All: So now I’m the bean queen. Great. LOL. If I’m honest, I had myself in hysterics just thinking about Severus doing the parp parps. I know, I’m a sad old ‘parp’ but I can’t help it.
I loved the reviews. Thank you very much. Please don’t stop. J

Just so you all know. Chapter 36. Full Moon. : æ
Chapter 33 A bit of interior design
When lunch appeared Nina found that her plate had an extra large helping of baked beans on it.
She turned to Severus and indicated her plate. “You did this.“
“Since I do not make the meals here, how could I have possibly done anything?”
“Well I’m not eating all these. You can have some.”
“Thank you for the offer, but I shall have to decline an this occasion.”
“Have to decline.“ She mocked in a small silly voice as she glared at him.
“I shall make certain that they are served to you at every meal if you do not stop being so cheeky.” He told her. His eyes amused.
She gave a slight wave of her hand and most of the beans disappeared.
“You might have them served but it doesn’t mean I have to eat them.” She told him smugly.
No one really noticed Blaize Zabini arriving late for lunch.
That afternoon when she met the Headmaster in the ROR she told him of her visit to see the dragons.
She was very animated when she was talking about the baby dragons that Charlie had taken them to see first. But when Albus asked her about her time with the adults she was more vague with what she told him.
“It’s hard to tell you Sir because I didn’t understand much of what they said or did. Most of it seemed to be a blur of greetings and blessings and such. When I told Aryan that I didn’t under stand what was going on she told me that I was not to worry and that I didn’t need to. There was one, a Fireball I think, told me to give you this.”
She held out her hand and a vivid red eggshell with gold speckles appeared in her hand. It’s already hatched and the baby is fine. I can’t tell you her name because I can’t pronounce it. She said that you would like it though.
“Oh my goodness.” Albus exclaimed as his eyes lit up. “Nina. Thank you so much. I have wanted one of these for many years.”
“That’s what she said. I have another for Sever….Professor Snape.”
“It is only you and I in this room Nina. If he has given you permission to call him Severus, then do so.”
“Thanks Sir.”
“Albus remember. Have you forgotten that also?” His eyes glittered as he spoke.
“No. I haven’t. So. What are we doing today?”
By Friday, Nina was on a par with her own age group as far as muggle schooling went and The Headmaster told her that she was almost ready to take her muggle exams.
“I shall arrange for you to sit them hopefully sometime in November. It is most likely that you shall have to take them at a muggle establishment.”
“But can’t I do them here? I don’t know anyone at a muggle school. I don’t want you to send me away.”
“Nina. I shall not be sending you away. You shall be there only long enough to meet the school board and for the duration of the exams themselves. You shall remain at Hogwarts at all other times.”
“Are you coming with me then. I don’t want to go on my own.”
“A member of staff shall accompany you on each visit. Though you shall have to sit the actual exams alone. Otherwise you could be accused of cheating. You do understand that.”
“Yes Sir. So long as I don’t get left behind it’s fine.”
“That will never happen Nina. Now. This weekend. Do you wish to accompany Severus and myself to Order Headquarters?”
“Oh yeah.”
“Very well. I shall inform Severus this evening. One more thing.”
Nina looked at Albus. His eyes had taken on a serious mien.
“Next Wednesday is the full moon. Are you still intent on going ahead with your rendezvous with Mr Lupin?”
“Oh yes Sir. I have to.”
“Very well. We shall discuss this more at a later time. You are free to do as you please now and I shall see you at dinner.”
Nina gave him his usual hug and thank you before she left.
At dinner that evening she had asked Severus if she could sit at the Griffindor table. She wanted to tell Hermione about her muggle exams. Severus had already been brought up to date by Albus so he agreed.
She beamed at him and went to sit down.
Hermione was as excited as Nina about her upcoming exams. Ron and Harry thought she was barmy.
“What do you want to do those for. It’s not as if you’ll ever need them.”
Ron told appalled.
“It doesn’t matter if she needs them or not Ron. The fact is that she can do them. Well done Nina. I wish I could do the same.”
Before Nina could answer an owl landed on the table between Hermione and Nina.
“Oh. You’ve got a letter Hermione.”
“No I haven’t. It’s for you.” She handed Nina the scroll. Its from the Ministery of Magic.”
Nina turned it over in her hand and then opened it.
Cornelius Fudge. Minister of Magic
Ministers office
The Ministry of Magic
London
Miss Nina Manohel
It has been brought to our attention that you are an unregistered animagus.

All details and markings to be duly noted.
Because of your failure to do register with us, you are required to attend an enquiry at the Ministry offices on November twelfth, at ten thirty am.

If, following this enquiry you are found guilty of being an unregistered animagus, you may be held in Askaban until an official court date has been set.
It has also been brought to our attention that you have been apperating underage and without an apparition licence.
This is also a punishable offence.
Your apparition offences shall also be discussed at the above stated enquiry.
Yours sincerely
Madam Celia Bloomfield
Under secretary to The Minister of Magic
To say that Nina was stunned was an understatement.
Hermione, Ron and Harry were looking at her face. It was obvious to all that something was seriously wrong.
“What’s Askaban?”
“What? It’s a wizarding prison. Why?” Harry asked her.
“Because it looks like I’m going there.”
When Nina felt a hand on her shoulder she jumped.
“Miss Manohel come with me please.” Said the voice of the Potions Master.
Still in shock from the letter and what Harry had told her, she got up and followed Severus and Albus without a word. The letter clutched in her hand.
Blaize Zabini smirked as he watched from his seat.
She was trembling when they reached the Headmasters office.
Severus had to guide her to a chair and sit her down.
“I got a letter.” She said as she looked at him helplessly. There gonna put me on prison. I don’t understand.”
Severus took the letter from her and read it before passing it to Albus.
“It says much the same as yours Albus.”
“You…you have to go to prison too?”
“No I do not.” The Headmaster said. “And nor do you. It would seem that someone has taken it into their head to inform the Ministry about you. However, they are in for a shock.”
“But the letter. Why would someone do that? Who told on me, and why? I didn’t even know I was doing anything wrong.”
“You have done nothing wrong. And as to who, we do not know. Who do you know that would want you out of the way?”
“No one.” She answered Severus. “Maybe it was Malfoy. After what I did to him, you know. Well he wont like me any more will he?”
“I do not believe that Lucius Malfoy is involved in this.. Had he wanted the Ministry to get their hands on you, we would have known before now.”
“So what do I do now? I don’t want to go to prison.”
Nina was struggling to hold back her tears.
“As I have said Nina. You shall not be going to prison. As Severus has already told you, you have done nothing wrong. We shall go to the inquest as requested. And there we shall prove to them that you are not in fact, an animagus. Nor do you Apperate.”
“But I am. I do.”
“No you do not. Did you actually listen in class on Monday?“
“Well, not all the time. Blaize had been pestering me and then the Professor had me changing into different things. And I suppose that I was feeling smug with myself because I got my own back on him.”
“Listen to me now.” Severus was looking directly into her eyes as he spoke. “One. An animagus can take only one form. You can take countless. Two. An animagus cannot take on the shape of another human being. You can. Three. You have had no training to become an animagus. You are too young. Four. Apparition. No one. And I mean no one can Apperate in or out of an area that has anti Apparition wards in place. You can. Five. At seventeen years of age you can transport several people at one time. Six. Even when you are unconscious, anyone in contact with you can transport themselves in the same way. Seven. You are of legal age to Apperate should you wish to do so.” He raised an eyebrow. “Shall I go on?”
“No.” Nina said quietly as she wiped her eyes on her sleeve.
“Gods woman. Do you not possess a handkerchief?”
She shook her head as she took The Professors hankie.
“Come and sit by the fire.” Albus told them. “I shall order tea and cakes and you can tell us what the problem is between yourself and Mr Zabini.”
“Headmaster?” Nina asked once they were all re seated. “What does a Minister of Magic do?”
“He is our equivalent of the muggle Prime Minister.”
“Oh bug…s and spiders.” Nina just managed to stop herself from cursing. “Prime Minister. I…we have to meet him?”
“Psht. Cornelius Fudge is nothing but a pompous ass.” Severus told her bitterly. “The man is too full of himself.”
“True Severus. But do not underestimate him. He is still a very powerful man and he does hold the most powerful position in the Ministry.”
“I dare say that he shall not feel so powerful after the inquest Albus.”
“Definitely not.” The old man chuckled. “Nina. About Mr Zabini.”
“Oh yeah. Well it’s just that he was erm kinda trying to erm”
“Oh for goodness sake what?” Severus was getting fed up of her hedging.
“I’m sorry. It’s just hard to say with you both looking at me and you shouting doesn’t help.”
Severus softened a little. “Very well. When did the problem with Mr Zabini start?”
“The other week I suppose. I don’t remember what day. He just sort of started getting to…friendly I suppose. He told me that he liked me and wanted to spend some time with me on our own.”
“Really. And you did not think to mention this to me?” Severus’ jealous streak was emerging.
“Well no. I just avoided him after that or made sure that there was always someone else there.”
“But?” He questioned.
“Saturday evening when I left your office, I went to find Draco but he wasn’t there. And then on Monday morning in class.” She put her head down.
Before she realised what he was going to do he had put his hand on top of her head. “Show me.“ He hissed.
He watched as Nina left him at his study door and skipped of to the Slytherin common room. He saw Zabini enter and sit on the chair with her. When he saw what the boy did though he growled. Once she had left he went on to Mondays Transfiguration class. He saw how uncomfortable she was sitting next to the boy but when he saw the hand stroke her bottom he was livid. He removed his hand.
“How dare he.“ He roared, ready to go after the upstart.
“Please Severus. Calm down.” Albus told him jumping up from his seat.
“Wait please. He wont do it any more.”
“And what makes you so sure about that?” He snapped at her.
She took his hand and put it back on her head, allowing him to see the rest of the lesson. It didn’t take long and he was considerably calmer when he removed his hand again.
“Very well. Not how I would have handled things but, I doubt he will be in a hurry to try to maul you again.”
He turned to the Headmaster. “I believe we may have found our informant Albus.”
“Perhaps if I knew what had happened I may agree with you Severus.”
Nina sighed and tipped her head to the old man. “He put his hand to the top of her head as Severus had done, watching the events in her head. He tried to push his luck a little and see what happened with the dragons on Sunday afternoon. But as soon as the Opaleye had taken flight with her he got an extremely painful shock up his arm.
Nina gave him a small grin.
“Sorry. I didn’t do that. It was them.”
“Yes, well. I suppose that it served me right.” He told her rubbing his arm.
Nina took his hand and put her hand inside of his sleeve, taking hold of his arm for a moment before letting go again.
“Amazing.” He said. “Truly amazing. It does not hurt at all now. Whatever you do, do not let Poppy find out about this talent. She would be most put out.” He smiled at her.
“About Zabini Headmaster?” Severus interrupted the old mans rambling.
“Oh yes. Mr Zabini. I believe that you could be right Severus. However we have no proof that he did inform the Ministry so we cannot confront him about it. We shall have to keep a very close eye on him though.”
“And his assaults on Nina?”
“I think that she has handled the situation extremely well on her own Severus. It is unlikely that he would pester her again. Nina. Are you happy to let the situation lie? For the moment at least.”
“Yes Sir. For now.”
“Good. Now do not worry about the upcoming inquest. Severus and I shall have everything worked out in plenty of time. Severus? Have you anything to add?”
“Not at this precise moment Albus, no.”
He narrowed his eyes slightly at Nina.
‘Oh oh.’ She thought. “Can I go now please?”
“You may.
“Thank you Sir. Professor.”
Nina shot out of the office and ran to Griffindor tower.
Hermione and the boys were waiting for her just as she had hoped.
“Nina. What’s happened?” Ron asked before she had even got through the door.
“Not here.“ Hermione told her. Come on.
All four went up to Harry and Ron’s dormitory and sat on Harry’s bed as she told them everything that had happened with Blaize without telling the boys anything too personal, besides, Hermione already knew, and then what had actually happened between her and Blaize when she had become a Python. Hermione thought it was hilarious but the boys had a somewhat pained expression on their faces. Then about the letter from the Ministry and what the Headmaster and Professor Snape had said.
“Bloody Hell.” This was Ron’s usual reaction when told something even slightly incredible.
“Don’t worry Nina.” Harry told her. If Dumbledor’s on your side, the Ministry doesn’t stand a chance.”
“Hermione frowned at him. “Don’t forget Professor Snape. He’s helping her too you know.”
“Yeah right.”
“He is Ron.” Nina told him. “He told me all sorts of reasons why Mr Fudge can’t lock me up. I just hope he’s right. I really don’t want to go to prison.”
“You’ll be fine.” Hermione told her. Trust them. They know what their doing.”
“Hey. You didn’t tell us how it went on Sunday. What happened? Did our Charlie show you around?”
She looked at Ron’s grinning face. “Oh it was brilliant.”
Nina’s eyes shone as she told them all about the baby dragons. She didn’t mention that she had been in the pen with them. It would have sounded like she was showing off, and she didn’t want to do that. Nor did she tell them what had really happened on that afternoon.
When Seamus, Dean and Neville came up for bed Nina and Hermione decided it was time to leave.
“I’ll see you all in the morning yeah?”
“Yeah. Night Nina”
Nina was back in her rooms in an instant and Kali was there waiting for her.
“The Snape was being here looking for you Miss. He dids not look happy so I is telling him you not back till bed time.”
“Thanks Kali. I really don’t feel like a lecture tonight. I‘m tired and I just want to go to bed.”
“That is what I is thinking too.“ The elf grinned. “You is seeing him tomorrow anyway when you goes to Order house.”
“Yeah I know Kali. But the Headmaster will be with us so he won’t be able to lecture me then either. Anyway I’m of to bed. Night Kali.”
“Night Miss Nina.”
Severus had indeed been hoping to see Nina. But he did not want to lecture her. He was thinking more along the lines of her compensating him. In a more intimate manner.
After breakfast next morning, Nina, Severus and Albus went to her rooms and appeared directly into the kitchen at number twelve.
Remus and Tonks were there with Fred and George.
All made their greetings.
“Mums coming soon Headmaster.” One of the twins said. “She had a few chores to do first.”
“And Alistair?”
Albus asked Tonk’s but Remus answered.
“He’s in the library Albus. I think he wants a word with you. Privately.”
Albus headed off but returned with Moody a minute later.
Moody had heard whispers in the Ministry that word was out about Nina. He wanted to let Albus know as soon as possible and was surprised to find that he already knew.
As everyone sat down, Albus stood at the head of the table. He laid two pieces of parchment on the table and put the tip of his wand to each, making several copies. He passed them down the table. Fred and George shared a copy.
Molly arrived followed shortly after by Arthur and Kingsley. They were also given copies.
“Oh Albus. We can’t let them send the poor girl to Askaban. What are we going to do?”
Molly had come round the table to hug Nina as soon as she had read the parchments.
“Do not worry Molly. She will not be going. Severus and I shall be attending the enquiry along with Nina. We intend to prove that she is innocent.”
“How you gonna do that Headmaster?” Tonks wanted to know. “She can and does do what they say.”
Severus turned to her.
“No Nymphadora. You are wrong.”
Severus and Albus went on to explain what they hoped to achieve at the enquiry and how they intended to go about it.
“The main problem,” Severus told them. “is that now Fudge and the rest of the Ministry knows about her, they are going to do their damnedest to get their hands on her.”
“I am curious as to how they found out.” Remus told them.”
“We have our suspicions. But they are as yet unproven.”
“who?” The twins wanted to know.
Albus looked at them over his half moon glasses. “As I have told you. We have no proof at the moment. And there is always the possibility that we are mistaken, so we shall not be giving any names.”
Albus turned to Mrs Weasley.
“Molly. Did you not say that you would like Nina to help you with a small problem in the attic?”
Molly took her cue. Albus had sent her an owl previously asking if she would keep Nina occupied so that the Order could discuss their plans for the full moon.
”Yes I did. Would you mind dear?” She asked her. We seem to have a ghoul in residence up there, and he won’t let anyone in to clean. I was hoping you could use your talents and get rid of him for me. Then maybe we can make a start on getting it clean.”
“Yes Mrs Weasley.”
Nina stood. She knew something was going on but she didn’t know what.
As she made to go, Severus narrowed his eyes at her.
“What?” she asked him.
He leaned over and told her quietly. “Do not listen from up there. I will know if you do. I shall be checking later.”
Nina gulped. She had hoped to do just that. After giving him a quick nod she left the room and followed Molly up several flights of stairs to the attic door. Molly telling her about how they wanted to make more bedroom space up here.
“Their talking about me aren’t they? That’s why they wanted me out of the way. I‘m not stupid Mrs Weasley.”
“Who are dear?”
“Down stairs. They think I’m going to Askaban. Harry said it‘s horrible there.”
Molly gave her a hug and sat with her on a crate that had been left on the landing.
“Do you honestly think that any off us would allow that to happen? No. If Albus says that your not going, than your not going.”
“Then why do they want me out of the way? Why can‘t I know what’s going on?”
“Because they are discussing order business dear. And besides, I really do need your help up hers. Come on. Lets see what you make off the ghoul.”
Molly opened the door to the large attic. “Now don’t be afraid of him. If you show fear he will get worse.”
“Great.” Nina muttered.
Before Nina knew what was happening a great, dark looming shadow appeared in front of them. It began banging and wailing as it threw itself at them,. Nearly taking them off their feet before turning to come back for another go. It passed lunged at them again, knocking Molly to the floor and sending Nina flying on top of her.
“Sorry Mrs Weasley.” She gaped as she struggled to her feet and pulled Molly up just as the ghoul was coming qt them again.
“Veto.”
I forbid.
Nina yelled at it.
The ghoul stopped dead in it’s tracks and looked at her, it’s face a grotesque mask of hatred.
Nina continued.
“Spiritus Sine Nomine”
Spirit without a name.
“Spiritus Sine Loco”
Spirit with out a place
“Vade Retro Statim.”
Go back. Immediately.
The ghouls eyes seemed to widen for a moment before it funnelled in on itself, spinning like a small whirlwind and letting out the mast horrendous screech as it spun and disappeared into nothing.
“It’s gone Mrs Weasley.”
“Yes. Yes. I can see that. Where did it go?”
Mrs Weasley sat back down on the floor in shock.
“It didn’t go anywhere. Its just gone. It’s whatever it was before it was a ghoul I suppose. It doesn’t exist anymore. Why are you on the floor?”
“Oh. It was just a bit of a shock dear. Help me up again would you.“
Nina pulled her to her feet just as everyone from downstairs came bursting into the room. Severus in the lead.
They had heard the ghoul screaming from the kitchen it was so loud and piercing.
“It’s alright. Nina got rid of it.” Molly said, smiling a little shakily.
“Are you both alright?” Severus asked. Though he was really asking Nina.
“Yeah where fine thanks.” Nina told him. “But I think that Mrs Weasley needs a cuppa. Have you finished down there? Can we come back down now?”
“No we have not. However, I am sure that you will not mind starting on the cleaning if Mrs Weasley comes with us.”
She glared at him and snapped her fingers. The room was spotless. The fire was burning nicely, taking the chill from the room.
Two enormous four posters graced the room now. One at each end and each with it’s own bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Both sleeping areas were sectioned off by bookshelves to give the guests some privacy.
The central area of the room was taken up by two large sofa’s. All of the bed drapes were in a pale blue heavy velvet. The curtains on the three small windows matched perfectly and the walls were painted in a darker blue that matched perfectly with the throws on the beds, sofa’s, and the large rugs on the floor.
Nina raised her eyebrows at him in perfect imitation of himself.
“Oh it’s wonderful. “ Molly exclaimed. Forgetting all about the ghoul.
Even Severus impressed But he would not admit it out loud.
As the others were commenting on the room and Molly was arguing with the twins and telling them that ‘No. They could not claim the room.’ Severus pulled Nina to one side.
“We have things to discuss that do not concern you. So I suggest that you find something to occupy yourself for a while longer. Preferably an activity that does not involve getting up to mischief.”
She harrumphed at him, but didn’t argue. Instead she turned to Fred and George.
“If you two show me which rooms need working on, I’ll go round and take care of them while all of you are talking.” She eyed everyone in the room. “Without me.”
With that she stuck her nose in the air and walked out of the room.
Quite a few guilty faces were in evidence as the twins took Nina away and the rest headed down stairs.
Severus on the other hand, didn’t feel in the least bit guilty. He saw no reason why he should.
They were still discussing tactics about the night of the full moon and did not want Nina to know that they would be there watching at all times.
None of them knew what would happen on that night and they wanted to be ready to tackle all eventualities.
They had no idea that Nina already knew that they were planning on having the Order in place. She wasn’t bothered. She and Remus would not be anywhere near Hogwarts when Fenrir was called.
An hour later Fred, or George poked his head through the kitchen door.
“We’ve run out of rooms. Have you lot finished?”
“We have.” Albus told him. Then his expression became curious. “Just how many rooms has Nina redecorated?“ He asked in surprise.
George, or Fred, grinned. “All of them. Fifteen in all, plus the bathrooms. But that’s not counting the attic and in here. She wouldn’t do the library though. Can’t imagine why?”
Every face turned to him in surprise and then walked into the hallway and stood speechlessly looking around. The hallway up until now had been dark and drab.
Now it was light and bright. The walls were a pale honey colour with a high, narrow boarder of red and gold phoenix’s flying along the walls. The ceiling was a soft cream and the carpet was the same deep red and gold as the phoenix feathers.
The décor followed all the way up the staircase. There was no sign of the elf heads that had previously graced the wall and Mrs Black’s still, silent portrait had a pair of gold satin curtains draping it’s large frame. Even though Mrs Black’s portrait was now as animated as a bowl of fruit, her expression was now one of contented approval instead of horrified shock. Even her dress had changed. It was now a rich red to also match with the phoenix’s feathering.
Albus turned and saw Nina sitting halfway up the stairs looking slightly worried.
He smiled at her and held his arms out to her.
She ran down and hugged him. “Do you like it?” She whispered.
“My dear. You have the most exquisite taste that I have ever encountered. Especially in one so young.
Nina gave him a big smile. She was happily surprised.
“Really? Thanks.”
“Your welcome. Now. May we see the rest of the house?”
“Yeah. I’ll wait down here though. Fred and George have had me up and down the stairs for the last hour. I need a cold drink.” She laughed.
Once they had all gone to inspect the rest of Number twelve, Nina went into the kitchen to get her drink.
Severus followed ten minutes later, poured himself a cup of tea and sat down next to her.
“Is something wrong?” He asked her.
“No.”
“Really? I could find out for myself you know.”
She sighed. “I’m just fed up that’s all. You all want answers from me and then tell me nothing.”
“Indeed. And what is it that you think we are not telling you?”
Nina looked at him for a moment. “I know what your planning. She told him. “You, Albus, the Order. I know you all think that your protecting me and I appreciate it, but You can’t. Don’t you see.”
“And what is wrong with wanting to protect you?”
“Nothing Severus. Look. I’ll tell you the truth. Mr Lupin and me, we won’t be anywhere near Hogwarts when we meet this Fenrir or whatever he’s called. When I meet Mr Lupin, he’ll drink the altered potion and we’ll leave.”
Severus’ eyes tuned cold and hard as he looked at her.
“What?” He hissed dangerously.
We wont be at Hogwarts. So there’s no point in bring all of them.” She nodded in the direction of the door.
His hands shot out and grabbed hold of her arms, squeezing tight enough to bruise. “And just where the hell do you think that you will be. And you had better tell me the truth this time.” He was angry. Very angry.
“Your hurting me.“ She said wide eyed.
Severus only tightened his grip and gave her a shake.
“Pleas. I don’t know. I’ve told you the truth. Let go.”
At that moment Moody stepped through the door and Severus quickly let go. But Moody had seen the hold that he had on her. He scowled at the Potions Master and then glanced at Nina.
She was sitting with her head down and was rubbing her upper arms were the finger shaped bruises were forming.
“What’s going on?“ Moody growled. His magical eye spinning madly.
“Ask her.” Severus spat before he stood and stalked out of the room with a murderous look on his face.
They heard the front door slam a moment later.
Nina started to cry. “I’m sorry.“ She whispered. Barely loud enough to be heard.
Albus entered the room with the others.
“Was that Severus who just left?”
“Aye.” Moody said. “Something’s gone on between these two but I don’t know what.“
“Nina?”
She looked up at Albus as the tears rolled down her cheeks.
“It was my fault. I’m sorry.”
Albus guided her to the front parlour and sat down, indicating the chair next to him.
“It must be something serious to make my potions Master leave like that. Would you like to tell me? Or would you prefer that I see for myself?”
Nina replied by lowering her head towards him so that he could put his hand to her head.
“I see.” He rejoined. “Why did you not tell us this before?”
“I don’t know. It just seemed best. But I knew that you were all making plans and, well, I thought I better say something. I didn’t mean to make you mad. Severus was really angry with me.”
“So I noticed. You should have told us this before. You do know that.”
“I do now. I wish I‘d never said anything.“
“On the contrary. You should have told us much sooner. I am disappointed in you Nina.”
He stood and walked to the door. “Stay here. I shall collect you when it is time to leave.”
He left to go and tell the others what he had learned.
“So now what are we supposed to do Albus? We cant protect either of them if there gonna disappear as soon as Remus drinks that ruddy potion.”
“I have no idea Alistair.”
“There is a way.”
Everyone looked up when Remus Lupin spoke.
“I simply do not meet her.”
“You have already told Severus that you do not have a choice Remus. You are compelled to go. You know that. And if Severus refuses to provide the altered potion, she will find a way to make it herself. She is perfectly capable and we shall be in the same situation in a months time.”
“That is true Albus. I am. But you are not compelled allow it.”
The Headmaster stared at Remus, comprehension dawning on his face.
“Brilliant my boy. I do not know why I did not think of it myself. Though I am sorry it has to be this way.”
“It is better than the alternative Albus. I could not live with myself if anything happened to her.”
“Then it is decided. Do you have somewhere in mind?”
Remus nodded. He had held a secure, well hidden unit at a secret location for himself for several years now. If for some reason he was ever unable to get the Wolfsbane potion, he could lock himself away safely until his change was over.
Albus placed a strong silencing spell on the room before he explained to the others how Remus would be locked up , so being unable to answer Nina’s summons.
Since no one had a better idea, it was agreed.
“Very well. I shall take her back to Hogwarts now. Remus, you can contact me by owl at the appropriate time. I shall help you to settle in.”
This actually meant that Albus would be making sure that Remus could not escape in his werewolf form.
“Don’t be too hard on the lass Albus.“ Moody told him. She meant no harm and she’s already been given one hell of a fright from Snape. A good few bruises to I’ll warrant from what I saw when I came in.”
Molly gasped.
“What? Oh no Alistair. He wouldn’t.”
“Relax Molly. He didn’t hit her. But if he had gripped her arms any harder he would’ve broken em.”
Albus collected Nina and they went directly to his office.

The AFF system includes a rigorous and complex abuse control system in order to prevent improper use of the AFF service, and we hope that its deployment indicates a good-faith effort to eliminate any illegal material on the site in a fair and unbiased manner. This abuse control system is run in accordance with the strict guidelines specified above.
