The next Harry woke to find himself still wrapped in Severus’ arms. Ha lay still for several minutes enjoying the feeling of being cared for before he reluctantly wriggled out of the tight hold and headed for the bathroom.

As he was washing his hands the door opened and Severus walked in still appearing half asleep and so unlike himself Harry wondered if he had fallen into an alternate reality. Harry left the bathroom to give Severus privacy before returning again when he heard the shower start.

He stood in the doorway watching Severus stand beneath the steaming water, as the seconds past Severus’ stance changed as he woke up and returned more and more to his usual self. After several minutes Severus looked up and saw Harry watching “well?” he asked with a raised eyebrow, “are you planning to just stand there or are you joining me?”

“Definitely joining,” said Harry as he moved to join Severus is the shower.

They shared a good morning kiss and then they both washed the other but unlike the bath the night before the intent this morning was not to arouse but merely to clean.

“We need to hurry,” advised Severus, “Draco will be waiting already in the breakfast room” as he stepped out of the shower and reached for a towel.

“Oh no,” said Harry, “please don’t tell me he’s a morning person” as he followed Severus’ actions grabbing a towel for himself.

“Ah,” replied Severus, “I won’t tell you them.”

As Harry looked up and mock frowned he found Severus smirking at him in amusement, so instead he huffed and dropped the towel before walking back into the bedroom with a purposefully sexy swing to his hips. “We’d best hurry then,” he said with a smirk of his own as Severus’ eyes tracked his bum.

He disappeared briefly into the closet before returning clothed much to Severus’ disappointment. “Are you going like that?” Harry asked his still naked dominant.

“Funny Pet, really, just for that perhaps I should make you go to breakfast naked,” Severus snark returned and he smacked Harry on the bum as he walked pasted to get his own clothes from the wardrobe, “I think you’d look lovely kneeling naked at out feet”.

Just minutes later they walked into the breakfast room together to find Draco was indeed already there and had apparently been there for some time as it appeared that he had finished eating.

“Finally,” exclaimed Draco “I thought you were going to sleep the day away.”

He then stood up from the table and walked up to Harry before drawing Harry into a gentle kiss, “Morning Pet, did you sleep well?” he asked Harry.

“Good morning Draco, I did sleep well, did you?” Harry responded.

“Almost as well as when you’re in my bed,” Draco said with a smile and another kiss.

“It is far too early for this much sweetness,” drawled Severus.

“Aww… sorry Sev are you feeling left out?” teased Draco.

“Impertinent Brat,” said Severus before sitting at the table and selecting his breakfast from the available selections.

Draco led Harry over to the table and drew him down into the seat between Severus and himself, “come on Harry, time to eat, you’re too skinny.” Draco chided.

‘What is it with all the people telling me that?’ harry thought while filling his plate with food and beginning to eat.

The room was mostly silent for the next 15 minutes as Severus and Harry ate and Harry pretended not to notice as more food ‘mysteriously’ found its way onto his plate. He finally realized he’d never get the chance to clear his plate and gave up his stomach almost uncomfortably full.

“Finished?” Severus asked, immediately continuing when Harry nodded, “excellent, lets go to the library then and get started on our contract”.

The three gentlemen stood up and walked together to the library.

When they arrived in the library Draco set up a Parchment with a recording quill, “this quill is a start stop quill Harry, that means that it only records what is said after the ‘start word’ until the ‘stop word’ is said. The words are set for each quill by the purchaser which makes then expensive. But I’m a Malfoy, and Malfoy’s always have the best.” He added with the last part said in a self mocking tone.

“They’re quite useful in this situation Pet since no one has to write the contract down but it also won’t record our discussion.” Added Severus, “is there anything in particular you know you want or need in the contract?”

Harry thought carefully for several minutes before saying “I’d like to start with a short term contract, that should make it easier to adjust the terms if something isn’t working. The only other thing I’m sure of is that I don’t want the relationship to be known publically,” Harry glanced up to see how they were taking this and when neither looked angry he continued, “it’s not that I’m ashamed, I’m not. But, the press would have a field day, and I REALLY don’t want to have to deal with that at this stage.”

“We can agree to both of those terms Pet,” said Severus as Draco nodded to show he agreed. “How long would you like the original contract to last?” he asked.

Harry hesitated before saying, “perhaps it would be best to just cover the time we have before I have to return to ‘my adoring public’” the last part was said with distain.

“Sound like a good idea to me,” answered Draco, “that gives us a little over 3 week s to play before we change the contract to accommodate your public duties and gives us time to learn each other likes and dislikes.”

“Exactly” exclaimed Harry, with relief tingeing his tone.

“Do we cover the rules next?” asked Harry.

“In a general sense,” said Severus, “I think we should have different levels of rules and different levels of punishment the go with breaking the rules.”

“W.What ssort of ppunishments?” asked Harry with a stammer.

“That’s something we will all need to agree on Pet. The punishments will also change with time and/or number of offences.” Draco replied in a soothing tone. When Harry didn’t appear to calm he got up from his seat and pulled Harry up before sitting down again with Harry in his lap. “Do you trust us Pet?” Draco asked while rubbing his hands up and down Harry’s back.

“Yes Draco, I trust you… both of you.” Harry responded.

“Good Harry, then trust that we will never give you a punishment that you can’t handle and that all punishments will be in line with what we have agreed.” Said Severus drawing Harry’s attention away from Draco.

“Ok” said Harry nodding.

“Good Pet,” Severus paused thinking about what he was about to propose, “for now, punishments would include being made to sleep alone for a night for small offences, and being spanked up to 10 times with an open hand for larger offences. Is this acceptable Pet?”

Harry’s eyes locked with Severus’ or several seconds before he nodded and said “yes Master, I agree.”

In the end contract discussion lasted for almost 3 hours and they were all tired by the time they finished, but they were also all please with the results of their negotiations.
