Severus looked down on his husband sleeping in his arms. Leaning back and looking out the window He started to remember when Harry first told him of his pregnancy of the twins.
Flashback
Severus woke up to the sound of someone vomiting in the bathroom. “Harry, Love are you ok?” he asked as he started to rub Harry’s back. “Does this sound like I am ok?” replied Harry as he started to dry heave. Reaching for a nausea potion, Severus helped Harry drink it. A few minutes later Harry was back worshipping the porcelain god. “Sorry, just give me a few minutes and I will be ok”. While Harry took a quick shower and brushed his teeth Severus made some ginger tea to help with the nausea for his love. “Harry I want you to go see the Healer about this nausea, you have been waking up the past couple of mornings with it.” “I know Sev; I have an appointment with Healer/Doctor BJ Hunnicutt this afternoon.” “I have a meeting this afternoon with the Board of Directors at the Dragon Colony; I will cancel it so I can be with you.” Severus said. “No don’t, you have waited to get an appointment with them for 6 months. Don’t you dare cancel it because I have been sick.” Harry said as he told his Husband off.
Later on
“Harry Potter-Snape, please follow me, I’m Healer/Doctor BJ Hunnicutt” the tall man said as He led them to his office. “What can I do for you today?” “Nice to meet you, I have been waking up feeling nauseated and throwing up every morning for about a week now and my nipples are starting to get very sore to touch” Harry said. “Let me run a few test but is sounds like you may be pregnant.” “WHAT?? I am a male, men can’t get pregnant!!!” shouted Harry. “You are also a very powerful wizard and I assume that your partner is also very powerful. Now calm down and let me run a few test.” After a few minutes of being poked and prodded Harry was back in BJ’s office. “Well Harry you are indeed pregnant. I estimate that you will have the baby sometime the middle of August. I have a few scripts that you need to fill for pre-natal iron and pre-natal vitamins. I also want to start seeing you every fortnight for checkups, no flying, and start a sensible diet. Any questions before I let you go?” “No not at this time, I’m still in a little shock, I guess I will see you then, Thank you” said Harry as he rubbed his stomach. “Here read this book on male pregnancy and if you have any questions give me a call ok?” “Thanks BJ” Harry said as he left the office and headed home.
Severus walked into the house and started to look for his mate. “Harry where are you? What did the Healer/Doctor say? Do I need to brew you any potions? Do…” he was cut off as Harry kissed him. “One question at a time love” Harry grinned. “Here sit with me. First off yes I need you to brew me some potions for iron and vitamins. Second, we are going to be parents.” “What! How! Really… I didn’t think that this could happen” as he pulled Harry into his lap and slowly kissed him.
End Flashback
“Sev... Love... Come back to me love” Severus heard as he came out of his memories. “Harry I love you so much, you have made me the happiest man on the planet.” “I love you too but we need to wake the kids and get ready to head over to the Weasleys for Christmas.” “Ok Love, I will wake up the girls.”
