Pairing: Yaoi M/M, Harem – top Harry x bottom de-aged Severus / Tom / Lucius
Last Time:
They tried to get Harry to clarify and return to the safety of the illusion, but it was too late. A massive blast of magic pinned them to the stone wall and shattered every single glass item on this floor including the hourglasses tracking the house points. In that instant everything turned to terror for the headmaster himself apparated right behind Harry ...

Dumbledore tried to reach through the whirlwind of magic to touch the young green eyed wizard’s shoulder, “Harry-“
“Was it all a lie?” Harry asked just loudly enough to be heard over his own magic. “Was it?!” He exclaimed letting a shock wave of his magic push the wizard back.
Quirinus paled, “What’s he doing?!” He yelled knowing that Vesta had everyone but Harry hidden.
As terrified as he was, Tom looked down at the floor where the sand fell from the shattered hourglasses, “He’s giving us a chance!” He exclaimed when he spotted something glitter in the green sand that once represented house points for Slytherin. “Move closer so Vesta can get it in the illusion.” He yelled and they all moved closer as a group. The fox was doing everything she could to keep the illusion from buckling under Harry’s magic and staying together helped her immensely.
Quirinus smirked, “Peter and I can make it even easier.” He said and Peter grinned as he realized what that meant. They shifted into their animal forms. The rat crawled into Tom’s pocket and the sparrow perched on Severus’ shoulder effectively shrinking their group’s size.
The headmaster’s eyes flickered towards them and, despite knowing that they were hidden, everyone froze. Thankfully, those sharp old eyes only seemed focused on the sand on the ground. Of course that made the most sense out of anything here since that was where his horcrux landed.
As the wild magic made the grains of sand shift a glittering necklace with a simple circle inside a triangle that was all s-lit by a line was revealed. In other words, it was the missing Hallows necklace. Sadly, they weren’t close enough to grab it safely just yet.
“WAS IT?!” Harry yelled sending another wave of magic out of him effectively shoving Dumbledore back and ultimately away from those hidden in the illusion.
The second the old wizard’s eyes left the necklace the group quickly shifted forward and Lucius started examining it. Never has he tried removing runes under such unstable conditions, but there was no choice. This could be their only chance.
“Harry, you must calm down-“ the old wizard froze as his eyes met furious green ones. “Was it the Slytherins who hurt you in the forest? Tell me what happened. I will help you.” He said firmly.
Anyone else would’ve trusted the old fool. So much kindness and assurance oozed from those deceitful words, but Dumbledore wasn’t fooling anyone. He also never saw the tracking spell on his horcrux being transferred to a button from Tom’s clothes only a few feet away.
Harry swayed slightly as if his own wild magic was making it hard to walk because he was so furious, “Was I just some pawn? Why be so kind just to use me?”
“So it’s what I feared.” Dumbledore said solemnly. “The Malfoys were selfish and cruel. I won’t-“
Lucius scoffed from behind the illusion, “Asshole has some nerve-... I’m done!” He said as he handed the necklace to Tom before putting the button in the sand. Vesta made the button look like the necklace, but there was one issue. How did they safely signal to Harry that they were done without stressing Vesta’s magic?
“DON’T!” Harry exclaimed taking a few random steps around the headmaster so Dumbledore’s back was facing his friends. “They were family and yet … it was all just to hurt me. Why should I believe anything you say after what they did?!” He exclaimed, noticing a rat bolt away from the area around the sand. The rat nodded before a disembodied hand grabbed it and dragged him back under the illusion.
“You are my student, Harry. I will fight for you. Look.” Dumbledore pointed to the Aurors that had arrived and were trying to move closer against the wild magic. “We’ll go now or right after breakfast and I’ll personally escort you. We’ll work together. Just trust me.”
Harry slowly allowed his magic to relax until everything settled, “I want to know why …” he said, taking note of the old wizard’s first action. Once Harry stopped whipping his magic around, Dumbledore immediately used magic to repair the hourglasses. He never noticed the group of wizards under an illusion slowly sneaking away. Only after the hourglasses were fixed did the headmaster turn to Harry and put a hand on his shoulder again. “We will find out why. Come. I’m sure everyone will be up by now. Don’t worry about the things in the infirmary. I’ll get those.” Dumbledore said comfortingly as he guided Harry towards the gryffindor dorm. “
From under the safety of the illusion the group turned the corner, “Ok-“ Tom blinked as Peter zipped out of his pocket and disappeared down the hall. “I’m sure he has a reason for bolting. I should hurry to the gryffindor dorms, but first. Are you ready, Quirinus?” Tom asked seriously as he gave Lucius the necklace so he could put it with the other horcruxes.
Quirinus smirked, “I’ve been dying to file that report. I’ll leave immediately.”
Severus looked down the hall cautiously, “Tom, you need to return to the Gryffindor tower. If you run you can make it past Dumbledore. I’ll go find Dumbledore while you two leave.”
“Be careful.” Tom said as Vesta jumped onto his shoulder. He ran down the maze of halls under the illusion knowing that Dumbledore wasn’t anywhere near his mirror so Servus and Quirinus were professors and could move around the castle freely now. Those two can then easily sneak Lucius out of the castle.
It was close. Far closer than he ever wanted to cut it. With Vesta protecting him he got to the moving stairs just in time to join the Aurors, Harry and Dumbledore. Unfortunately, he had little choice on where to stand. Tom was mere inches away from Dumbledore. If the stairs stopped too fast he could be jolted against the wizard.
With that in mind he jumped off the moving stairs before they fully stopped and walked near the door. Once Dumbledore said the password Tom slipped in before the door even fully opened and he ran to the boys dorm …

Severus raised an eyebrow as he saw a rat slip out of the infirmary and disappear into the shadows, “What happened earlier, Albus? It felt like the entire castle was shaking.” He said to the headmaster who was gathering items around an empty cot and waiting to get a wand from Poppy. “Where is Potter?” He asked, trying to sound more annoyed than amused.
“It seems the poor boy is under a great deal of stress. Considering the issues at hand I think it’s best for everyone to get a break today as I take Harry to the ministry.” Albus said solemnly. You’d almost think he cared.
“Indeed.” Severus said as Poppy came out of her living quarters.
“Chaos right out of the gates today.” Poppy mumbled clearly a bit cranky at being awoken so rudely and by what felt like an earthquake no less. “Is Mr. Potter up?”
Dumbledore nodded, “Yes he is. I sent him up to his dorm to clean up for breakfast and I’ll be bringing his things to him when we’re at breakfast.”

Dumbledore smiled, Take some time to get ready and come eat. I’m sure the Aurors can wait.” He said and the Aurors, who followed them, nodded.
“Yes, headmaster.” Harry said, but now he was worried. It had nothing to do with Hermione and Ron coming darting out of the dorm and nearly hit him in their hurry. He was worried about the spell he placed on the infirmary bed and about a sharp pain in his shoulder right where Dumbledore touched him.
“Oh Merlin. Harry, are you ok? The whole castle was shaking.” Hermione asked worriedly while subtlety casting a glance at Dumbledore.
“Yeah, it was bloody crazy!” Ron exclaimed strangely, looking better than he has in a while.
Harry couldn’t see it, but he was sure the headmaster signaled something to his two underlings. Maybe it was a quick smile or nod, but something happened before Harry turned to see Dumbledore leaving. All he saw was the flicker of the headmaster’s robes as the dormitory door swung shut.
“That was my fault … I’ll explain after a shower.” Harry said before making a beeline for the boys dorm where a slightly out of breath Tom was sitting on his own bed.
“I … had to get back … before Dumbledore. Just … made … it.” Tom gasped, putting Vesta gently down on the bed.
Harry didn’t look completely focused as he looked at his lover, “I placed a spell on the infirmary bed-“
“Yeah? Peter bolted off in that direction right after Dumbledore mentioned the infirmary so I think that was solved. Tell me, how did you know to do what you-… Harry? You ok?” Tom asked, ignoring the students who walked past them without any clue that a little fox was casting an illusion around the two. However, Neville seemed to realize something was up, but decided to wait. He knew they’d tell him about Draco when it was safe so he also gathered his stuff to get ready for breakfast.
“Bastard … did something.” Harry said through clenched teeth as he clutched his shoulder.
Tom’s eyes widened. He never saw Harry show so much pain before. “Show me.” He demanded and basically spelled Harry’s shirt off only to gasp at the sight of a large raised swollen red spot the size and shape of a hand right where Dumbledore touched Harry. “You need to relax, Harry.” He said trying to stay calm despite the growing wound. “Your magic is reacting to a spell, but … yes, I think Dumbledore used runes to reinforce it. Your magic is ripping at the runes while trying to break the spell and it's tearing at your flesh.”
Harry inhaled sharply, “I am, but something … something is wrong-“ Harry’s knees nearly buckled as the pain only increased.
“Hold on-“ Tom let Harry lean on him, but Vesta unexpectedly jumped on Harry. “Vesta! What’s wrong?”
The black fox nimbly stepped across Harry’s shoulder and avoided the hideous growing sore. ‘The dead magic!’
“What?” Tom paled heavily. “Can you remove it?”
‘No. It’s under the runes!’ Vesta said with her illusion. The loving familiar sounded very worried.
Tom’s mind began racing, “Vesta, get Neville before he leaves!”
Whatever the nature sprite did with her illusion made Neville turn away from the door he was about to go through with a few others who were about to go to breakfast, “Everything ok over- Oh dear fucking Merlin!” The first thing Neville saw was the dangerously swollen shoulder. The veins were all visible as blood collected painfully in a blister kind of way. “Harry, what the hell-“
“Help me hold him!” Tom yelled snapping Neville back out of his shock. Once Neville took Harry’s other shoulder and supported Harry’s weight Tom noticed a trickle of blood, “We need to get him to Lucius. Help me get him there.” Tom exclaimed.
Neville nodded and helped Harry walk, but when they reached the common room they realized that there was a problem, “How do we get rid of them? We can’t just walk past them, right? It’d be pretty suspicious if Harry just vanishes.” Neville asked as he watched Ron and Hermione waiting.
“No.” Tom glared at the two lackies as he was hoping they’d just blow up, but it didn’t work. It was so tempting to race Harry to the Malfoy manor and not care about the consequences. In fact, if it wasn’t for Harry refusing to move forward and risk damaging everything they fought so hard for then Tom might’ve just kept going. “Fine … I have an idea. Vesta, don’t hide me when I come back..” As fast as he could, Tom left Neville with Harry and raced up to the boys’ dorm again.
Harry groaned in pain, “Draco is safe … he figured out where the last-fuck!” He exclaimed as a very sharp pain stabbed his shoulder blade. It was as if the swelling was about to pop out his shoulder.
“Don’t talk, Harry.” A very worried Neville said. Of course, he couldn’t deny that news made him incredibly happy.
“I need … to do anything to … distract.” Harry gasped, finding his vision was blurred with tears due to the pain.
A moment later Tom, or technically Sam, came back down looking concerned as he raced up to Hermione and Ron, “Has Harry come back down?”
“No, why? Is something wrong, Sam?” Ron, much to everyone’s surprise, said pleasantly.
Sam shook his surprise away and frowned, “It’s just when he was getting dressed he got a notice from Gringotts and … I think he wants to go there to talk about what happened in the forest … I saw the bag where he keeps a shrunken broom out and the window open.”
Hermione’s eyes widened, “Oh no! I’ll go tell the headmaster!”
Ron nodded, “and I’ll go eat because that’s what I do.” He said only blinking dumbly despite the odd looks he was getting.
“You just get weirder.” Hermione muttered in annoyance as she grabbed Ron by the wrist and dragged him with her.
The second the two fools went out the door Tom kept the door from shutting and became invisible as he was pulled under the illusion. With both Neville and Tom helping Harry and some good timing they managed to make it all the way to the hidden vanishing cabinet. They only paused once so Tom could mentally send Severus a message about what they were doing, but that lasted only a second. There was a small problem though …
“We can’t all fit.” Neville commented when the three of them tried to get inside.
The feeling of the blood, the very blood he has been trying to apply pressure to and keep from leaving a trail, was enough for Tom to come to a quick decision, “There’s no time. You’re physically stronger so you go first.” He said as he helped Harry and Neville into the cabinet and shut the door.
It was only 10 seconds at most, but the wait was still agonizing for Tom. He wanted to give Neville enough time to get Harry out of the cabinet, but also wanted to move as fast as he can. The smell of Harry’s blood drenching his clothes only made his panic increase even more so with every second that passed. However, when he finally raced into the cabinet he found even more blood on the other side ...
