my Tower to
change into my pajamas, is all. I’ll
be…back. Definitely want to be the first
thing you see in the morning.”
Cho nodded.
“There. Honesty,” she
smiled. “Good, because I wouldn’t know
that my day has started…if you’re not there to greet me.”
The two smiled at each other in silence for a moment before
heading into and over to their respective Houses.
***
Her sheets seemed cold that Boxing Day evening. Cho wore nothing more than her gown,
underwear and her ring to bed. She told
herself to take it off, but the image of Harry kissing her thumb randomly that
day made her keep it on. The image of
Harry kissing her thumb began to make her appreciate the chilly sheets. Lying in the dark, Cho wondered what was taking
Harry so long to come back. She would
feign sleep when he entered, of course, just to see if he attempted to molest
her in some sort of way. Of course if he
did, she would fight him off. Cho knew
of course, if he did, she wouldn’t have much willpower to fight him off.
Then she heard the click of her door. Already turned on her side away from the
door, Cho wondered which roommate he was to become tonight. Or maybe he would make an attempt to be her
bedmate. But that didn’t happen as
Patricia’s bed filled with the Chosen One.
Cho watched him in the moonlight, sliding quietly into her roommate’s
bed. And when he settled in and stopped
moving, the seventh year felt slightly disappointed. He hadn’t even attempted to give her kiss
good night. Whisper sweet things to her
while she feign sleep. Touch her face,
sniff her hair, see what kind of gown she was wearing… Okay, she knew he wouldn’t try to sneak a
peek under her blanket, which was lucky for both of them. But no kiss good night was almost insulting,
and the only thing that would help her would be to spring out of bed in the
dark room.
Rushing over on her bare feet, Cho climbed on Patricia’s bed
and the blanket covered Harry, startling him.
“L-Love, what’s…wrong?” she asked.
Cho straddled her assailant and smiled on his moonlit
face. “Nothing,” she lied. “It’s just…I didn’t…receive a proper kiss
good night, is all.”
Harry’s glassless eyes widened in shock and remain that way
as she held her hair to the side, leaned down and kissed his lips gently…and
briefly. The Gryffindor didn’t have a
chance to help her hold her hair to the side before the Ravenclaw lifted her
head and smiling lips away. “Night,
Harry,” she giggled as he suddenly exhaled.
“N-n-night, Love, I mean, Cho,” Harry stuttered with his
arms dangling in the air, noticeably unsure of what to do with them as she
climbed off.
Cho felt his eyes watching her walk to the bed and she hoped
her sheets were still cool.
**
Cho woke up with a start.
She was having a very detailed dream about Harry fucking her mercilessly
in a tub of sudsy water. The water in her
dream wasn’t cold enough. Neither were
Cho’s sheets anymore. The seventh year
made an attempt to go back to sleep but found herself tossing and turning. There was an undeniable throbbing between her
legs. One she was never able to ignore
when it was first introduced to her in September. One she hadn’t had to worry about for too
long months after. She was unbelievably
horny, but with no intentions of seeking out the one that could satisfy
her. At least, she hoped she wouldn’t.
Then again, if Cho wasn’t hot and bothered in the cool room,
she still may have trouble getting to sleep.
Harry was on Patricia’s bed apparently wrestling with an invisible
alligator because he too was tossing and turning. The seventh year could hear him grunting and
she nearly wanted to put a silencing charm on her ears because in her present
state, it sounded much to erotic. Cho
knew it would be so easy to strip away her gown and climb into Patricia’s bed
with her love. He’d wake up startled as
he did when she kissed him good night.
But once he saw her naked, he would abandon his new permission seeking
just to breath on her person, and fuck her well into the mattress.
Now it was Cho’s turn to grunt. The thought was far too much for her.
It would have been a blessing to fall asleep. At least that’s what Cho thought, until she
fell asleep and fell into a dream of tying Harry to Patricia’s bed and riding
him so hard he was screaming in pleasurable pain. Her eyes shot open to the sight of Harry
white knuckling the side of Patricia’s bed though he seemed to be asleep. A fretful sleep. It was then that Cho’s noticed the sheet
under her was pulled down the bed and presently balled in her hands. Her blankets were nearly hanging off the side
of the bed, hardly covering her. The end
of her gown was nearly lying in the middle of her back, revealing her silky
black and wet panties. The cool breeze
in the room and the no longer chilly sheets were not helping her at all. The only thing that could was lying in the
other bed.
No, Cho! Don’t.
See how long he could hold out!
He…wants to prove something to you.
Let him…
Harry suddenly sat up and yanked his shirt off. The moonlight hit his toned torso just right,
too right for the Ravenclaw. Cho watched
him hopefully through the thick sexual tension in the room. And as she watched him, she saw him focus his
glassless eyes on her exposed bottom.
Beyond her control, and that’s what she wanted to believe, she grinded
her pelvis into the mattress subtly.
Harry, not seeing her watching him, grunted loudly, covered his face
with his shirt, threw himself back on the bed and added a pillow to the
pressure on his face. Cho followed suit
in a sense by putting her pillow on the back of her head.
Fitful sleep over came her again, this time with a vivid
dream of her and Harry fucking right on the floor in the space between their
beds. They had both been heading toward
the bathroom at the same time, but didn’t quite make it to the door. But what woke Cho up from her wet dream was
the sound of that bathroom door opening.
She just caught sight of her Harry rushing into the bathroom. He had left the door open, and soon, Cho
heard the sound of the one of the showers going inside. It was a fresh slice of Hell to hear the
water and knowing that wonderful gorgeous body she had had so much pleasure
with was being drenched and molested by the lucky shower drops.
Cho was sure that would be her down fall and she’d go
running in there to lick the water off Harry’s body. But then she heard something else in the
fortunate shower water.
“Oh, God, Love…” Harry grunted.
He was masturbating again, in her room, and Cho was
witnessing it…well, listening too it this time.
But it wasn’t enough for her. The
Ravenclaw turned over on her back, opened her legs and allowed her fingers to
massage the area that was aching.
“Mmm…Harry…” she moaned as finger slipped through her wet folds.
“Cho…oh…ssss…”
The Ravenclaw reached a hand above her head to grab her
pillow and for support as her fingers tortured and calmed her in turn. “Oh, Harry…” she moaned, her back arching,
her lip bitten, and her eyes closed.
“God, I need you, Love…” he grunted furiously in the tilted
room.
“I want you too, Harry…
I need it! Please…please…” she
begged the air and his voice as her fingers entered her hole. She pumped them in vigorously as she imagined
her assailant in the bathroom, water cascading down his naked body, and his
hand pumping hard on his dick. It was
already too much for her to handle and a final moan from Harry was her down
fall.
“Hmph, Cho! Mmm,
Love…OH…SHIT…”
“Oh, Harry!” she squeaked before drenching her hand in her
own juices that would rival what the shower was doing to Harry’s body.
Thankfully the orgasm slowly, but finally, put the horny
Ravenclaw straight into a deep sleep.
