-Coffee Break-
“Harry what are you doing?” Tony asked, looking up from the folders Gibbs and he were going through, working overtime on trying to catch a killer who was targeting pregnant female Marines.
Walking slowly into the room balancing two cups in his hands with his tongue sticking out of the corner of his mouth in concentration, six year old Harry Potter looked up and simply said, “Coffee break,” before he continued towards the two sitting on the couch.
“That's nice and all, but shouldn't you be in bed taking a nap?” Tony asked, sharing a grin with Gibbs.
“No nap I'm a big boy.” Harry protested even though he yawned a second later.
Chuckling, Gibbs took the two cups from the little boy then scooped him up and sat him on his lap.
“You need your nap though. Remember Papa Tony and I are bringing you to see the fireworks later? You wouldn't want to sleep through them would you?”
“No!” Harry said with wide eyes. “Papa Tony said you're able to stay up and go on so little sleep because of how much coffee you drink...should I drink some so I don't fall asleep and can stay up as late as you?”
“Not exactly besides I don't think you should drink as much coffee as Daddy Gibbs.” Tony said, shrugging at the look Gibbs gave him.
“Why not?”
“Drinking so much coffee isn't very good for people.”
“Oh.” Harry said, standing up. Without saying anything Harry reached out and grabbed the mug of coffee Gibbs had been reached for and headed out of the room.
“Hey where are you going with my coffee kiddo?” Gibbs asked, sounding shocked.
“No coffee break for you. No more coffee today you've had too much already.” Harry said.
Laughing at their adopted sons actions, Tony stopped a few seconds later when Gibbs gave him a soft slap on the back of his head.
“Well he's definitely as mischievous as you.” Gibbs said before stealing Tony's cup and taking a big gulp of the steaming liquid inside.
